This place is wonderful! The staff are nice and helpful. They do offer appointments for some services; I only needed an oil change and that was done very quickly.I will never take my car anywhere else if I can take it here.I could see my car the whole time they were changing the oil, my tires were rotated and the technician pointed out the cover on the bottom that had been damaged (I did not know). The technician advised me to get another one from Honda and it could be easily replaced.Total cost (oil change/tire rotation) $79.98

Hello. I just moved to Augusta GA and my poor car took a beating. It already has issues and can be a brat . Also Uhaul screwed it up big time and left some serious damage. I needed an honest mechanic who would not price gouge me, sell me on repairs I didn't need, or understand my car situation. I took my car here and it has been the biggest blessing ever. First they were able to fix the serpentine belt that was damaged moving. Next they did an amazing oil change for a great price. Then they fixed my 2 back tires also damaged from the move. Finally they fixed the brakes. Yes normal maintenance and fixing cross country moving damage. Every time they have been honest and very helpful. They were able to work around my weird work schedule too. I am so super happy . The mechanic there was a saint and super knowledgeable. I totally recommend going here. It's work the drive and every penny.

Small business but felt just like at home everybody was welcoming . The service is fast and you re be on your way in a jiffy. Mr. Hussain did my service and I can say very professional make sure to ask about him.

Needed a tire replaced and arrived at opening time. The tire was installed quickly and professionally by Igbal a mechanic. He was very professional and let me know what was going on. Everyone was very courteous and I got the impression this store was looking out for me. David the sales manager was a tremendous help. I'm not used to such service. They will take care of my vehicles from here on out and I will recommend them to anyone.

I just moved to Augusta and did not know where to go to get my car fixed. I called Peach Orchard Tire and Auto care and explained my dilemma. Dave made me feel at ease that they will take care of my car. Every person in there are so kind and explained what s happening. They have a forever customer with me and my car. I will refer all my family and friends to go.

Took my 08 Lincoln to have a cooling fan replaced. Dropped it off last night after they closed, and I was very happy to get a phone call early this morning to talk about what was needing to be looked at. They later called back to inform me of what work needed to be done, how much it would cost. Everyone was very nice, the job was done the same day, and the pricing was very reasonable for parts and labor... I will be looking to bring back my vehicle in the near future to have more work done, so happy to have a new shop I can trust sense moving to Ga.

I would recommend this location for service. Troy and his staff were AWESOME! The customer service was EXCELLENT. Troy explain the type of services that my car needed and how it would make it operates and function correctly. They ordered my tires, next day there were on my car. I love the services and customer services.

I love getting my car repaired at Peach Orchard Firestone. Everyone is super friendly and they don't try to cheat you. They are very honest. I trust them to repair my car. Rick Keller really takes care of you Luke you are family.

Wonderful experience. What stuck out most to me is the honesty of the mechanic. He checked my car out came and told me i actually didnt need some of the services that I thought i needed. In todays world honesty Expecialy when it comes to money is almost non existant. But you will find it here. They will now get all my business and recommendations.

Peach Orchard tire is one of the best automotive establishments in Augusta, GA. The staff is hospitable and respectful. The mechanics are skilled and trustworthy. My family has trusted them to work on all of our vehicles for years. I would recommend and encourage everyone to get their vehicles worked on at Peach Orchard tire.

I went to get my car a rear suspension. and cross member frame fix. I didn't have to wait long and they didn't give me the "run around". My car has been running great with no problem. This is a great place to get work done.

Have done business here for years without a single compliant. Everyone is so friendly and my service is always beyond exceptional. There is honestly not a better place to get your vehicle needs in the CSRA.

I've been taking my cars here for over 20 years because they do good work, if they make a mistake they fix it, the prices are reasonable, they care about you, they don't try to upsize the work but they will tell you something needs attention. Great Place!

Went there because I thought I had a nail in my tire, the mechanic looked at and told me I was just low on air ,he filled all tires and did not charge me anything for it ,that's what I call customer service,the girl behind the counter (sorry I didn't get the name)was one of the nicest customer service representative I ever met, will definitely go there again

Great customer service. I purchased tires several years back, their price was better than the nearest Walmart tire center. Still riding the same tires today.

When I first got here the workers were very open and friendly, my phone got fixed on Tuesday and it only took 2 hours! They have great customer service.
