Kendrick is the Best of the Best! 5 stars is not enough stars to rate this business!!! From the time I called Kendrick to repair my car until the day I picked it up I received outstanding service!!! Everyone was super friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional!! My car is PERFECT!!! If your vehicle needs repairing, you need to call Kendrick to repair your vehicle at the highest level of expertise!!! Thanks to everyone at Kendrick!!!

Randall and others worked patiently with the insurance company who was dealing with the insurer of the at-fault individual. There were part delays due to the car being a new model year, but, the results were amazing. The car was returned in immaculate condition. I appreciate the attitude of Kendrick's wanting to restore it to new condition for us. The car is beautiful and my wife is so happy to have it back. Thank you Kendrick's !

Whole experience with Kendrick's paint and body was great from checking in my truck to picking it up. Kenny Askew is really on his game, he kept me up to date on repairs and estimated time of repair completion date. Great job on truck repairs. I'll give them 5 stars.

Kendricks kept me informed on the progress. They handled the entire insurance claim. I recd my vehicle in a timely manner. The work performed was excellent. Hope to never need vehicle repair work again but if I do. Ill take to the folks I trust. Kendricks Paint and Body .

Randall was great keep me updated throughout my process and made some getting my car fix so easy probably took two weeks thank you to Randall and the Kendrick s team also whoever works front desk has amazing customer service.

Everything went well, staff was kind. Repair took a month for a small dent and scratch to my door be prepared to let them take their time and get a rental. Text updates were cool as well since I can t be on the phone at work. Nothing bad to say and I was very happy with the work.

I was devastated when I was in an accident in my new car, I was very worried that it wouldn t be the same. Tim was my contact person at Kendrick s and he assured me that my car would look brand new again, and he was right. They did an amazing job! Tim did a great job at keeping me updated every step of the way and I really appreciated that. The ladies at the front desk were always very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Kendrick Paint & Body.

Kendrick Paint & Body were super easy to work with during a difficult time. They kept me in the loop of my vehicles repairs and what steps were being taken with insurance. ( Often before the insurance company contacted me ) I would gladly use their services again if needed.

We have used Kendrick historically and expected the same level of work and we were greatly disappointed. The first challenge was that it took over 2 months to get our car fixed. We had a small incident and were contacted quite quickly by the team at Kendrick to tell us that we were well under way. This was then followed up two weeks later with a mia culpa statement that they were wrong and that they had not even received our car yet from the wrecker lot. This completely consumed our insurance claim's time and coverage of a rental car. So this led to no work being started for at least one month from our wreck to even starting work and added thousands of extra dollars to this interaction that we had to pay out of pocket. The service team did their best to "hurry" the process along, which worried me because you usually cannot get something cheap, quick and quality, something has to be sacrificed. So quality was sacrificed in this interaction... because even after the long wait time we had to take our car back in to the shop to further be serviced by them to fix key items that were not tested prior to delivery.Again, we have not frequented them a lot, but we have used them for other minor fender benders historically and had a good interaction. This time the interaction was not a good and/or enviable one.

Great service from start to finish! Satisfied customer.Update 3/29/22After getting my car detailed I have had to take my car back twice to have overspray removed from my windows and other parts of the car. bumper work is still in good shape however it s a inconvenience to have to keep bringing my car back when it all could ve been done right the first time.

I worked with Patrick, he was my point of contact. He was absolutely great to deal with. The work done on my 4Runner was excellent. You can t even tell there was ever any damage. I highly recommend Kendrick Paint & Body. I had a great experience.

I ve taken my Tesla to Kendrick Paint & Body twice in the last year and they ve been great. Their workmanship was excellent and they always stayed in touch to update me on the progress of my car. 10/10 would recommend.

I am not local but was in a car accident and had my vehicle towed to Kendricks. I was worried because being from out of town and not familiar with their business turns out the best decision I made. Everyone was so nice and took time to explain the process to me and answered all my questions

Kenderick's Paint and Body did a wonderful job on my Audi Q7. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Randall Henderson was my estimator and contact person. He was very professional and a great listener. He kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process. I was very pleased with the end results of my vehicle. If needed in the future, I will definitely use Kenderick's Paint & Body again and I will recommend them to my family and friends as well.

I ve been a loyal customer of Kendrick s for years. Normally, my dealings has been with their auto collision office and they always do great work in that office. This was my first experience as a self pay and using this office (non collision office) for service. I took my pearl white 2008 Lexus ES 350 to Kendrick s to repair a paint issue from the manufacturer. Was quoted a fair and reasonable price for the repair. My car was slated to take approx 2 weeks for completion. The actual time was less than 2 weeks. There were some minor issues that needed to be corrected like a little over spray paint on the windshield rubber and some tape residue around the windshield. Once I brought these items to their attention all was corrected. The paint job looks perfect, as they had to blend the paint for that pearl white to match. Although, there were a few hiccups I still remain a loyal customer. My idea of great customer service is making things right even if they go wrong. Kendrick s made things right and I will always recommend them to my friends and family. They did such a great job painting the area I needed repaired, I plan on taking my car back to them and have them paint some other areas on my car.Service: Painting

Kendrick s did a terrific job repainting my 2013 Prius on a factory recall paint repair. The paint job on a car was perfect. They went above and beyond and did some repair and took off the old factory installed sticker on the back of the car at no extra charge.Their staff was kind polite and helpful.They sent a driver to pick me up from Evans to help me get to my car in downtown Augusta.I cannot recommend them enough.

I had a car accident and am so glad we chose to tow my car to Kendrick. Bruce first alerted me of my car being there. Christina kept me informed and made me feel at ease. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kendrick. I plan to go back to them for all my other car needs.

Took my car to get repaired at this location. Randy handled my situation. He was very informative, kept me in the loop, very responsive, polite, professional, and did amazing job overall. This location I would highly recommend to anyone for repairing a vehicle. The work they performed was outstanding and beyond my expectations. I am very satisfied and thrilled choose this place to handle my situation.

First estimate was done in Aiken at $1,200 and an appointment made at the Tesla shop for 10/16. I called on 10/13 to Tesla shop and they did not recognize my appointment. Did not bring car in because it was not scheduled - glad I called. The Tesla shop does an estimate and it is for $1,616. Originally told drop off car on 12/4 and will have on 12/11. I called on 12/8 and said anytime from 12/11 to 12/13. On 12/12 I m told to stop in morning if 12/13 which I did at about 10 am. The car was not ready for pickup and had to get manager involved.Is this the experience you expect to provide?

My mom needed some cosmetic work for her KIA. The body shop did excellent work. They were kind, professional, and courteous. She is a nurse. Working long shifts and due to traffic she was delayed. The repairs were done well. She called ahead and successfully retrieved her vehicle.

The receptionist who helped me was very outstanding. Ms. Dannie. Thank you so much. They did a good job with repairing my car that was messed up. They also fixed something that they didn t have to fix so I very much appreciated that. They good people.

Unfortunately, my wife and I have needed the services of a good autobody shop. Fortunately, we found that and more at Kendrick s. See photos. All fixed in record time with a car returned cleaner than they got it!
