I have had nothing but very good experience with Take 5 locations in Texas for the past 6 years. Came to GA a month ago and this location has just broken that good streak with take 5 locations.The tech took of my filter drained oil and refilled with new oil all while i was watching him. Then came to my window and mentioned they didnt have a filter for my vehicle make and model. This was after even refiling with the new oil. After a few moments one tech made a few calls and mentioned they will get one from Autozone. She left and after like 10 minutes, she came back empty handed and went straight to the pit. They continued working on my truck without saying a word to me. Later the tech came said they have changed the filter "with a new one". I did ask the tech who went to 'buy' filter if she got a new one and she said yes!On getting home we realized they lied about a new filter, the under of my truck has oil splashed all over. that was very poor workmanship beside the team being utterly dishonest.

I had a VERY great experience here!! I hate that I can t remember the name of the employee that assisted me however he seemed extremely knowledgeable and had a very pleasant attitude! He also seemed genuinely happy to help me and I will DEFINITELY be coming back in the future!!! 10/10 service!!

Fast oil change service. The staff were very friendly and they seemed to be enjoying themselves while working. For the convenience and time saved compared to doing it myself, I feel the price was fair. All of this completed without having to leave the vehicle.

Phillip and his guys were professional, courteous, observant and respectful!!I would highly recommend Take5 for your oil change and other services are available there. I ll be back provided I m still here in the area for my next oil change!

I was pleased after getting an oil change last month, just so happen I had to return back to Take 5 because I notice my oil light was flashing on my dashboard., (it wasn t time for another oil changed) but they took care of me with no problem. Unfortunately I was in need of almost 2 qts of oil.. Thanks a lot for your kind service..

I've been going to these guy's for about three or more years. Every time I went for service it always the same work ethic everyone is always on point different employees but the the services are awesome. Keep up the good work

They were very professional!!! The Assistant Manager Chris and his crew made sure that my visit was quick and efficient! I will be going here for all my future oil changes! Unlike jiffy lube who tries to sell you every service and does a half way job! Take 5 did exactly what I asked for! No haggling and no issues

Prices have doubled since this location has opened. Advertise the correct price for vehicles and not a stock price with $8.99 per additional quart. Essentially doubled the price of a Toyota 4Runner oil change. Shady per usual.

This place is good for quick oil changes and much more. The attendance ask about other service, just reply with what you need, and they won't hassle you. I'm regular, so I'll be back there soon.

I see some bad reviews, but never had an issue with any Take 5. I was told it would be a 20min wait when I arrived. Ended up being maybe 10 min and they offered me water. The manager seems really young, but very experienced and knowledgeable! Entire staff was quick and friendly, offered to check air filter, wipers, tires, etc. This was my first time at this location. I happened to be in the area, but worth going out of my way to come to this one again!

Every time I go to my favorite station (Jackson and Wrightsboro Roads) they teach me something new either about my vehicle or about their policies that I didn't know before. Gotta love this kind of service.

They were very professional. They gave me water. They check my air in my tires. They clean my windshield wiper off and they checked my oil and changed it a check for my air filter. They took care of me here!! They topped off all fluids in a timely matter. My car battery went dead after my oil change. Those men jump started my battery and got me running again. I love it here!!

Hunter was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the service to my vehicle. The oil check was done.Went back for a top off... No oil was put in but they checked everything. They showed me where I still had a little over the third notch on the dip stick. Lee was very helpful and very friendly.Update...Went just to check on my oil and see if I needed a top off and was helped by Josh. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I still had reservations considering take 5 on Washington Rd made my car pour oil. I discovered it when (the cashier pointed it out) at kid to kid in the parking lot. I left take 5 less than 20 minutes. Went back and the guy tried to convince me I had a oil leak and didn't notice it. I bought the car and had it ten days no leaking and a check before purchase. I was pissed. My kids were in the car with me. I will never go back.Still, Since Hunter looked at it. It hasn't leaked since. I only go to WRIGHTSBORO Rd now.

Done fast and offered refreshments. Kind people but got charged 50$ ( Brought my own Oil and Filter ) seems a little pricy on the labor end for bout 10 minutes of work

Shelby and Lee were the best would 100% hire them if I was starting a business. They were quick and super friendly if my car needed oil more often I d be happy just because it would mean I could go back here more often!

The oil change was fast and the techs were nice, but they didn t do anything on the checklist. I was handed my receipt/summary. I asked specifically about my tire pressure because I knew one tire was low and he admitted I m gonna be honest. I didn t really check everything on the list it kind of makes you question the integrity of the oil change.

Excellent and quick service! Got my oil changed and they even let me know of other things that needed to be serviced as well. I love that they explained all that was going on and what everything was for! I believe it was Lee who made sure that everything was to my satisfaction!
