My service was excellent! It was only 2 guys on shift but they worked harder than if it were 6 guys! Very professional, friendly, and informative. I will definitely keep this location (Washington Rd , Martinez GA )as the place to trust my oil changes!

Everyone was so nice. They gave me a water and juice to the kids. They were fast kind and respectful. They even helped me reset my oil sensor. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with the hospitality when I drove up because Leviticus immediately offered us bottles of water. I was informed of the different types of oil changes recommended for my vehicle. The men worked diligently and dutifully to get my oil change correctly so I could keep moving forward to my next destination. I'm very proud of how everyone worked as a team player at Take 5. Keep up the good work.

Leviticus and crew are always prepared and poised to serve me. They provide me with a courtesy & refreshing bottle of water, readily change my oil, balance my tire pressure, refill my fluids, offer additional services, and thoughtfully notify me of coupons. For my traveling reset or my cars' immediate maintenance needs, I stop to Take 5!

Take 5 Oil Change was a great experience. The mechanics were super polite and helpful. Work was completed in a fast manner. ONLY downfall was just a bit pricey. Overall, I am happy with the work they did.

My experience was great Peter was very professional and descriptive about everything and very nice. The other technician I think his name was Jeff was also very nice and did a wonderful job!!! I would recommend Take 5 in Augusta on Washington road to anyone!! Great service!!

Wonderful service. Professional and friendly customer service. They was curtious and informed me of current discounts and promotions. Discounts were so great we brought in both of our vehicles and my 85 year old mothers car as well.

Pete, Steven and Kody were wonderful! I have nothing but good things to say! They provided a water upon arrival, very professional, the energy throughout the crew was amazing. I would recommend to anyone! This is my second visit and I m happy to have chosen such a great place! Also, they will keep you laughing. Thank you all so much! If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. My experience at Take 5 was great from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly, and my service was fast! Brandon and Kody were amazing! I ll be back for my next routine oil change.

Peter is the absolute best! The entire crew at take 5 is friendly and knowledgeable. They always are quick and efficient and do a wonderful job with my car. I wouldn t take my vehicle anywhere else.

These guys have been my go to ever since they opened. Fresh new paint job on the place down to the concrete pillars outside. They always greet me with a smile, hardly ever a long wait, reasonable prices and they don t try and sell you a filter and wipers every visit. I had a slow leak on and off in a tire and they would top me off both my Oil and the air. Even pointed me to the best tire fix place in town. I feel like bringing the crew girls and guys donuts just for my appreciation of their hard work and knowledge.

My very first visit went amazing. I never take my car to get serviced so I was quite nervous and intimidated but the gentleman that helped me was so kind and explained everything to me and reassured me that I ll be taken care of. Definitely will be coming back!

When I went to get an oil change I was greeted with a warm smile and a water bottle. It was my first time visiting, so they had to create an account for me. They thoroughly explained everything to me and even gave me 25% of for veterans discount. I cannot remember the name of the guy who helped me as I had a terrible headache when I went. However, that doesn t stop me from recommending others to stop by.

Take 5 went above and beyond when I showed up for my oil change and all of the screws were stripped on my skid plate. The manager was able to remove all of them, which he didn t have to do, and my oil was changed in a few minutes!! Everyone was very friendly and professional!!!

There were few people when I went (around 9am) so I was able to pull right up and go in quickly. I had my oil & filter changed, service was quick and good. No complaints!

came here because i had some time to burn and needed an oil change and coolant flush for a vehicle i had just purchased. based on my own replacement of the filthy air and cabin filter and seeing the nearly black colored oil, i figured it was not properly maintained and neglected and needed a lot of things. came here because it had the highest Google ratings in the area.i had never been to a Take 5 before as they are not in my area and i also assumed these fast oil change places also were tied to an inflated price premium, like one of those fastest oil change on earth kind of places. so, i was really surprised the oil change for regular was just 49.99 , as i've been used to synthetic at 79.99 or 89.99 for years, so that was sticker shock in a good way. I think the guy i worked with was Richard and he was over the top white glove professional, something you never see any more - certainly not in Statesboro where i'm coming from. I also got the basic $16.99 wipers and after using them through several rainy days, they are completely silent and silky smooth and work better than even the super premium ones that i've bought. i don't know what brand they are, but that's something i kind of want to stock pile, it's that good. I saw other cars come in as well and they were attended to the same as me and the shop was moving like a "well oiled machine". kudos to the staff, everyone seemed fast and competent and working quickly, which i appreciate. one guy did have his underwear out and pants hanging and all that which is probably not professional but don't get him in trouble lol.

I had the best and most pleasant experience here. Everyone was so nice and courteous. I enjoyed how my car was checked over. The oil change was thorough, great recommendations. I will be back for my next oil change.Thank you for the awesome experience.

Amazing customer service. Handed me a bottled water when I got there which is a first. Informative and helpful with choosing the right oil. Offered other services including air filters and windshield wipers but were not pushy about it. I will be back.

Great service!! Will recommend anyone to go here. The water was very surprising and thoughtful. Offer to clean my window I couldn't see no and they went out there way to help me. Love thanks guys keep up the good work

Won't be visiting this location again. The 2 guys we spoke with were great but the female tech was horrible. I have honestly never encountered someone with such a bad attitude towards customers before. And if the attitude wasn't bad enough she added in facial expressions to show she was quite annoyed to be helping us.

I was very pleased with the quick and friendly service I got at Take5 in Augusta, GA. Great value for the speed and quality of service and also getting other things checked. I will definitely be returning here for future oil changes!

I can t remember the young lady who serviced me on Washington Rd. I want to say her name was Ashley or Amanda, but she was wonderful! The oil change was quick and she gave recommendations but wasn t pushy and I love that for me!

My vehicle, my daughter s, my friend, and several more people have had to our vehicle in the shop after going to Take 5. I m waiting to find out exactly what happened. It cost my daughter $1400 to get her car repaired. I will never go back.

I usually go to jiffy lube but this place was convenient so I came here. I'm so glad I did, the service was fantastic and efficient. I'll be coming here from now on

I came here to get my oil changed& an air filter on my new car it was two employees Levi and I think another one Andre. They guided me in helped me understand everything to my best knowledge I was a little bit all over the place but they assured me that they understood and it was ok Levi helped me to the best of his knowledge they told me what oil I would need when to come back to get it changed and if anything was to happen with my filter come back and they will give me another one I genuinely appreciate their service I hope to see them again when I return

I went for an oil change because it had been way past the time since my last one but I had only driven 200 miles. The guys checked my oil and to my utter surprise t old me that I didn't need an oil change! Honesty in a car service place. I was pleasantly surprised! No, I was shocked. I will go back. Update 4/3/24 went for my oil change and had EXCELLENT service. Very courteous staff and very helpful. So kind and friendly to an older young lady who just hates to do these necessary chores! Highly recommend this store! They topped off all my fluids and my tires too!Service: Oil change
