I can't give zero stars because the "Post" will not light-up. ZERO STARS. That is how poor the service is at Milton Ruben. 2 months I have been waiting for my crew cab Dodge Truck to be repaired. Service department still can't get it to start. Time to bring in someone who knows what they are doing. Call Dodge Headquarters and have them send in a factory representative. Pretty soon I will start renting a truck and have the rental agency send Milton Ruben the bill.

We are extremely happy with this dealership. As we were on the road, from out of state, our exhaust warning light came on and it said to see a dealership immediately. We called around different dealerships closer to where we were, but no one was able to get us in. Thank goodness we called MILTON RUBEN! The service manager, Michael got us in right away. Our truck needed a new sensor. Thanks to William s expertise and knowledge, they were also able to repair our truck that same day. We were back on the road in a timely manner. What a great feeling to know there are people out there that you can still trust to do a great job without ripping you off! Kudos to Michael and William at Milton Ruben!

One day last summer, my wife and I had to drop off her Jeep for some warranty work. As she drove away in her loaner, I walked through the showroom to my 2014 Ford F150, which I had bought brand new when I returned from Afghanistan that year, and had paid off. I was not looking for a new vehicle.However, I stopped in my tracks when I saw the most beautiful truck I had ever seen. The unique green exterior, cream color of the leather seats, and massive infotainment screen caught my attention; when the Sales Manager caught my eye from across the room, I knew I was driving this beauty home.They made me a great deal, and it had less than 10 miles on the odometer when I drove it off lot. I wasn t there for hours, didn t have to haggle, and the salesman was really good. I mean, the thing sold itself so he didn t have to work hard, but the process was very smooth and free from hassle.A couple of months later the dealer actually corrected a paint defect. I ve been back a couple of times for routine service, without any issues.

My husband and I bought two vehicles and Kendra was our salesperson . We actually met her 2 years ago and test drove a vehicle but we decided not to buy at the time . I m so glad she was there when we came in to purchase, she went over and beyond for us , great customer service and partnership. The whole team was amazing from staying late after hours and from allowing us the luxury of a rental while we waited on our vehicle. I m bad with names but the manager and finance team was also a big support to us and we will definitely recommend to our friends and family that are in the market for a new vehicle. Great experience. Had previously bought RAM 1500 from them in August of 2023. Great experience with that purchase. Then that truck got totaled by hit and run driver before first oil change. Saw 2024 model on their website in transit to dealer that was identical to me 2023. Called them on the phone and put deposit on it. When truck cam in they added power running boards I requested. Went into office and completed all paperwork in one hour. They worked to save me as much money as possible. Now I have my truck back.

Buying my truck from Milton Reuben was an easy experience. I did not feel pressured into making a decision that I was not ready to make. Miguel was awesome to work with and listen to everything that I'd like added to the truck. I would 100% recommend them for a vehicle purchase.

I went to Milton Ruben to purchase a 2023 vehicle. The customer service was fantastic. I was greeted by Issac Long as soon as I put my car in park and opened my door. I told him what I was looking for and he helped me with all my needs. He didn t pressure me just to get a sale and he was patient. Also Brian Thompson the finance manager did a great job with getting me a good APR with the different banks that they work with. Overall I would definitely recommend everyone I know to come here to shop for a car. Thanks to everyone who helped me with my deal!

Jack Petersen was very helpful with vehicle search and purchase. My wife and I saw him in person for 3 weekends in a row and stayed in contact via cell phone frequently. He went above and beyond. We started out "just looking" on Chrysler car lot and ended up buying a 2024 Toyota RAV4 hybrid (Toyota lot is next door). He's not your typical pushy car salesman. He really listened to what we were searching for and allowed us to test drive every vehicle we were interested in. That may be his job but he was very patient, knowledgeable, attentive and diligent until we found the exact SUV that suited our needs. We are very happy and satisfied customers! Jack is our guy in a year or two when we're ready to purchase a Toyota Tundra.

I live in Charlotte and after visiting several dealerships, decided to go with Milton Ruben. We had to order my car and Taylor made sure I had every single thing I wanted and more. Milton Ruben My car over heated I didn t have it but 4 months I took it here and my service guy Sean was the best. Out of all my years buying a car and when something went wrong I was lied to but Sean was honest with me to the core.I may had to take it back but the second time it was caught Sean explain everything to me in honesty and gave me my car it is riding better then when I bought it thank Sean and the mechanic who did the work

Takendra was honestly amazing, helped carry the stress of finding a car to fit all my needs! Allowed me to explore all my options and take my time and was always there to answer questions about anything. Got an amazing deal on a car that I don t think any other dealership could beat! Milton Ruben is a terrible dealership! I blame myself for thinking Ram would be better than the Toyota side of the dealership, but they are equally horrible! They make up all kinds of rules as they go. Then, every time I file a complaint, which I am in the process of doing now they tell me that either they can't do that or management is not aware that the service department is telling people these things. Which once again shows how poorly run this dealership is. DO not buy a car or get your vehicle service here!!!!I called today, and they said they no longer offer vehicle pick-up, which is the whole reason I bought a RAM. Then I asked if I could bring it in on my next off day, and they said no walk-ins. This is ridiculous every time i go here the dealership is completely empty inside yet they are so busy??? I really feel like as a city Augusta should boycott all of Milton Reuben dealerships! I plan to file a complaint with RAM, Better Business Bureau, and The Department of Consumer affairs.

I had service work done this week on my Ram 3500, and Kyle Keaton was my service technician at Milton Ruben Dodge Jeep Ram. I was very impressed with Kyle's customer service. He kept me informed about the status of my vehicle throughout my visit, and the maintenance work was completed within the timeframe Kyle indicated. Also, I accidentally left my Yeti coffee mug at the dealership and Kyle promptly called me so I could turnaround and pick it up! Thanks for the excellent customer service Kyle...keep up the great work!

Kyle helped me with the purchase of my tires. Just a few days later the price dropped and he made sure I got the better price! I haven t always had the best experience at dealerships so I wasn t anticipating getting the lower price. It was refreshing to be taken care of! I ve had my vehicle for 3 years now and will also say that this dealership was by far the easiest I have worked with EVER on a purchase. No games, no hassle and no gender discrimination!

I went in on February 26,2024 to purchase a used car and Mr. David Kirby helped me drive off the lot in a brand new 2024 Chevy Malibu. Had an appointment to have my Jeep serviced at 11:00. Arrived about 10:40. Was told it would be done by noon. It is now 1:30 and still not done. I checked about 1:00 and was told they just got it in the shop. Service has never been this bad here.EDIT: The manager just came to me and apologized profusely for the delay. I am upgrading my review to 4 Stars.

Buying a car today from Milton Ruben was the first time in my 26 years of adult life that it took less than an hour to make a deal and sign all paperwork. My Sales Associate, Brett Althoff, was amazing. I would definitely do business with him again.
