Matthews Motors and their entire team is the most professional, knowledgeable, and honest motor diagnosis and repair company in the entire CSRA if not the entire state of Georgia. They came out on a Sunday night in the rain, diagnosed issues with my newly purchased vehicle, and provided me with reports that facilitated a full refund for all service repairs. The entire team - from the technician, to the service managers, and billing department - were fully focused on superior service, and delivered in outstanding fashion! Ranks with the best of the best!!!

This guy's work is trash I spent alot of money with them in the work didn't add up . Customers service was good , how long my truck was there for the same problems to still have problems not okay

The Matthews family and Bob Griffin are the most helpful and professional folks you would ever want to deal with. They know their product, they will go the extra mile to put you in the truck you need. They delivered my truck to me, ready to work and all paperwork was taken care of. The Isuzu NPR is an absolute blessing, my crew loves it and my customers love our efficiency and professional look. Thank you to the entire staff at Matthews Motors, I will be purchasing more from them in the future. This experience had made a customer for life!

Not as good as years before. Ordered medium got raw. Sent back, came back rare and not hot.Upcharge for house salid was deal breaker.Been coming for years but not sure about the future. Disappointing.

great service and friendly staff. this is our number one go to for our company box truck. they cover. inspections and can handle anything under the sun. full body shop and auto mechanic shop. never had a bad experience with them

Good customer service but I felt mislead tbh. Spent $65k on a truck and the truck was filthy even though he told me it was cleaned the day before I flew out there. Asked if he can change the oil but they couldn't even do that when they knew I was flying from California to drive the truck back. I was going to have my buddy buy the other truck but it's not worth it. AC compressor went out 3 hours into my trip, that's another 3k down the drain smh. I'm sure they probably do have some honest salesmen there but DO NOT work with Travis. He will tell you anything to get a sale

Aaron was a great help since Day 1. He was very helpful on understanding our needs on what we wanted and made sure we were getting the right truck for our money. OH MY Goodness! I have nothing but GREAT things to say about these folks! First of all they came to me stated the issues they seen on site and they took the truck explained to me what they were going to do and gave me a quote the repair was done so fast and let me tell you under the quoted price as well. I highly recommend Matthews Motor and will be doing business with them again for sure! If you are looking for an honest mechanic that can get the work done, you have found them! Thank you Bob and crew Y'all saved my butt!!

Highly recommend these guys. They took care of our big box Hino at a great price and did an excellent job. Professional service all the way through. Very good value for work performed. Hands down the best sales and service team! We have purchased several trucks from Matthews Motors and have been very happy. Just yesterday we had a truck stop by that had gotten some bad fuel, they stayed over to get the system flushed and get my driver back on the road! Though I only worked here for a month I saw that the owners and staff care greatly for their customers. The shop and parts department are ran very efficiently and very well. The owner's are engaged in the day to day activities and are very family oriented. Though I decided to move on it was not because of anything they did or did not do but only because I was offered another job which I had been hoping for before I began working for Aaron and Austin. They are also very competitive as far as pricing goes and are well equipped as far as staff, technology, and customer service to facilitate any job that needs to be done. Great people to work for and to allow to work for you!

I own and operate a pete 386 and the folks at Matthews Motors in Augusta Ga did an excellent job repairing a blown wheel seal and replacing the brakes and drums.. They were so professional and the work quality was at so high a level, I decided to use them again to replace all the coolant lines, tubes and hoses on my truck. I also had them perform a pm service. I am very satisfied with the work performed and the price was reasonable. Thanks Keifer, I will be calling you again for my repair needs in the future. Keith was able to help resolve an issue with my reefer unit, mind you while on an ice load. He was prompt, super nice, and soo helpful once driver came in with unit. He truly saved the day! They also have 24/7 roadside assistance for future truckers nearby with any issues. Totally would recommend checking them out!

This is my 3rd purchase from Bob and the guys at Matthew Motors. Each one has been about as easy of a truck purchase as one could ask for! Bob was and is extremely responsive and quick to get the deal done and went out of his way to find me better options for financing. Would not go anywhere else for my commercial truck needs!

Great staff Mrs.Jeanne was very helpful. They me out pretty fast and saved my load. One of the Deisel Mechanics "Bucky" very insightful on my truck. Overall I recommend Matthew's to any trucker that want good quality care.

Horrible service. I understand you re running a business, but so are we. If you re unable to attend a truck for a week inform the driver or company. There s other places we can take our trucks to, in the same area, that would do the same job in a couple of days.Please stop telling customers definitely tomorrow when it will take 7 days to complete service FOR AN ESTIMATE.Also, $1,800 for a 18 mile tow is plainly stealing money from consumers. I called around and got three separate estimates. The most expensive out of the three came in at $300 for the same towing distance.As a consumer and business owner, I recommend finding an alternative around the area. We found someone else who was able to tow the truck and trailer and provide the repairs for 45% less than the estimate we were handed.

Stockman Oil Company has purchased three vehicles from Fleetcare in the last few years. Our experience has been outstanding. Our sales rep, Bob Griffin was available to answer questions and concerns, was quick to respond and provided excellent service throughout the process. Monica Martin, the parts rep., has also been an excellent resource for our maintenance needs. I would highly recommend the staff and quality of Fleetcare Commercial Trucks if you are in the market for vehicles.

I hesitate to write this as I rarely write reviews online - I simply do not use service partners with whom we have had a bad experience. This experience is in relation to a business-to-business transaction for HoseTek Mobile Hydraulic. We were in need of a fairly expedited repair post accident to get our Augusta operations back running. Matthews Motors outsourced the repairs to another local repair shop with no communication to HoseTek. The repair stalled for roughly two weeks with no communication from our Matthews contact. Finally - after two weeks (and multiple communication efforts by HoseTek to them) they informed us through another employee that they were "passing on our work" and to contact this 3rd party with whom they contracted. This is very, very poor B2B service. Our President attempted to call the owner - Mr. Bob Matthews - and he was unable to contact him to discuss as Matthews would not give our President a contact number or email for him. I am certain that this longstanding local company performs far better than this regularly - I can only tell you that our experience as a professional organization with them was quite poor. I would counsel any B2B potential clients to take their business elsewhere...Service: Body & Trim

They do the work on my company truck. They do a good job in a timely manner. Excellent customer service and nice break room. They even offer to take me to get lunch or a snack from the vending machine when I'm stuck here.

The staff at Matthews Motors was amazing. I have a rental fleet of luxury Mercedes Sprinters. We had a rear AC unit that was not working and only a day to figure out the issue. Keifer and his staff were awesome. They rushed us in, and fixed the issue in a few hours. We were able to keep our rental, and not lose any money. Their communication and attention to details was first class. I will definitely be using them again, and highly recommend the team at Matthews Motors.

Fleetcare provides friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. E-mails texts and phone calls are returned promptly. They are great community partners to the 4-H Program in Augusta-Richmond County. We are luck to have them!

BEWARE BEWARE!!! I just had 2 bearings 2 races a wheel seal and hub cap gasket done. Same job in my shop takes 2 hours. They charged me for 7 hrs labor at 812.50. OUTRAGEOUS for wheel bearings and seal!! Total bill 1180.09. Oh here is your review please send me my free HAT!!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

After having some issues with another vendor, we took a truck to Matthews Motors for repair. We worked with Kiefer, who was great at communicating the original diagnosis as well as updates along the way. Could not have been more impressed with Matthews motors. Had a difficult to locate item and with the help of a parts manager Monica and the manufacture we were able to narrow it down to the correct item. Speedy shipping to the West coast as well.
