Awesome staff! So friendly and kind. I m here for the Masters and had a nail in my tire and kindly asked them to look at it and see if it could be fixed. Unfortunately it was to close to the side wall and couldn t be repaired but they told me they would put my spare on and didn t charge me a DIME!!! Kelvin was extremely nice and helpful. I gave him a tip for helping me and hope his supervisor gives him a raise! Highly recommend NTB for tire and automotive service!

Excellent services, great customer service, 5 star service all employees are so professional and knowledgeable they really take the time to explain you everything that s need to get done in your car, reason why and they are 100% accurate, they were go out of they way to do the best job that can be done I always do my research and they are by far the most economical car service shop, very satisfied customer here, NTB is the only car shop that I would use. Thank you NTB and Austin store Manager for the excellent service .

Always a great experience. Blayze, Jeremy, and Austin worked to find the loose flap on my car and found the piece to fix it so I wouldn't have to go anywhere else. The service for my oil change and back brakes were all done in an hour even with having to have the brakes delivered. Check them out if you need great quality service!

I called in this morning to get a quote on a repair for my inner tie rods and an alignment - which was cheaper than the other places I called. They were able to fit me. There was a little wait, but they fixed my issue!!! The reception, Angel, is awesome - she was very helpful.

Great customer service! The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were kind, even when my toddler was having a meltdown. They had me in and out within the hour. I would definitely come back again!

I love the staff and everyone is friendly. Austin recommends what s needed and is not pushy. You don t feel overwhelmed. You also don t have a long wait. I ll continue to come to this location.

I needed tire last minute. I called and spoke with Angel and she got me in same day. The guys that took care of my SUV walked me though everything. The lobby is clean and inviting. I 100% will be coming back and reccomend this location.

I came in to get my flat tire patched. At the last minute I asked if I could also get my tires rotated. They had no problem doing that. I was very happy with the price at $44.98. The staff was so kind to me. I will definitely be coming back here again!

100% satisfied customer here, Austin the manager store was very helpful and took the time to explain everything so my car can work as it best, the time, the service and the money is well worth it, shop around and Austin and he s crew are so efficient they are people that work with respect and honesty, NTB is made a great company by good people.

Big S/O to Austin @ NTB Austin and his staff were able to take care of my car within 2 hours that is Major ! Austin showed great customer service and assured me that he would take care of my problem without any hesitation now that is what business is all about so if you are ever in need of any help with your automobile make it your 1st priority to go and check out Austin and his staff over at NTB once again thank you AUSTIN

Everyone here is consistently kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They get my oil changes done quick, and any other problems with my car they take the time to explain and show it to me. This has been the only place I go to to get my oil changed since moving to Augusta, and they are pleasant each visit!

Got me in, put on a new tire and balanced it and got me out quickly. The only downside is their call center doesn't communicate with the stores. So if they make an appt for you, follow up with the store itself.

I am very pleased with both the service and the prices here. I have had to replace 2 tires and then had to replace my front brakes. They have been patient with me and have helped me with getting this done.

AUSTIN PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!! GUY WHO WORKED ON MY CAR WAS EXTREMELY FAST!Didn t even wait 2 mins they signed me in and took care of my car! Only bad is there s leaks inside which can be dangerous for customers and staff! Please get that fix asap BUT YOU HAVE GAINED A CUSTOMER THANKS AUSTIN!

I bought a tire from Walmart this morning and they refused to put the tire on because my car was a bmw never did they state that on their website or was it listed anywhere at their shop but thankfully NTB put the tire on for me even though I bought it from Walmart they were very friendly and understanding and very quick. Thank to the team at NBT for getting me back rolling again I will be buying all my new tires in the future and I recommend anybody else to do so if you want great service with a smile and understanding.

Schedule an oil change for 9AM on a Thursday. Called the day before to confirm. Dropped car off 30 minutes early and 2.5 hours later my car still hadn t been touch.

I had previously purchased a set of tires from this store. I had asked for road hazard insurance on these tires. One of my tires got a nail or something similar and developed a slow leak. So I took my car to NTB where I had purchased the tires. The manager, Austin Isenhour, looked up my info but there was no road hazard insurance listed. The previous manager had not entered the information into the computer even though I had paid for it. Well, Austin went ahead and replaced the tire. I only had to pay for the installation. He and his staff were very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this store.
