Melissa and her crew were absolutely amazing. I got assisted during Masters Sunday, which is one of the busiest days for Augusta, while in dire straits with a flat tire. I was in and out of the shop in less than 30 minutes with a brand new tire. Melissa was kind and very pleasant to speak with. She and the NTB team turned a stressful situation into a very pleasant experience. Thank you NTB!

The manager Melissa runs the most knowledgeable and honest store Ive ever been too. She is honest about repairs, service, and anything else needed for your car that's why I only bring my vehicles to her. Definitely recommend anyone with car concerns to go stop by and see her.Thanks Melissa

These folks are simply the best! They are truly the CHEAPEST tires in Augusta. I did the calling around for you, and it turns out NTB is the only place that should be fulfilling your tire needs! Cheapest, kindest, and most genuine mechanic tire providing humans that will get you the best possible deal.

Excellent service. Always friendly and helpful. Melissa takes the time to explain what was done, what needs to be done and why. Would not think of using anyone else. Hard to find this type of service anymore.

a couple more stars for service and professionalism. They went out of their way to take care of my tire needs, even cleared out some spiderwebs and a couple of alleged spider eggs. It s been awhile since I ve driven the car. Will be back. Thanks, Melissa and team

Absolutely love this place. We've brought both our cars here for the last year. Tires, oil changes , alignment, etc. They are always accommodating, quick, and reasonably priced. The service by the whole team is exceptional and friendly. The manager, Melissa, is awesome!

As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I always worry that mechanics are telling me I need unnecessary repairs to get the bill higher. I took my car to NTB Augusta thinking I needed brakes and they told me it was a broken motor mount and actually said they didn t think brakes needed replacing yet! As I drove home, I was AMAZED at how quiet and great my car was driving after the motor mount replacement!! Melissa has great customer service and really works with you on discounts to help you save money and it s great to leave a mechanic not feeling like you ve been robbed lol. I ve been recommending this NTB location to all my coworkers since then! 10/10 recommend!!

Just want to compliment one of the employees. Her name is Lisa. She was super helpful and professional. Needed two tire changes and she broke down the cost for us and was genuine. She made it a really good experience.

My son was in a jam with leaking tire on his way from FL with his dog to NJ. He was 30 miles out of NTB so I called ahead hoping they could take care of a pair of new tires quickly. What a nice group of people. They were very accommodating for both my son and his dog. Well done and Merry Christmas NTB!!!

Honestly, I love this place because everyone is friendly and dealing with melissa she just was awesome. She gave me options on what tires I could choose from and gave me an eta on what time they would be finished. If you are in town and need tires or service, I recommend them.

I took my car here to get an oil change and a week later my oil light came on saying my oil was low to only find out they didn t change my oil at all !!! I do not recommend this place at all !!!!!

Came in to have some tires replaced Tuesday morning and Melissa one of the sales rep assisted me with wonderful knowledge and awesome customer service. I only been here twice but will be back for more services to be done . As a women I trust Melissa knowledge and her dedication alone to go over and beyond while helping me while needing services done to my vehicle. I will be back .

Excellent service! I as traveling on business and had a slow leak in my tire. Melissa Dover and Lisa got me taken in first thing in the morning and got me back on the road ! So friendly and I cant thank them enough!
