Employee Johnny Cash gave me the best customer service from the time I arrived until I checked out. He was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. This man could could train employees and he certainly deserves a raise.

Parts wise they are fine. As far as Calling to confirm the part shown online will fit or cross referencing for certain year models fitment multiple year models, if you are open on a certain day like today, Sunday they need to rectify to better serve customers!

Hey...the guy that checked me out was very phenomenal on customer service.. it's sad that I didn't get his name to honor him on this review but with all due respect he was a small built short Caucasian guy on 1/6/2024 at 3:28 p.m...... I can truly say he was the best.

I love Pull-A_Part. Prices have went up over the years. That is expected. Problem is they charge you for everything. Buy a trunk, get charged for a latch. Buy a bumper get charged for grille, fog lights, any plastic cover part. Removing the grille, fogs and filler panels. That will damage the bumper attachments in most cases and the part you remove is not useable anymore. About a week ago. They tried to charge me for a broken fog light. Look, I get it but you are overcharging. The bumper I bought used from you set me back $180 bucks because of the small parts charges. Aftermarket bumper was actually cheaper. Don't get me wrong. Parts are a great deal but you have to be careful with cores and fees. $3.75 core charge on a trunk latch? Come on! Also why is the car buying policy always a complete car only. I have to take cars that have tons of good parts to the metal scrap yard. You won't take those cars with no motor or trans. Most of the sales are for body parts/ interior items. Why won't you take a car with no engine? The end game is to buy the car for scrap metal value. Sell all the parts you can. Sell the metal for scrap. One other thing you scrap cars too fast when the metal value is high. Sometimes less than a week. If the metal is really high. On a positive note. The check in counter girls are super nice and friendly! But the checkout is slow and most of the time the cashiers are talking and messing around with each other. That needs to be improved.

The lady at the front desk is a huge hire for this place. She s fun and has personality. Shes also extremely helpful. You want find this at other places around. They also had all the parts I was looking for and were very fair priced.

I've been going to Augusta pull a part for many years but nowi go like every 2 weeks and Johnny Cash always takes care of me at the cash register. Super helpful guy. I really enjoyed going there.

The young man (from Davis towing) who picked up my vehicle was so nice, polite and very professional. We completed the paperwork. He paid me for my vehicle and answered some questions I had about another vehicle I have. He made it a very pleasant experience. I will recommend this company and Davis towing to anyone.

Update. There are carts available again for rent. Yard is clean and organized. Aisles are labeled. It would be a 5 star but I have trouble with my feet and planned on renting a golf cart but they were all broken. Not rented but broken.

Great customer service honest employers. Phelicia and Kathy, I forgot and left my tools at the register went back the next day they had put it in the office and returned it to me.

Went to purchase a car I saw posted on Facebook marketplace. I talked to Christian the car sales man who then told me to come in and go on a test drive. We did just that and I purchased my car hassle free with 0 problems

Going there is worse than the court house. Lol. They want to search your stuff Going in. Never heard of. What do you have there worth so much? I'll continue to shop online will never go back. Smh

Bring your tools and find what ya need. I recommend going to the website first and checking to see if the vehicle you need a part from is on the lot.

Prices are pretty good.. got a 2004 Acura leather car seat for $40 in condition.. People are nice there, but the parkingLot is a mess needs better management. Try to ad pictures from the filthy parking lot, but don't know if it worked. Terrible. 9/11/2021 Update; someone heard me: the place is cleaned up. Awesome. Now I even enjoy it more to come and look for parts with my husband. Thanks

Yard is nicely organized and well stocked. Staffing friendly and helpful. I had an issue with a component of an engine I purchased, and they took care of me the next day. Brought the damaged part back in, and they sent me to get a replacement. No fuss, no issues. It's nice to find a yard like this.

Their restrooms are horrific! I mean I realize it's a junkyard but they could at least keep them at an acceptable level aside from that it's a great salvage yard....staff is friendly and helpful.

Love this place. Haven't been here in a couple of years but the service and helpfulness of the staff is excellent. Looked online for the vehicle's availability and really liked the printout of vehicle and location. Highly recommended.

Isaac at the counter is an EXCELLENT representative. He was willing to help and did so with a great attitude. In this day and age service that exceeds expectations is becoming rarer by the minute. This man deserves some recognition, and probably a raise.

Great place. Its very clean and all the vehicles are lifted up and ready for you to get your parts. Prices are good too.
