Richard and his team at Take 5 truly exceeded my expectations. Got there about an hour before closing, all 3 employees were super nice, offered me water, were nice to my puppy and wife as well, and not just me.They also walked me through everything they were doing and thought I could/would need. And I was still out in under 10 minutes.(Peach Orchard rd. Location)

Nice and friendly employees. They explain things thoroughly. Being a woman we feel taken advantage of by mechanics at times. None of those feelings here. For simple oil changes I will be going to this establishment every time. Price was more than expected but they change air filters too and I got that done instead of going to dealership. Love love love.

Stopped at Take 5 in Georgia on our Charleston-to-Arizona road trip, and it was a game-changer. Quick oil change and new wipers with a side of top-notch customer service. They had us in, out, and hydrated with complimentary waters faster than we could say 'road trip royalty.' Shoutout to the team for making our pit stop feel like a pit stop at a luxury spa for our car. Highly recommend for anyone passing through!

I went in for an oil change on my lunch break. The guys there were friendly, and quick! Great customer service! Didn t try to sell me on other services I didn t need. Showed me my oil was clean and to the fill line when done. Recommending them to everyone!

This Take 5 was awesome. They were fast, very helpful, and explained everything very well. The best service I've had in a long time. I would highly recommend. I will be going there from now on. The manager was working on the car with all their employees.

Take 5 on Peach Orchard was a great experience. First they met us with a bottle of water, no wait time. Once in there they explained EVERYTHING. They checked my cabin air filter and thank goodness they did cuz it was nasty. And went on to finish servicing my ride. I would definitely recommend them!Thanks Again TAKE 5

My daughter took my car to get the oil changed..she said they were great and also checked and changed my air conditioner filter..which was much needed..she said the service was very efficient and everyone was very friendly and helpful..they also explained everything they did and answered all her questions..Thank you guys for a Great outcome!

All staff were very friendly and took their time to explain what needed to be done and the pricing of each service. I came around noon expecting to be busy, but I was able to be serviced right away. I definitely recommend for anyone to come here. I will be back next oil change.Updated review: as of today, I called because they overfilled my oil, causing it to get into my O2 sensors, and as a result, my car broke down on the way to work. I came in on Jan 14,2024, a Sunday, and Richard worked on my car he replaced my coolant and changed the oil. I called to try and come to a resolution. But magically, my information was not in the system despite my bank statement saying otherwise. Would not recommend at all.

Great experience, quick service, and right to the point. Definitely will return. But when it comes to calling out prices if you arent sure of the exact price for future reference do not quote anything especially when discussing a discount. A lot of people will get bent out of shape of such things. Misquotes can lead to misunderstanding. But other than that you guys were great.

So much better than JiffyLube. The pricing is clear and I didn t get charged for a bunch of hidden stuff. The staff was super friendly. I didn t even have to get out of my car. This is where I m going for future oil changes.

Friendly, funny, and fast! I pulled up and was offered a cold water bottle. They saw I had two kids and gave my kids juice and fruit snacks while they did the oil change. Great service. Had me asking how they did the oil change so fast. I ll be back.

Horrible establishment..conned me into getting a coolant exchange and told me I'd get 25 percent off,the manager told the guy I was dealing with to come see him and he'd give me an even better discount. When I got my bill of well over 200.00 my discount was 22.00 which is at best 10 percent. I'll never use them again!!!

I received great service during my recent oil change and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they carry the same motor oil (Mobile One) that I normally purchase to change my own oil at home. Not only did they change my oil but flushed out my coolant lines and added new coolant as well. Now I am all ready for the upcoming spring and summer weather! :)

2.23.24Experience was more than I ever imagined and I didn t even have to step foot out my car. The customer service was top tier and they didn t try to upsale me on anything. Oil Change, replaced Cabin Filter (needed it replace badly and know the air flow is beyond amazing), and coolant exchange all for 216 not bad considering I have over 100K miles. Big shoutout to Michael, Hunter, and Richard. I ll definitely be back for my next service

My experience at Take 5 was wonderful. The staff was genuinely kind and efficient. The assistant manager was extremely kind to me, she helped me reset my setting in the car, she gave me details on my sticker and was just a very kind plesant person and I'd like thank her for her patience with me.I had a little difficulty hearing and she and the staff was very patient with me once again. I intend to tell my kids and grandchildren to patronize Take 5 on Peach Orchard Road. Thank Yall.

Richard the shop manager gave amazing service and discounts he did not have to and did.was very grateful .Jon was awesome and explained everything very well before doing it. Great shop I suggest you stop by for your oil change, filters and windshield wiper needs.

They re always phenomenal, always quick. Great customer service. They immediately greet you with waters and if you have children with you juice and fruit snacks. It s pretty awesome to be serviced and cared about.

I hardly ever leave 5 stars maybe 4 very rarely 5. John has amazing customer service skills but more than that he makes you feel like you matter. You can tell it's more than a job for him. Kudos to the person that hired this young man. This was my first time and definitely won't be my last. They treated my dad that is 80 with the utmost respect which is very important to me. 8 usually take my car to the dealership but was going out of town so needed a fast oil change so I went to Take 5 on peach orchard Rd. Well for now on they will service all my vehicles and my family's. It's worth the money if you think they are to expensive. Thanks John we will see you again:)John the Baptist lol

First they didn t have my oil filter nor air filter I was promised a discount of 49.99 since I had to purchase my filters. No problem. I went to autozone and got it but not until today a day later. I went back and was expecting the same Curtesy as I got yesterday. But Richard went back on his word and told me I would only get 20 dollars discount and I spent 35 on my filters. That is not right. I was very disappointed and left without a oilchange. I just should have gone to the dealership in the first place where u can get it all done for a lot cheaper than take 5 and jiffy s lube

I can't remember all the names, but everyone thst worked on Saturday, 12-09-2023 did an Awesome job at teamwork to provide me top notch service for me and my vehicle. Love them all. Thank you & Take 5 will always be in my prayers.

The service attendants were fantastic. They corrected a couple of issues that were the results of the Augusta location negligence. As a woman you're always on alert with any car issues and I'm traveling, so say that I'm grateful the guys made me feel confident that they could take care the issue was gratifying. Shout out to the guys and great customer service!!!!
