God forbid you ever get into an accident or have damage to your vehicle, but things happen. But having said that, Pat is such a friendly and business-oriented guy. The ease of working with your specific situation, speed and attention attention to detail are second to none.

Pat Richards was awesome! I was hit and the whole rear door on my SUV had to be replaced. He ordered the parts and had them in hand at the shop before I even dropped off my vehicle. Then he had the work done in less than 48 hours! He helped me out with pickup/drop off of my ERAC rental and even helped me swap over the kid's car seats. He was very pleasant to deal with, great service, great repair, great timing. I cant recommend his body shop enough! Thank you Pat!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my SUV in to fix damage on my side door and running board. The owner was friendly, inviting and efficient. I was given an estimate for the damages immediately and I got right on their schedule for services. The car was completed timely, looked amazing, and the actual cost was less than the estimate. I was so impressed I left my truck there for minor body work when I picked up the SUV. Great service paired with great people. I would recommend this shop!

Took my car (kia optima) here after a deer hit it and I just got my car back today. I can say I'm satisfied with the work that was done. My car look brand new. The owner was very helpful and generous. He provided nice clean work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend.

Stopped by to get an estimate on my bumper that had come loose and he fixed it on the spot. Highly recommend Richards. Workmanship is great.

I took my car to them after an accident to fix my door....since I have a drop top, there was an additional issue of getting the top adjusted correctly so there were no leaks. I went back and forth with them for many months with leaks still happening. They finally told me there was nothing else they could do for me, but they still got the insurance check without ever fixing the problem. The roof/door part is fine, however when it rains, water still comes in on the bottom part of the door. I am very disapointed in their work as well as their 'give up -oh well' attitude when they couldn't fix it.

Very bad service, my fianc� kept getting harassed because she was pointing out things on the car that were not fixed,and the insurance had paid for them to get fixed,I had to get out of my job and go there in person so they could finally do the repairs, Very unprofessional by them taking advantage of dealing with women

Not a PAINT and body shop; just a body shop. Don't do some repairs. Didn't stay. Just left.
