Recently needed new front tires on my RV. Contacted them and arranged to bring it in at 8am. I drove over early to beat the traffic and arrived at 7:20am(they open at 8am). A nice young man walked out and asked if they could start early they were finished by 8am! Always nice folks to deal with. This was my 2nd time seeing them for tire work on my RV and both times they handled the work quickly and got me back on the road much sooner that I expected. Thanks!

Followed my fiance here in our personal car while he drove the tractor trailer. The service was fast, affordable, and great value. We later went back for our car tires as well.

This shop is always on point!! I bought some centrimatic wheel balancers that turned out to not fit and they offered me an alternative option that helped me out. Brand new steers. Whatever you got throw it at them. They ll either take care of you or send recommend you to someone who can. Grade A shop

Excellent guys, fixed my trailers tire less than 25 min. And he came too fast to fix my issue . Great work and thanks for helping drivers with excellent service . Friendly communication and excellent price. Patrick newman did a great job

We are on a long road trip from Texas when we discovered one of our tires had a slow leak. We found Moody s through a Google search and stopped without an appointment. The friendly technicians took us in right away, found a nail embedded in our radial tire, repaired the tire and sent us on our way. We are extremely happy and grateful out of town travelers!

My son had a blowout on wheeler rd and was stranded. He didn t have a spare tire. Thank you Moody s Tire for coming to take care of him. Patrick was so nice and worked quickly in the rain getting my son up and running. With so much going on I was worried about my son s safety. Again thank you!

Excellent tire repair shop and great prices! These guys did a great job fixing my tire that still had plenty of tread left, but those chain companies just pushed for me to buy new tires. Their team had me in and out quickly. They have my business from now on!

I pulled into town from a days long journey from Michigan with a flat on my travel trailer. Patrick came to the rv park to save the day! He was friendly and professional. I highly recommend these guys!

The team at the Augusta store did an outstanding job for us when we needed 4 camper tires at one time while traveling from Columbia to Gulfport, MS ... they had to get the tires from their warehouse and got us back on the road in a short amount of time... we are forever grateful!

Pulled into this place, walked in hat in hand (figuratively), and asked if I could get some water as my truck was running hot. I was blatantly told NO! I've been in this area since1980, lived in the Bel Air, Columbia rd. section the entire time. So, just around the corner @ this establishment hell I'm good. Boy was I wrong! I know a bigot when I see one. Thank you all for showing who you are.

We had such a good experience here. Locally owned, very attentive, respectful, honest about what our issue was and the solution needed regardless of what was going to make them more money. I wish I would have known about Moody's long ago. So grateful for locally owned businesses that have an attitude to serve the community!

I've had a couple tire punctures repaired here, and both times they were able to get me in and out in about 20-30mins. Extremely fast service, and they're willing to fix some punctures that other places like Firestone will flat out refuse to fix for stupid reasons. If you need a tire repaired in Augusta, these are your folks

Ma and pop shops are the best! They need you as much as you need them and it shows within their services. Quick with putting on new tires and handled with care. The good ole boy attitudes and professionalism from Mr. Eddie and Patrick made this experience memorable and show they really care. Keep up the good work.

Had a blowout in my Travel Trailer on my way to Augusta.Needed all new tires for my trailer. Moody's Tire Service is the place to go. They had the travel trailer tires set out and ready to install when I arrived at a great price. I was in and out in less than an hour. Moody's is a commercial tire shop, not your big box automotive tire shop, and they know tires. When in the Augusta Area, this will be my go-to tire shop for Tires.Thanks...Henry

After we blew a tire on our fifth wheel camper on our first cross country family trip, Moody's not only got us back on the road but we're very fast, friendly, and made us super comfortable with the entire experience. They welcomed all of us (including the dog) into the air conditioning while they quickly got us set up with the right tires to finish our journey and have many more to come. Thank you so much!

My wife and I were traveling in our 31ft. RV when suddenly our 2 driver's side rear tires decided to just disenergrate on I-26. Stopping and getting off the highway was quick but then our State Farm roadside assistance was just a joke. So we began to search on our own and was given the number for Moodys. They were a God-Send and Patrick came to our rescue immediately. With his back to heavy speeding traffic, he replaced those 2 tires and had us back on the road. These folks are the prime example of what real customer service is all about. As we pulled away, Patrick fell in behind us to just make sure all was well and safe. The cost?? We'd pay their price (which wasn't bad at all) anytime, anywhere. Moodys Tire and Patrick....you are #1 in our book. Ever consider coming to Tennessee? We need businesses and more people like you. Thanks for it all!!!

Wow, I am so impressed. Driving on the interstate our tire blew out. We were able to get off on the next exit and park. We were stranded in an unknown town in a hot van with 3 year old and a 1 year old. We called Moodys and told them our situation. Not only did they help us discover where we were at, but they also coached me over the phone on how to find my tire size. They sent Jimmy with a new tire. He was extremely kind and nice to our upset children. He changed our tire and had us ready to go in less than 1 hour of the initial phone call. My family is so thankful

Had a lag bolt in tire on our work truck. Called and they were at me within 15 minutes. Got new tire installed and back on the road. Patrick did a phenomenal job! Highly recommend Moody s!!

We had a blow out on our new camper and was stranded on the side of a busy highway. We called Moody's Tire. The came and fixed our tire quick. They also fixed us up with another spare tire. They had us back on the road in no time. The young man was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the awesome service!

I went in with a light vibration in the right rear. They did a balance and rotate on all four tires claimed that three of them did not have any weights on them. When I got up to speed to get on the interstate around 60 to 65 I could barely hold my truck in the road it was vibrating so bad. I tried to call but no one would answer. I wouldn't trust this place to wipe my dog's rear end.

Brought in a horse trailer I had just purchased that had tires in real rough shape. Total visit was less than an hour from arrival to departure. They are fast, friendly, and wildly less expensive than any other big shot tire place in the area. Would definitely recommend!

Moody s provided professional interaction and service from the owner and his employee on a Saturday morning with tire issues on our new enclosed trailer. Owner searched for new parts across town while his employee worked on our tire in the shop. These guys really care about your safety and get you back on the road promptly. We highly recommend Moody s Tire Service.

Got my rear wheels balanced here after another shop did a horrible job when tires were mounted. The car would vibrate at 70+mph. After Moody's balance them it rides smooth as silk; proof is in the pudding. Great job! 5

These guys really helped me in a pinch. Saturday morning a couple weeks back I was hauling my GMC yukon xl back up to Indiana when I notice one of my tires on my pickup was separating. I gave Moody's a call and he ran to a warehouse in his personal pickup to get the tires and had me back on the road. Not only was the service top notch his price was better then I could do online.

I've been rolling down the highways of this country for several decades and in all my experience of having issues with tires and anything in relation to such,....I have NEVER had a finer encounter with experts such as MOODY'S TIRE SERVICE. I received not only impeccable service, a friendly staff, timely assistance,...but also an education. This company is genuinely interested in your personal well being and safety! Went in to get a flat tire fixed. Staff is experienced, courteous, and quick. Prices are very reasonable. Will come back here if another one of my tires finds a nail again.

We got stranded on the side of the highway when we had a tire blow out on our 35 foot 5th wheel. We had to park at a truck station overnight & go to the nearest tire place the next day as soon as they opened. Got all 4 tires replaced because I knew dry rot had set in & it was necessary to prevent this issue again. After being a day late to check into our vacation spot, being stranded on the highway in GA heat with 6 kids & 4 adults, attempting to sleep at a high traffic truck stop & dealing with way too many people on the phone who couldn t help at all... it s safe to say I was extremely frustrated. The people at Moody s were so nice & hospitable. I told them everything that had happened & they were so understanding & eager to help us (unlike Geico, AAA, Loves, or anyone else I d dealt with previously)... They only had 2 of the 4 tires we wanted but they sent a driver to go get 2 more & he got back quick & had us changed out & on our way in no time! Less than an hour & less than $1,000!!! As if my vacation week didn t have a bad enough start, as we were driving out, we scraped the side of the roof on their shop with the RV & it broke off the corner!! By now I was hysterical & broke down crying in front of the receptionist as she took down my insurance information. She was so sympathetic to my horrible week & that itself made my week better! As we pulled off she said she d pray my vacation goes smoother the rest of the way... and it did! People don t understand that it s little things like that which can change someone s whole day around! I ll never forget her or Moody s Tire Shop & will always recommend them to anyone traveling through their way! Thanks friendly & helpful team!
