The Sunbusters Window Tinting Team of Augusta did a phenomenal job on our vehicle. Preston took the time to explain the different levels of tint and detailed the benefits of Ceramic tint that would protect our newborn baby from harmful UV rays. This local business takes the time to suggest the right product that best suites their customers needs and performs excellent work at a very competitive price. Excellent, fast and courteous service. They explained everything in detail. The staff I talked to were extremely respectful. I had my front 2 windows tinted within an hour while I waited in their comfortable waiting area. They guarantee their work and they appreciate veterans and first responders. Called and talked to Preston at Sunbusters and he was able to get me in the same day! Ultimately I had to reschedule, and when I got to the shop from my appointment, I met Robert, the owners son, and he was super helpful and fast. I needed my back drivers window tint replaced and they matched the rest of the car perfectly in under 15 mins. 20/10 recommend these guys.Services: Sun control window tinting, Heat control window films, Vehicle window tinting

These guys are still as good as they ve always been. I ve been using them for years it s very refreshing to see a younger generation taking pride in their work. They did my back window in 30 minutes on a walk in. Very satisfied

Got my front windshield tinted by them, it looks really good! Unfortunately on the way back my car had lights pop up but according to Mazda it just needs time to dry out. At first I was concerned but the employees did everything they could and assured that I would be taken care of. I had my Lexus broken into while on a trip to Atlanta. I called and booked an appointment. After telling Preston about my terrible weekend, he had me bring a copy of the police report and worked with my insurance company to get it taken care of.

These guys are A+ in my book. They tinted my car at a reasonable price. They vacuumed my floor pad since they saw I had some dirt from my shoe. Robert over at Sunbusters in Augusta is amazing, professional, and good at what he does, he will not disappoint. The guys there gave me a good price on tinting my vehicle. I got to see the whole process. I would recommend Sunbusters to get your tint done, they are fast, professional, and their complementary snacks and entertainment while they work on your vehicle is amazing. Martin gave me a fair price, a quick install, and even buffed a scratch out of my wheel well. They do car shuttling too as a complimentary service. Life time warranty is great. I could not recommend them more highly! Use this company!

5+ Stars for Customer Service and workmanship.We have used Sunbusters for every vehicle we own. When my wife bought her car in 2013, we dropped it off and had the 2 front and windshield tinted. Completely satisfied with their work until recently. The tint started peeling on the front passenger door so we stopped by to let them take a look. Since we had a lifetime warranty on the tint and labor, Sunbusters replaced it..NO QUESTIONS ASKED. If you go anywhere but here, you re making a big mistake. Oh yeah, save your paperwork, it will come in handy for sure.Thank you Sunbusters, for honoring the lifetime warranty, even though most people have traded vehicles twice in 9 years. I got my 2013 Daytona Charger tinted here and it was extremely fast , easy and very affordable. The staff were really nice. I am getting my wife's car tinted here and all my future vehicles 10/10

Dropped my truck off at 9:30am and was told 2-3 hours it should be done just to have front windows tinted and windshield strip done. Tried to call for an update 4 hours later (no answer) and received no call back or update on my truck at all throughout the day. Decided to drive back to the shop 15 mins before close of business because I still hadn t been contacted by anyone and when I arrived my truck still hadn t been touched. When I asked for my keys and explained the situation to a staff member I received no explanation, nor did I receive an apology for wasting my time. The lady simply handed me my keys and walked away. At no point was I disrespectful and the lack of empathy was definitely unwarranted in this situation. At no point did any employee attempt to right the wrong THEY constructed. I highly recommend looking at other local businesses if you re considering getting any window tinting done.

I was told what time to bring my Jeep in to have the front windows tinted. They kept it 4hours instead of the 1 hour I was told. That wasn't a huge problem, since I added on doing the windshield as well & I understand places get busy.However; upon picking up my vehicle, it reeked of cigarette smoke! This is a 2021 Jeep that I have had for only a few weeks. There was also adhesive all over the sides of the windows, the windshield & it was running all down the doors & dash. Nothing was wiped off or cleaned at all.The only positive I have is that the tint itself looks pretty good as of right now.Will not be reusing or recommending them for future vehicles.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Very nice workers. They did a great job on my car. Was comfortable waiting inside until they finished my tint. The tint itself didn t take more than an hour (although I only did two windows and a strip.) They gave various options on the types of tint and I didn t know where to start other than I knew I wanted tint. Very pleased with them.

Older dude who tinted my car was a hard worker, stayed after hours to finish up on top of two other cars. Super nice dude. That being said, the woman receptionist lied to me twice. I dropped the car off at 12, was told it d be ready at 3:30 more like four. Came back at 4:15, they didn t start the car until 5pm! (Closing time) I asked if I d have to wait another 2 hours , and she lied saying they would have it done in no time. Got the car at 6:30, and paid for it about an hour before it was finished because she decided to leave for the weekend. I don t even write reviews but I had to get this off my chest lol. Car looks great though. Just wasted a whole Saturday for it. Service 0/5 ; Car 5/5

I came in for just a back windshield the guy who greeted me was super friendly and helpful and made sure he gave me a proper estimate and time to come back. I come back at the selected time and had to wait a while for a car to get done and I was next they said. Long story short they did four-door sedan befor me. Meanwhile I was promised to be next and only had a back windshield. I waited a whole 90 minutes for them to tint a car that wasn t mines. Then they pull my car around and finish in 15 minutes like why did I have to wait when y all said I was next? Not only that but my car smelled like smoke when I got it back. Wouldn t go back.

We couldn't had a better experience than we had yesterday morning! My husband chose "Sunbusters Window Tinting" from a good friend's referral. Once he made the 1st call-It was decided!The receptionist was time & again cheerful, helpful, Very informative& patient!I apologize I didn't catch her name- The 2 Installers, Peyton and Rob were on time, professional, & Very Good at their job-they kept us informed on the process-we hadn't thought to tell them of our Special Needs adult Son, whose window they also tinted- both of these young men never "skipped a beat"! My son felt comfortable,which meant so much also. We called Sunbusters yesterday to Thank them - The Installation upgraded the appearance of our home 100%- an extra Plus!!!Service: Heat control window films

Will never advise anyone to use this business. Took car in on Thursday so I could pick up on Friday at 2pm. Upon arriving car had not even been touched.Had to replace tint on rear passenger window 3 times.The young man that is the owners son was very rude and had a nasty attitude. No respect for customer.Avoid this business
