I used the oil change and diagnostic services. Wait time was reasonable and the facility was sufficiently comfortable. Staff was polite and professional. The short diagnostic video that the mechanic created was really helpful, it allowed me to review after the appointment and share with my family the information about my car's issues and about the recommended repairs.

Brought my vehicle in for detailing and oil change. Greeted when I walked in the door, and immediately taken care of, given a loaner vehicle to use while mine was there for service . They were very expedient and efficient had my vehicle back the same day. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Thank for taking care of me and my son's vehicle.

I came in to the Service center because I needed a new battery for my key fob (I was troubleshooting an issue with my CX-5's door locks). I spoke with Billy and Nathan, and they were incredibly helpful and nice. They were knowledgeable about my issues, and had my new key fob battery set in minutes.But, when that didn't fix my door lock issue, Billy and Scott came out to my car to help me troubleshoot. It was an easy fix, if pretty embarrassing for me, since I had somehow left the extra key in the car (so it didn't want to lock). Both Billy and Scott were very professional and patient, and I am so glad they were able to help me (even if it was a really silly problem).If I have any further issues with my Mazda, I will definitely be coming back to Gerald Jones Mazda, and I can't imagine better people to trust with my car ("Kiwi"), than Billy, Nathan, and Scott.

Hands down to the Mazda service people. I had to drop my car off for routine maintenance and pick up after work. They loaned me a car to use while waiting for my Mazda to get done so I could go to work. Turned out my car needed more work so they let me use the loaned car until my Mazda service is completely done. They even cleaned my car and vacuum it. My car was shining like brand new at pick up. Hands down the best service in town.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I've been taking my 2016 mazda3 here for years and I have not had a single complaint.The guys running service and the parts section are outstanding in the customer service area. I crashed my car and instead of involving the insurance company I opted to pay out of pocket for the repairs.The guys in parts even assisted by price matching genuine Mazda part to the prices of aftermarket parts (Mazda USA does have price match program by the way). They knocked a repair of $2800 down to just over $1600.

NATHAN was able to diagnose our vehicles issue over the phone! He also provided very clear instructions to remedy the issue ourselves. This saved us from having to take a special 1.5 hour trip just to go to the service center. I recommend giving your business to this service center over many others I have visited in the past. The employees, especially Nathan, are attentive, professional, and striving to solve your service issues!

Excellent service, waited about 1 hr altogether for an oil change & tires rotation - not bad at all. Nice folks, make you want to come back.

It is the only Mazda dealer in the CSRA area.
