I had a great experience with Pep Boys when needing to get some new tires installed on my truck! Faye at the front desk was extremely nice and made me feel valued as a customer! The team stayed a few minutes after closing at the end of a busy weekend to ensure my tires were installed, which shows a lot about how much they care about their customers!

Faye was very helpful in scheduling my appointment. She assisted me upon arrival and during my visit. Carswell, technician, reviewed inspection report with me and suggested recommended repairs to be done. Carswell is an exceptional technician and always provides great customer service.

Had an appointment at 5:30pm. I get there around 5:20pm and their way to greet me was we don t have a technician so can t do your car, sorry . If a business is having staffing shortages, it is completely understandable, but at least have the courtesy of giving a call to inform the customers so we don t drive all the way to your location. Or at least offer to bring your car tomorrow and we will give you a discount. That s called customer service. I ended up going next door to Take 5 Oil Change and I am about to give them 5 stars because they do know what customer service is.

Made an appointment online and as soon as I arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment they say it will probably be a week before they could even take a look at it smh I said I have an appointment they then say the mechanic is about 8 cars behind and the online appointments never know how many cars they already have pending for service. What a waste of time and money , very disappointing.

The advisor asked me what oil was needed for my vehicle. I informed Faye I was not sure, but I have been going to Pepboys for years and received the same oil. The oil from my previous visits is what I would like. I offered to go outside to my vehicle to retrieve my previous receipts to assist. The advisor(Faye) stated she was able to retrieve from the company's system. Great for me. I put my trust in her to make sure what I previously received, I will receive again for oil selection. When it was time to pay, my total was way higher than usual. I addressed my concerns to the advisor (Faye). I told her I have never paid this amount and she assured me it was higher due to the cost of oil now. She stated when the oil prices goes up, then the oil changes will as well. I was still concerned but I put my faith in the advisor(Faye). When I returned home, I was still uneasy about the price. I looked at my previous receipts and I was overcharged and the wrong oil was selected. $50 difference. I called and spoke to advisor (Faye) and she stated that she did see that I was charged for another oil. She stated "what do you want me to do about it" in a very disrespectful tone. I asked for her manager, and she stated he was not there but he would return the next morning. His name is Brendon.

Daughter went in to get 4 tires. Had an appointment at 10 am. Took her car back at 1050. Tire guy messed up stud by cross threading. Daughter had to go to autoparts store to get a replacement so they could repair because Pepboys did not have a replacement stud or lug nut. Here it is 315 and she is still sitting at the shop waiting on her car. No manager on duty and the woman at the front desk lied when I called asking what was going on saying my daughter came in with 2 bad lugs and asked them to repair.

Forgot the tire rotation. Normally not a big deal but this is a third time at a third separate Pep Boys in two states where I m having to spend more time going back and forth for a simple tire change. This lack of reliability brings into question if the other services are actually being completed or the information on the inspection sheet is accurate.2.5/5

The tire in my wifes car was low on air. Sent her here to have it checked. She was told that they looked at the tire and didn't see anything and that it was due to the cold weather. Took it to another shop today and they immediately found the screw in the tire that was causing the leak.

I usually come here and am greeted by Zack, the manager who is always extremely personable and friendly. This time was a different person (maybe Zack was off?). She was matter-of-factly in suggesting my tires get replaced. I m sure it was her job to push the sale, but I didn t really like having to refuse the service more than twice. However, the service was fairly quick. I got my oil changed and tires rotated on a Friday morning before a holiday weekend in 1 hour. I got a 25% coupon applied to my sale, which was great! The waiting area was clean. One major con: the online booking system apparently doesn t work so there wasn t a point in making an appointment online. The service woman mentioned it to another customer and I did notice I wasn t the first person taken care of at 8am.Overall, great service and I will return.

I had a 120 point inspection done by Shad on my Toyota Corolla to see if it needed any maintenance. He did not pressure me to buy extra services and and he was honest about the state of my car. He did a very thorough inspection too.

I requested an appointment online for 9am on Saturday. I arrived at 845am and had to give all of my information again, almost like any information already provided was useless, I was told they would take my vehicle back and the services would be completed, I requested an oil change and brake inspection as my ABS light was on. 2 hours passed and my vehicle had not even been taken back yet when I asked for an update on the time estimated I was told "The vehicle in front of you was just taken down so they will work on yours next" no actual estimated time was given. Another 30 minutes went by before my vehicle was taken back, another 30 minutes passed after that before I was told what the issue was that caused my ABS light to come on and was quoted a price to fix it and was led to believe they were going to fix it. Another 45 minutes and I was finally called up to check out and was given a completely different price than what was quoted. It turns out the price I was quoted was for the wrong sensor and they actually didn't have the correct sensor in stock. None of this was verbalized to me until I questioned why the price was not the same as the price quoted and when I asked why it took them so long to complete an oil change once they knew the correct sensor wasn't there I was told "Ma'am I can't help how slow they are back there". I waited 4 hours for what amounted to just an oil change and any interactions after the initial check in were not professional and were like I was just being brushed off.

ZERO STARS!!! i had an appointment for a simple tire rotation but once i got there the lady said it was going to be a TWO HOUR WAIT. what was the point of making an appointment then?!??

This is such a great service center for car care. Easy to schedule and check in your vehicle as well as wait for the completion of your service. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. You can't go wrong with this Pep Boys location!

First off, I didn t think about Pep Boys. Milton Ruben is the worst service. I told consultant and showed him leaked something out of engine or maybe hose. Mechanical told consultant that my Jeep Grand Cherokee needed to replace belt, spark plugs, and cables...he didn t mention about leaked. After, I drove and still not right with temp acted up. I text consultant and showed him pic. Go back again and mech said it was a thermostat and I have to pay $350...what s the hecking? But, I had thermostat in June. I came to Pep Boys and met Zach first time. Zach is really nice guy and helpful. He asked me about thermostat(still kind new), but he wanted me come down and show me something wrong. Zach s mechanical found problem is leaked water pump, and Milton Ruben didn t do. I was so frustrated and Zach helped me and made me happy. Thank you so much, Zach!

Excellent service, quick and courteous. I scheduled in the evenings since the weekend mornings always seem to be overbooked. I found that this was a corporate edict to allow scheduling appointments multiple times the site's capacity. Is some weenie in corporate getting some kind of bonus at the expense of the companies and francises's business?

I had an appointment to have two carry-in tires installed. The people are nice there and the job was done well. However, it took them almost 5 hours while I was waiting on site! Just unbelievably slow.

I called on Wed for an appt to have my car serviced and was offered same-day appt but opted for Thurs at a time more convenient for me since I needed to wait for it. Faye was very nice & professional. Zach had me out in a little over an hour. Not bad at all! I had my car serviced there last year and return in the future.

I recommend this location for your vehicle service. They are the kindest with very affordable prices. Great inspection on my vehicle. I will definitely come back for my next service. Thank you to the sweet lady at the front desk and the mechanic that did the service on my vehicle

Zach and Charles were great and helped me pick out some tires for the next car s visit.The mechanic retrieved the tools to find special mechanism for the spare and put everything back where it belongs.

I thought I needed new front bakes. But the said they said I had dirt bild up. The took all four tires off and blow them off. And when I pick my truck up no charge. The are very honest about my brakes some brakes places might charge me new brakes, but pep boys did not. Very happy with them. Thank you Pep Boys

Every time I visit pep boys on Washington road in Augusta Georgia I'm greeted with a warm welcome. The customer service is out of sight. The technician that repaired the tire on the vehicle was awesome. I love them all. This is the only that boys I will go to.

I was exceptionally please with the service and greeted very professionally by someone name Mr. Charles who was very knowledgeable of the malfunction with my vehicle upon my arrival to Pep Boys. The service and repair was quick and timely. Mr. Charles followed up on every detail. Thank you very much

I m not sure why they send you a link for you to check the status of your appointment when they don t even update it. It took me walking up to the front counter to see if they were done to send me a text saying my car was ready. So I m just sitting in the shop waiting and my car been ready. Other than that the service was good. One of the workers showed me where exactly the nail was in my tire and I appreciated that.
