They need to have a system in place where they have some type of order, maybe the customers pull a numbered ticket as they come in, instead of first come first serve. I sat there about 25 minutes waiting while people were being served ahead of me. After they fixed my tire, I sat there waiting another 30 minutes for them to put my tire on. After a while I just put my own tire on while I was waiting.

I went to get my tire looked at 03-20-2024 at 4:50pm and 03-21-2024 at 4:15pm. Both times they said they was closing up early cause it was slow. There time of closing says 5:00pm. I specifically went back at 4:15 the next day because of them saying that they were slow. I promise you I will never go back to them because when I went back the second time, it was eight people that pulled up behind me and every last one of those people were upset. I think it s messed up because people be getting off work around about that time and be trying to take care of things and then also if it states that you close at 5 PM why are you closing up early. I know it s not my business, but they should at least honor their hours. I asked to speak to the owner, but they said the owner wasn t there, but somebody had to make a decision of closing up early

If you ever have any car trouble I suggest going to Southside Tires. Plus the guys that work there, they used to work in my Uncle Danny's shop. My wife's uncle. He was a very special person and he only hired the best and they all know what they're doing and they're really good at it. Very reasonable prices by very cool people. Go to Southside

I've never felt so insulted in my life then I just became when I tried to get my tire fixed here.ive always had good dealings at this shop until today.i parked in line and a black employee walks past me to speak to a black lady on my right.then he walks back by me to a black guy on my left that was there after I was.when he was finished I asked him if I needed to move.he just stared at me for a moment and then went to help the black lady on my right again.im ashamed that prejudice people can't open there eyes and quit looking at our color,they list my business and my friend even works there but he is a great guy

Never had a problem with their tires and always good customer service there may be a little wait but it s worth the quality of tire

My go to place when I need the tires on my trailers replaced without having to pay for hefty price for a certified trailer tire at the big name tire stores. Service is always prompt and the staff is always friendly. Leave a tip!

Called this place about a used tire that I needed. They were the only ones that had that size. As soon as I got there, the guy grabbed my tire and put it on within 5 minutes and even put it back in my car. Everyone was super friendly and the guy at the desk really cares for his customers. Will definitely be back even if I have to pay ten dollars more. It's all about good customer service for me.

I picked the tire out and they still came and put on the wrong tire size! I should have double checked. Now there closes and have to wait till Tuesday.

Waste of my time and money brought my car in to get a sensor program for the tire pressure system which they have done it before but this time because I didn't buy the sensor for them they didn't want to program it got charged $10 had to go somewhere else to get it programmed please be consistent on your rules

I went here and paid $100 to get my tires mounted and balanced on my 2006 Honda Accord. A day later I realized my tires were fully out of balance while driving down the highway. I went back here after the discount tire store did my balancing correctly and told me they were horribly out of balance, to let them know and they were just like I can t help you ,and didn t really care.. Never going here again.They can t balance tires properly. That s the 2nd time I ve had a problem with their tire balancing. I was just giving them a 2nd try this time, since they refunded me $20 last time for bad balancing. I m done now. Never again. DiscountTireStore for now on. That s my fault for going back. I do not recommend here.

I have used South Side several times and these folks really have a system for tire repair. Honest folks, very fast, efficient and @ a good price. Barney's pharmacy is across the street and they will fix your tire faster than you can run over there and back.

Friendly and fair staff, reasonable prices and they stand behind their work. They stay very busy, but do their very best to take care of their customers as quickly as possible. I'll definitely continue using them!

I went in to get my tire pressure sensors changed, the guy who did it was very nice, professional, quick, and the service was reasonably priced. I will definitely return there for all my tire associated needs.

Brandon with AAA changed my flat and recommended this place for me to get my tire patched. I did that and ended up getting a spare as well! In and out fast, great service

Amazing service. Always quick, and they always have the tire size I need. For $51, including balancing and installation, these guys will have you in and out, usually in less than an hour.I've brought three vehicles to them, multiple times, and I have never been disappointed.They do more than just tires, too.

I had been searching all week for my size 19 and they finally had it.Everyone else had to order it which takes 2 to 4 days and was extremely expensive 195.per tire and up when I normally pay close to 120!I normally get a new set! About 800.The staff was very kind and showed me my tire before putting it on my car!Most places you have to ask to see the tire! Really good people and great prices! They just gained a new dedicated customer,I've had people recommend them before but I never tried them but from this day forward tires plus will never see me again! Southside Tires is the place for me! thanks my friends

**Updated** Only ones who had the tires I needed and they were not only in good shape but were priced fair, too. Star added - they'd make five stars if they could ever figure out how to manage the customer backlog without skipping over people in line. It's a bit chaotic. ** Last tires I got had valve stem problems and caused enough headache I won't call them first next time I'm looking.

Purchased tires for my car and the price was pretty good!! Tires are in really great shape, and they give you a 30 day warranty. Fast service, nice staff. I ll always go to them for my tire needs!

Went here for the first time. They are amazing! Pulled up they took my tire from me and went to work. I only had a certain amount of money and they worked with me to help me get a good tire for my car. The guy at the front desk (owners best friend I think) was amazing. I love the Christianity here. The guy who fixed my tire was amazing as well as like I said got my tire and went to work and had my tire done in less then 10 minutes! Thank you Southside tires for helping me out I appreciate it so much! I definitely am going to be recommending y'all to others!

Horrible experience these people are ghetto and very unprofessional.. I sat there for an hour with no one asking if they could help.. the lady in the office was like go outside they'll help you and I'll just take your money!!! I was like wow!! What a way to conduct business. I left and will never return

I have went there twice. Both to replace a tire. First off, they have the best prices in town for both new and used. Trust me, I checked. Second, the service is just awesome. Every one is nice, super cool, and work quickly and efficiently. There was about 5 or 6 other cars in the lot when I pulled up, and I still got out of there in about 10 minutes. This place comes highly recommended.
