Bought a Rav4 hybrid a month ago and husband bought a Tundra hybrid this week. Very happy with our new vehicles and the better gas mileage than what we had before with older vehicles. Jack was very patient and kind. He's answered all of our questions. What an awesome guy! JD is one cool dude. Thanks for the chats, Rick. Thanks to Justin also. You're the bomb! Mecca and Chris explain infotainment details perfectly. The whole team has been wonderful. Everyone is so nice and helpful.Enjoying our new rides!

This is one of the best dealerships that I have found. AL (my sales rep) was amazing. He was up front and honest about everything, didn t push for any Add ons, including warranty s (tho we did purchase one). Answered all my questions that I had during purchase time. We had to wait for the vehicle to arrive from factory and he did a great job keeping me posted on the updates. Justin business manager was also awesome.

Absolutely incredible experience! Landon made the whole buying process easy and didn't pressure us to make a choice like so many other dealerships do. I will be recommending Milton Ruben to anyone looking for a new car and will definitely be back for future vehicle purchases!

This dealership claimed my rear brake pads were worn to the metal and needed rotor replacement. I ordered the parts myself and installed new pads and rotors today. The old pads had years of life and the rotors were just fine. This isn t my opinion, it is a fact. This was a complete fabrication to replace a perfectly fine parts. I will never trust this dealership again. Dishonest people do not deserve your business. BE AWARE!

If I could leave this review with zero stars I would.Supposedly, I had 3,000 more miles until my next oil change, as indicated by the previous service. However, this morning, an unexpected issue arose. Each time I made a left-hand turn, a low oil pressure light illuminated. Upon immediate inspection at a different facility (Take 5), it was discovered that my oil level was dangerously low due to a missing oil filter cap - an issue that was supposedly addressed during my previous visit to Milton Ruben for which I paid $80.Regrettably, my interaction with the Service Manager at Milton Ruben did not reflect the level of professionalism and accountability one would expect. Despite presenting evidence and expressing my concerns, the response was dismissive, and no responsibility was acknowledged on their part.This could have been much worse than it was, as well as extremely costly. We work hard for our money and want work done when we pay for it.Given this disheartening experience, I find it necessary to inform you that my trust in Milton Ruben's services has been significantly compromised. Consequently, we have decided to take our business elsewhere moving forward. I believe it is essential to share this experience with others, as it reflects not only on the quality of service but also on the integrity and honesty of the establishment.During two other oil changes I had issues too, but none as bad or detrimental as this one. Once they completely forgot to fill up my windshield washer fluid, another time they forgot to check my tire pressure and the tire light came on after I left.Do not use them.Update: I see the dealership replied to my review. Yes, they did offer to look at my car after I called to complain. However, I declined and informed them that I will never trust them with my vehicle again. This is not the first mistake they have made on my vehicle.

After a very bad experience with my local Toyota dealer, I found the same car (except for interior color) was to arrive any day at Milton Ruben. I checked the sales staff for a female salesperson, because of the sexism I had experienced at the local dealer. Mecca Smith at Milton Ruben was a delight to deal with. She got us the price we needed, and was very good at communicating promptly and clearly. She was courteous and helpful throughout the process, as were Paul Nopper (Sales Manager) and Rick Good (Finance), and I would definitely recommend buying your next Toyota from them.

I ve never had an issue with a service person until 2/19/24. Now I knew I would be there for a moment because I didn t have an appointment; however, not communicating with the customer before you clock out is unacceptable. After 3 1/2 hours I had to find Julie (sitting at her desk) to see what s the update on my car. She told me another 10 minutes ,but after 20 minutes or so she was gathering her belongings to leave and left me to find someone else to help me. My paperwork was left by her station. Do better on your customer service, Julie.

The sales staff is top notch, service is some of the worst. Had an appointment just to rotate my tires, but waited for 2 hours, I finally ask and magically my car was done! My seat was moved and my settings on my display was changed around. If this happened once I wouldn t complain, but this happens all the time. If it wasn t free I would not go there at all!

Fantastic experience and thank you Sean. We were traveling and needed maintenance on our vehicle. Sean and the service department went above and beyond to help us during a stressful time. He was spot on with estimates on cost and timing on how long it would take. I highly recommend. Service department at Milton Ruben Toyota and thanks again Sean.

I so love this dealership everyone and I mean everyone was really nice and helpful, I did not feel pressured into just getting anything and my salesman Craig Paro explained every detail of my purchase to me being that I came from a car lot where I was taken advantage of. I am truly grateful to have such a wonderful and helpful salesman. I love my new ride and everything about it from the price to the condition of it. Thank you Milton Ruben Toyota very much for everything!!!

Normally happy with service. Still am. Just curious if there is a way you guys can return my truck as clean as you received it. I keep it pretty clean. Picked it up today and there was mud splattered all over the sides, the running boards and inside the wheel well. Not sure what you have to drive it through to get it to the back. Christopher offered to take it back and have them clean it up. I declined. Not sure how they d do it but didn t want to chance them just wiping it down and scratching it. Again, not complaining about the service, just hoping to avoid this next time.

I've had a lot of vehicles and a lot of customer service techs overseeing repairs over 5 decades, and by far KYLE is the best! Took my Jeep in expecting average or less service since that's what most people deliver anymore. Kyle not only met every need I had on my new Jeep, he VOLUNTEERED to take care of two more not getting good service at another dealership!If you want good service go to Milton Reuben for your Jeep. If you want great service, ask for Kyle!

UPDATE: Dealership has reached out and advised they are going to take care of it. Will update.I bought a 2024 4runner. We were told that it had remote start by sales. I found out it did not. I asked to speak to the GM and sales admitted they said it because they thought it did. They admitted it in front of the GM. The GM said they don't give what's not on the paper. I have bought 3 vehicles in 3 years from them. We just bought a 2023 silverado 5 months ago. They lost a customer

Recently, I purchased a 2023 RAV4 XSE Hybrid from Al Pleming. He was great and answered all my questions. It took a few months of waiting, but I totally loved the car when it arrived. I appreciate Al Pleming for showing me around the car and for the straightforward approach to payment. I would highly recommend him if you're looking for a great deal, and I would love to buy another car from him in the future.

Bought a van back in May of 2023. Two weeks later the battery was dead. I would taken it back to dealership but we moved already. Thinking in a new city, Toyota dealership there would honor it by replacing it for us since we just bought it, No they didn t we had to pay $240. I did let the dealership back in Augusta know and the salesman know right away. The salesman said text the receipt to him I did. This past July I texted again and said I haven t receive any information about refund. He said sorry he will send it again,He said not sure what happen. I haven t heard anything from him since July. It s November of 2023 and still nothing from the dealership and salesman about refund. Not very happy right now with that dealership!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I am very displeased with the one employee Amiya. She had an immediate attitude and was very rude and on her phone the entire time. The company itself is great but that young lady is not suitable to work in an environment socializing with other people. She ruined my entire day and I won t be coming back.

The customer service that we received from Mr. Kelton Hayes was phenomenal! He was able to get us in a beautiful new Toyota Rav 4 in no time at all. He was very professional courteous and attentive to my wife's needs as far as what she was looking for in a vehicle. We will definitely come back and see Kelton, when we need a new vehicle. Anthony Wrona was able to get us awesome financing at a great rate.

Bought a pre owned fairly new Honda Civic EX and in the year I ve owned it, here is my list of things that has gone wrong.1. Brake hold was repaired with duck tape that milten ruben knew nothing about 2. All usb ports were damaged upon purchase3. CarPlay works maybe 15% of the time, again, Milten Ruben failed to fix.4. Popped one of my tires and Milten Ruben sold me one individual tire without clarifying first that I would have to manually close out of a huge tire pressure error screen before being able to use the speedometer again. This issue has gone on the past year and the only way for it to be resolved is to give the company MORE money for all 4 tires to be replaced.5. 3 of my door seals fell off, Milten Ruben fixed with used seals for them to fall off yet again.6. Windshield seal is tore and caused the interior of my car to flood today 7. Broken rear diffuser8. Now CarPlay malfunctionI m so fed up with this company. Do what you will with this info. At least the car looks cute

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Milton Ruben Toyota. My first experience wasn t pleasant at all. I felt rushed and pushed into buying because I didn t know too much about the process as it was my first time buying a vehicle. They didn t even take the time to try and help me get into what I wanted or find what I was looking for. I asked for SUVs only, and they immediately started showing me Nissan Versas, Leafs and a Chevy Spark. I ended up settling on a Jeep Renegade because I needed the car. I don t remember the gentleman s name, but I hope he just doesn t work there anymore.My second experience was a completely 180. I was helped by Kendra from CDJR, JD, and Anthony. I went to trade the Jeep I ended up getting last year in, as I wasn t satisfied with the purchase. I approached Kendra and she was immediately interested in helping me find what I wanted. I told her exactly what I wanted and she looked at what she had on the lot. She showed me my Tacoma SR5 and we test drove. I was sold! I sat down with JD and Anthony and they helped me take an in-depth look at my finances. I was hesitant to buy a new truck they re EXPENSIVE! But Anthony did EVERYTHING he could and put in a lot of work to make sure I got the BEST deal I possibly could. I was supposed to wait until the next day to take my truck home, but they took it in the back and got it ready so i could drive it home! I feel as if I left the lot in my new truck with the best possible deal available to me. They were kind and helpful, attentive and really took what I had to say into consideration. This experience was so much better and I thank them for all their help with this purchase!

Allison and Zack were an amazing help! (Apologies if I misspelled your names.)I was driving th right, on my way to North Carolina, and a blinking light came on called the nearest Toyota dealership for assistance! Allison answered and was able to help me at the last minute! And Zack found a temporary fix while explaining different scenarios that might ve caused the light to come on - and he broke it down to make it make sense to a non-car person !If I lived in Augusta, I d definitely trust my car to those 2! Appreciate all your help!

I had the best experience shopping for my SUV Landon Dawson was very professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure I knew what I was buying. I can't thank him enough. Also Rick in the finance area made it so easy and quick. He was very friendly and professional also.These guys are a real asset to Milton Rueben . I was very anxious to come to this Toyota due to an experience my dad had here in January but from the moment we set foot here Landon turned it all around. Landon is very friendly and knowledgeable, he understood us as we told him we were still looking around and not ready to buy. He answered all our questions about the car we were interested in and and did not pressure us to buy that same day (unlike all the other dealers we went to). My husband and I bought our brand new Rav4 from him a month later and have continued to receive exceptional service with him, I highly recommended y all see Landon for the best customer service, you wont be disappointed!

My son had been patiently looking for his Toyota Tacoma for two years and recently found it on 6-9-21 at Milton Ruben Toyota. He called and reached Landon Dawson and asked for more photos than the website offered. Landon immediately jumped into action and sent him some photos of the Tacoma. It was exactly what he was looking for and made arrangements to drive up on 6-10-21 to see it in person. Landon was able to hold the truck for him until we got there and it was a flawless transaction to buy the truck! My son couldn't have been happier with his first major purchase and the attention he received from Landon and the finance officer who took his time to explain everything to him since it was a new experience for my son! I would HIGHLY recommend you take the time to visit Milton Ruben Toyota and the EXCELLENT staff that work there. The two hour drive for us was well worth the effort and my son couldn't be happier with his new truck! THANKS LANDON FOR TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF HIM AND KEEPING THE TRUCK IN RESERVE UNTIL WE COULD GET THERE TO PURCHASE IT!

Best car buying experience ever! Our salesman, Landon, was helpful, informative, knowledgeable and he really listened to what we needed. The entire process from test drive to pick up was smooth and I really appreciated the low pressure, relaxed sale as well as the thorough walk-through at pick-up. Icing on the cake was the sales manager, Paul, remembering and acknowledging us each time we were there. Will definitely go back when it s time for our next vehicle.

It's not the best place to work unless you know the black man Frank, he literally runs this place, every department and gets PAID, big time, he can get you paid too!!!But you have to be on that black man Frank team at all times in order to go places with this companyGood luck

My resentment towards dealerships have lasted for years. I can now say I don t have as much resentment for them anymore. Working with Landon and his team has changed the way I view doing business with dealerships. As of now i will only purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Landon did a great job working with myself and my family. Looking forward to our next purchase.
