I am very satisfied with the work Kendrick s Paint & Body did on my car. It looks like a brand new car!! The quality of their work is outstanding. My car was ready ahead of schedule. I will definitely be returning for them to take care of any future automotive needs.

I had a Geico claim so used the Kendrick Paint and body in Augusta on 15th street. They were able to get me in sooner than any other shop and finished my vehicle ahead of schedule. I was concerned because my windows were tented and a door had to be replaced. The tint job matched perfectly and the items I had left in my door were secured and in my vehicle at pick up.

My car was being repaired from a collision, they were pretty good but I noticed parts were broken that weren t before their service that was a thumbs down to me , they ordered the parts to replace but only after I mentioned it thumbs down on that.The receptionist took me call when I was inquiring about my car 10/27/23 & she placed the phone down and continued to talk about me without putting me on hold-who does that? never mentioned it because I knew I was leaving a reviewService: Body & Trim

This company charged me for repairs they did not complete. I have called several times but Larry will not return phone calls since I sent the pictures of the poor repair - Kendrick charged my insurance company for new parts but in actuality they attempted to repair parts and did so unsuccessfully. My car was damaged due to the negligent and unethical work of Kendrick Paint & Body - DO NOT USE THEM for auto body work, wheel alignment, tires, or exhaust!Services: Exhaust, Tires, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

I was driving cross country from California to the East coast when my car was damaged in a storm. After arriving in Augusta and shopping around for a dependable body shop, Kendrick was recommended. On short notice, I went from a reasonable estimate to finished job in less than a week. Gerald and the folks at Kendrick were professional, courteous and knowledgeable and the work was outstanding. I am extremely happy with the outcome.

Kendrick s provides excellent professional service every time!!! Kendrick s has done the requested repairs and touched up some other repairs that I was not even aware was a concern. The people there are kind and make you feel right at home. Kendrick s keeps you updated on the progress via text messages. Excellent shop! Kept me updated on my vehicle progress. Repair looks great. All the staff were extremely friendly. I hope to never see them again but I highly recommend if you need repairs.

Honestly? Not impressed.Firstly the repairs took MUCH longer than anticipated (estimated on the 8th, actually completed on the 25th only an hour or two before closing). I had called on the 8th and they estimated the next week, then next Monday, Tuesday, Friday. They kept saying they d call back with updates but often forgot.Actual repairs? You can get your fingers between one of the panels on the side and wiggle it around. You cannot do it on the other side and could not do that before.There s scratches and scrapes on the paint in the repaired areas.There s dust in the vehicle either from repairs or from being left outside uncovered while smashed up. Can t run the A/C on internal circulation without causing a sneezing fit.Still found some glass around the car from my smashed window.Rear seat covers were not put back in the vehicle correctly - it was extremely sloppy and left the covers with some weird wrinkles.The kicker? Someone stole my bag of coins that I had left in the passenger door. I know I shouldn t have left it, but it can be hard to remember to grab things after you got hit while sitting at a red light. I m quite salty about losing my two $1 coins.I chose this service because of the good reviews. I will not choose this service again.Service: Body & Trim

This was my first time getting body work done on my car and they made it a great experience! There wasn t a long wait when I came in to drop of my car. They coordinated well with my insurance and rental service so that I could complete all of my tasks quickly enough to make it to work on time without holding up my entire schedule. I needed my entire bumper replaced and the job was done in just a few days. Kendrick s made sure to call to update me on the status of my vehicle which was nice to know the work was being done. Once it was done I picked up my car and it they did a great job with the repair. They even cleaned my car for me moving my items that were in the way to the trunk so they could really vacuum and clean it properly. I am so happy with this service, definitely recommend!Service: Body & Trim

I chose this shop to do my repairs after being rear ended, and the service was beyond any expectations. Smooth drop off and pick up, rental met me there another smooth pickup drop off. And when they said they were giving it a wash before pickup, I assumed it would be a quick spotty wash. But if I'm honest they had it looking nicer that when I brought it in, inside and out. They gave updates with pictues that you can track from the comfort of your home so no need to stress. Thank you for superb service.Service: Body & Trim

Work performed was good. But did not contact me with quote on prior damage while car was in shop. Would have liked to get it fixed then. When requested an estimate for rear bumper was told 900 and some change nearly double price of other shops. Completing the work took a while (7 weeks) but the car looks brand new now, so we're happy. They covered the extra days of car rental (the uncovered by insurance), meaning that we had transportation during the whole process. Very friendly customer attention.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I was genuinely surprised on how fast and easy they made everything for me. Dropped my car off and in 10 days I got it back looking better than ever. Handoff was just as easy, it made me think I was doing something wrong. Would highly recommend for any kind of auto repair.Note: damages were paid by the insurance of someone who hit me. I was very happy with Kendrick. While my car was there I received almost daily texts with updates, and when the car was finished it had a warning light and they sent it to the dealership for me and brought it back, and then when the car was ready I was able to leave the rental car there. They made everything smooth for me and took care of all if it, even interacting with my insurance company. They made it easy for me!Service: Body & Trim
