My truck was towed in on March 12, 2024. Billy and his amazing fast and very knowledgeable crew got my truck back on the road on March 15, 2024. If you need anything repaired on your truck or trailer and you can get it towed here I d recommend it. Thank you again Billy for all the great service and hard work your crew there did to get me back on the road and back to work.

Very thorough on trailer repair inspections.Road side for tires, they get there fast.Always friendly and if it's Girl Scout cookie season ya might just get offered some thin mints!

We left a campsite in SC & our motorhome was bouncing so badly that we could barely go 45 without coming out of our seats! All was fine for this past week of travel & then this happens. We stopped in Augusta, GA & were directed to a truck tire shop very close by. We received excellent care & good, honest service at Jim Whitehead's in Augusta GA! Our tires were out of balance, some worse than others & they took good care of us quickly & efficiently!

EVERYONE, these guys went above & beyond the scopeof their duty & saved me $4K. My RV trip was delayed but praise JESUS for these guys. You have an RV go. I would recommend to everyoneMANY BLESSINGS

I called ahead and let the store know I was coming in with a flat on my trailer,when I pulled in the bay the tire tech started the service right a way had me back on the road in 15 minutes, I've been driving trucks for 30 years I've never had service like that, great place

I was in the area recovering a semi truck and trailer and they were great about getting me back on the road with a complete set of tires for truck and trailer. Also they are helping me with a light situation on the trailer. Awesome service and friendly staff.

This is a hard working shop. The crew and management team are definitely the type to go above and beyond to get things done. We use them for all services. As any driver knows, a breakdown or mechanical issue never happens at a convenient time. They do their best to get us in and out with very little delay. Billy is a damn good manager and his techs are top notch.

The gears on my dump truck blew out while on a job. I got the run around from so many places then I got in touch with Billy at Jim Whiteheads. Not only was he very helpful and friendly but he found what I needed, had a new rear end put in and had it back on the road within a week! Thank you so much!

5 stars all around! Helpful, friendly and quick.One of the best, if not the best experiences I've ever had at a tire/auto place. Needed a valve stem replacement on our tractor tire. They had exactly what we needed.Thank you very much!

Had an appointment set up for 9am. Told them I was going to stay and wait with it and that I had to go to work asap after it. Said it would take about an hour.Arrive and they said it would be several hours before they could get to me. Why set up an appointment then?? Never coming here again.

called on Tuesday and asked if they can do the oil change for our truck, the girl told me that we are busy today but we will do it tomorrow (Wed) but you can bring the truck in. I called them Friday morning and asked for the status, answer - it will be done by tonight. I understand that mechanics have busy schedule but if you can't do the job do not give empty promises. if you are behind with your schedule - pick up the phone and update the customer (you had 2 numbers for us so please do not make up the story that you called and nobody responded). how easy is that?? now my time is wasted, half of the workday lost at the other shop and you have one star.....

My husband and I were on vacation in our T.V. and we were passing through the area. We needed new front tired and a front end alignment really bad. I don't think we would have made it home safely otherwise. Jim White house's Best One Tire & Auto took us in right away and took care of us. They were very friendly also. I highly recommend them.

Jim Whitehead Tire has always provided the very best in quality and customer service. They can provide parts and service for any type and size vehicle, I would not take my vehicle or my companies vehicles anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Had a couple low tires on my rigs, they checked and aired up all 24 of my tires, put extensions on some of the valves so they are easier to check and fill and replaced a valve core and only charged me $20.00. Great service, nice employees and affordable.

I first would like to say, thank you to the front desk (Goerge Armstrong) for being so polite and professional. I brought my vehicle in for fixing a flat. When it was back there, an issue arose. After the tire was fixed, George took me out to show me the issue on the tire rim. If he had not shown me the issue, I never would have known the problem and the issue would not have been handled and the issue would not have been fixed.Outstanding group and honest group of people. Fare pricing also.

Very disappointed with this company. Bought new Michelin 70K mile rate tires from them in 2015. Very expensive $1000. After 30K miles the tires started to go bald. Went back and had to pay another $800+ for new tires. 33k miles later the tires are in bad shape again and they want another $600+ to replace three of them. Truck had an alignment (more money) from Jim Whitehead at every tire rotation. Went to another time shop and got better tires at a better price.

Many repair shops shriek like Dracula in the daylight if you ask if they repair class C RVs, so we were very fortunate to find Jim Whitehead's Best One Tire & Service. They were kind enough to schedule us in early the next day. They treated our wheel alignment with utmost speed and care, and even the price was exceptional! No one asks for car/truck/RV problems, but I couldn't ask for better service than what we received at Jim Whitehead's Best One Tire & Service!

Have left vehicles here, with their promises that they would have it done by a certain time, and rarely has it happened. The last time, I came by when they had said it would be finished(dot inspection) and they said they couldn t get to it, said bring it back. Plus, they seem high priced to me. Had to leave at least 3 stars, because I haven t had a problem with any of their work, but definitely not a 5 star place for me.

I had an air leak on April 1st and he came within 2 hours and repaired it. I ask what was the total and he advised $250 but when I checked my account I was charged $372.xx.Would Not Recommend!R. PETERSD P TRUCKING

I was traveling from out of town and got a nail in my brand new tires. I was a little frantic. I had to get a new tire bc of the mail location.This place was so friendly, welcoming, professional and reasonably priced! Highly recommend!!!!

Brought a Tire from here rubber notches started coming off the tread and instead of honoring the warranty of the the tire he tried to tell me it was my truck and not the tire will not be buy be giving my money to them again!!!

I own a commercial vehicle and was referred by a friend. They do excellent work and are very thorough. Very friendly folks.
