There isn't anyone in Augusta who does it better than Jin. He is truly a master of his craft.

Jin is honest and knowledgeable. He fixed my car in one day at a very fair price. I am somewhat new to the area and I'm glad I found a mechanic that is fair and does high quality work. Jin treats your car like it's his own, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend, Jin.

Mr. Jin is quick with his work without compromising quality, he's honest, and affordable.I've taken my old jeep to other auto repair shops and spent hundreds more than needed. I came to Jin's shop and he figured out what was wrong and fixed my problem for less than $50! I'll definitely be a regular customer.

Called about a price.Took exactly 19 seconds between getting a Hello I then had to ask if it was Jin s Automotive. Asked about a price, Getting a no price over the phone. I said Ok so hello? hello?Wow I just got hung up on. Was going to ask When can I bring it by but the service I received from that call puts them in the Top 10 of companies I ll never use.

Jin is Great! He is friendly knowledgeable and fair. He let's you know what the issue is and gives you a price. There isn't any hidden costs, pressure or scam.....I have been going to him for years and have not had any issues with his services

Jin is a very honest man that's willing to help you in any way he can. I always appreciated business that's honest with you, and not always worrying about making profit. Those are the characteristics that makes me want to go back and get any services done. I have a F250 super duty diesel. He is a diesel specialist I even saw him taking the whole engine apart and putting it back together. That's alot of knowledge about a car as engine is the heart of the car. If any of you guys have diesel cars or any cars in need of service this is the place to go!

He s great at fixing the problem and being to the point. Don t take his honesty as being rude because he s just not one to cut corners or try to overcharge you. He will check everything and he fixes your car to the tee even if you didn t know there was an issue with something else. There are a lot of places you can go to, but no one will be more honest, have better quality, or have better prices than he does.

Did not test drive himself before delivering the vehicle. Escalated the problem, repeatedly refused to acknowledge the newly-introduced blatantly obvious symptoms (steering wheel is off by 15 degrees, loud noise while driving), and then started blaming it on another unrelated issue and continued recommending further repairs. Unwilling to discuss anything - once he tells you something, you better agree. Extremely rude and patronizing. Will not return.

: I do not recommend this place to anyone.So Jin replaced the alternator, timing belt, the water pump, spark plug, and engine side mount assembly without my consent and quotation.Jin never gave me details of cost. There was no explanation and he was asking me to pay a total lump sum of money.It was ridiculous to fix the car without mentioning the cost of repair and my consent and then asking pay for it.However, as soon as I started the car the next day, the engine made a terrible squeaky sound.I opened the hood and filmed the engine with a cell phone. Immediately I called Jin's auto and he told me to bring my car to Jin's auto.When I took my car with me, He sent me back home, saying that there was a problem with bearing, but there was no problem with driving.I immediately visited the Four Different Mechanics in Augusta for second opinions including Robbie's Automotive Service Center, Honda Augusta Service department, Enrique's Auto Service, and Precision Tune Auto Care at Washington street.Then, I explained to the 4 experts that I had squeaky sound symptoms right after someone replaced the alternator, timing belt, the water pump and spark plugs.The four mechanic's common opinions are that belts or tensioners are problematic. 4 mechanics recommendations are go back to the place where the alternator, timing belt, the water pump was replaced.I drop off my car at Jin's auto. Jin brusquely asked me to leave the key in the car. And turned around. When I tried to talk about the car, he turned around, saying, "Don't annoy me with your broken bearing. I said, "My car never sounds squeaky" and I told him to make sure you called before you fixed it and I returned home.The next day, Jin called and the tensioner was the problem. He said, "I don't work on Saturday, so come and pick it up on Monday," and hung up rudely.Jin repeated that the tensioner problem had nothing to do with replacing the alternator, timing belt or the water pump.He is consistently very rude and insulting to me say I do not know about cars.And Jin asked me to pay for the tensioner, so I said I couldn't. Jin asked me if I could give him a price for the part, but I refused.When I begin to explain What I learned from four expert mechanics. Jin told me to go without pay. I greatly appreciate the Honda Augusta Service Department and Enrique's Auto Service that you spent so much time and energy to explain to me about a squeaky symptom.Special thanks to Precision Tune Auto Care at Washington street , that I understand all the details with multiple pictures repeatedly.I just wanted to throw money into Jin's face and come out, but I couldn't.First I couldn't believe he had fixed the problem. And it's not about the hundreds of dollars but about dependability, honesty, and trust.My car is for sale from now on, even if my car has a new timing belt, new water pump, new spark plug, new tension, new sets of tires with lifetime alignment warranty, new battery, and new key set. I am sure you know why!

Friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me honest advice, regardless of where I was getting my problem fixed.Didn't take long at all, either. I was there only half the time I expected to be.
