The customer service at Monty's was great! I had been having problems with my car stalling for a few weeks and replaced it with a brand new battery, hoping it was not my alternator. But after the car stalled again - I knew I needed professional help. I took it to Advance Auto Parts who "tested" my battery and said it was great, but my alternator was shot. The next day I took it to Monty's and the staff was friendly and willing to inspect it for me. They immediately saw all I had was a loose bolt on my battery that got overlooked. After tightening it, the alternator and battery read great! Went from potentially a $600-700 estimate to just one bolt needing to be fixed -I was so happy the issue was easy to solve :). Plus the staff member that helped me was super knowledgeable and explained to me different parts of my car too so I know what I can look out for next time. I really appreciate Monty's Electric & Repair help and highly recommend them !

$50 to install a battery, which would have been free @ an auto parts store.Excellent attitudes among the staff.Very knowledgeable.

Had an electrical problem, thought it was my alternator, but turned out was wiring and belt. The two guys fixed problem and price was reasonable and my vehicle runs like it is new. I will give them a 10 for work and they were very professional.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

I took my alternator in just to have the bearings changed. They did it right there on the spot(quick & easy). Very nice, knowledgeable and courteous people. Will definitely make them my first choice if I need help in this area again!

Had a problem with no turn signal or hazards after a stereo installation. Was told to take it Monty's Electrical and Repair they are diffinatly the best and they lived up to they're reputation of being the best

After striking out at Autozone, O'Reilly's, Advance and NAPA, I brought my alternator in, they checked it for free and let me know that it was fine and instead of charging me several hundred dollars, that as a disabled veteran I can't afford, they helped me solve the issue with a little advice about what to look for. I am truly greatful for the assistance and advice! They are some of the good ones! I strongly recommend them if you are in need of alternator, starter or electrical repair, they are the place!
