This was my first time going to the new Cadillac dealership in Augusta. I must say the customer service was exceptional. The service advisor Chase was very kind and professional. They completed my 7,500 mile service work order in speedy time as well as provided a complementary car wash. I give my experience a 5 star review!

Brittany was the BEST saleswoman I have ever met! I am completely confident with my purchase. This is my first Lexus and she ensured me that I was making a great decision and that I now have a friend for life. This is an experience I would never forget. I've purchased vehicles in the past from other dealerships. But this place made me feel at home and comfortable. They were very professional and friendly. They didn't try to sell me a car, they helped me purchase what I was actually looking for and more. I live in Springfield Ga. And drove to Augusta, and it was well worth it. Thanks Jim for a great experience and showing us that there are still people out there who care about serving others.

I looked at five dealerships before I bought my car and Jim Hudson Cadillac was the best from the moment I started the process! Yes they had the car I wanted but the service was the game changer!! Every time I come to a Jim Hudson Dealership I expect a great quality of service and always get it, Gary Cook the service manager at Jim hudson Cadillac does a great job taking care of me, Mickey Clark is always quick and responsive taking care of my needs and recommendations and Katie Allen Valet and Service Writer there always takes a moment to greet me nicely and make sure while I wait I m looked after. I d recommend them to anyone for service needs.

My experience at Jim Hudson Cadillac was not a very good one. They made me feel like I was know one. I could not get any direct information, nor a call back just constant excuses and the run around. I was even told that no loaners were available to me that they had to go to the clients who purchase their cars from there the new cars even though my car was there for a about a month or longer. Leaving me to pay for a rental car. Justin is awesome he was great from day one, an exceptional advisor with quality. However, Mickey and the Manager made me feel very low, like I or my car was not a priority. It was a warranty claim but no matter what all customers should be treated equally. I will never go back there, I normally get my other cars service over at Lexus in they treat everyone the same. Rather I am driving a Cadillac older model or a Lexus older model Will and Justin always treat me well and if a car is needed one is always provided even if it is just a one day service or a one month service. Lexus has quality in I understand that it is under the same umbrella, however you would not be able to tell. You never know a persons standards, status or where they come from but definitely judgement over at Cadillac. In for the record I m one customer that never complains but I do expect quality service and respect.

Mickey from Jim Hudson Cadillac saved the day for us!!! We called him before leaving on a trip during Masters Week and he came through with flying colors. He is personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!! All of the staff at Jim Hudson were extremely nice but Mickey is our number 1!!!!

Older eldorado fuel pump replacement performed. Reasonable price and work performed properly. Glad they employ experienced technicians. Would definitely return for our Cadillac service.

Be sure to request Dawn Burton at the Jim Hudson Cadillac dealership if you are looking for a very knowledgeable, professional sales consultant, who listens to your requirements and requests. It was a pleasure working with Dawn and finding the perfect car I was looking for. Dawn knew how important service after the sales was to me. She introduced me to Gary Cook, Service Manager, and gave a brief tour of the service bay area. It was obvious her relationship with her coworkers as she was friendly and greeted each one by name, and introduced them to me as we walked around.Kudos to the dealership for recognizing the talents of this sales lady. I will definitely tell all my friends, new acquaintances, and fundraising organizers to ask for Dawn Burton should they need a new or used vehicle.Thank you Dawn. Mr. Mickey has been the A++ the consummate professional - I trust what he tells me, he is always accurate, the work was performed fast and right, and has been a great person to work with. Mickey and the crew were wonderful . They help me communicate with my warranty company insuring everything they were suppose to cover they cover and they got it done in a timely manner. I drive a hour just to receive this great service .

I picked my vehicle up on 11/22/23. I had a part installed for the rear AC unit. The AC issue was either over looked or not disclosed to me before my purchase. It wasn't until two days later I discovered all 4 of my rims were damaged. Either someone did it while driving my truck or my rims were switched out. When I discovered this I sent photos & text to the Service Manger & the Saleswoman. I got no response. So after a few weeks & still no response. I found the exact rims on ebay for $1,618.92. If you drive a Cadillac, you want it to look good! I have had numerous issues during the purchase of my Escalade. My Saleswoman did try to stay on top of every issue & was very helpful & I was always right on everything I pointed out. Such as the oil change had not been done prior to my purchase. Not to mention the Truck Title was mailed to me instead of the lean holder. I would not lie about this & why would I spend that kind of money to buy new rims the exact ones that were on the truck when I bought it. The rims were in great shape & one of the reasons i bought the vehicle. I was happy when I saw Jim Hudson Cadillac Dealership across the street from my house but after all I have been through I will never do business there again. I am attaching a photo of the worst rim that was damaged.

What a great experience!!! Everyone was more than willing to ensure that my vehicle was serviced properly, and that I was comfortable while waiting. No other dealer treated me this well. I'll be back again for all my service needs. DAVE. PS. Justin is the best.

Great Experience! Took my Escalade in for an out of warranty repair. Justin took my vehicle in and wrote the order. Service was completed in record time and cost came in UNDER the estimate. Mechanic stopped by to make sure I was OK with the service and even took me out to show me the bad part. Gary runs a great department and my contact with sales, Dawn, is amazing! Thanks to all at Jim Hudson. You're off to a great start!

Mr. Gary Settles, the managers, and service team have really really outdone themselves at Jim Hudson Cadillac!! I bought a used 2020 Cadillac XT6. Beautiful car and fully loaded! We were easily able to come to a deal which made both parties happy! First day after getting the car I noticed it needed an AC repair. They took the car in the next day, diagnosed and repaired the issue correctly all on the house! You just don t see people who genuinely do nice things like this often anymore. I highly recommend visiting Mr. Gary Settles at this dealership for your next purchase!

Just got my new Cadillac and am so happy from Kevin, Michael (salesman), to Jason (work the numbers), Zeke (Technology Tech) that gave me a rundown of all the electronics and finally Amanda that put everything together. Awesome team - if you want a vehicle go to any of Jim Hudson dealerships they will treat you right.

*Late Post*So, I visited here a few weeks ago for a scheduled maintenance service (for the first time), and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was, Justin especially. Justin ensured I was comfortable during my wait, kept me informed, and even gave me a couple of "goodies" for my long wait. When my car was complete, he noticed that my tires were not in the best position for travel and asked them to fix it because he overheard a conversation I was having where I mentioned that I was going out of town the next day for a funeral. If that's not taking care of your customers, I don't know what is! I had a great experience going to Jim Hudson Cadillac in Augusta and I will definitely be back!I highly recommend this place!!

I purchased my vehicle on Friday February 9,2024 I was there early in the week when I met Mr Gary Settles (salesman). He was very compassionate and informative about every car I was interested in. When I decided on which car I wanted to purchase. I reached out to him on his day off and we got things squared away for Friday. It was an easy and smooth process. The whole lot was clean and everyone was friendly.Mr Gary Settles stayed right by me in every step of way thru the purchasing process and answered any questions I was asking. Beware as they are shady and not honest. I was told to give a deposit on a vehicle until i get the remaining of the balance or it will be sold on the following Monday at auction. salesperson was James Stewart). I sent them $22000, No paperwork signed. I was told it was refundable. After a while, the person i was buying it for and was having issues transferring funds. So he told me that he wanted his money back and was not interested. When i texted the salesperson, he replied by saying that he does not think if they refund money, that i should speak to a sales manager.The sales manager told me that i basically gave them a gift, that he is deducting $5000 out of the $22000 and oh btw, the vehicle was even sold already. So if vehicle was sold, and you have my $22000, why wouldn't you give me all my money back. I guess a dealer their size is willing to cheat people. But im not losing $5000 just like this. I'm putting a complaint against their dealership, and next is my lawyer will contact them.

The service dept was able to troubleshoot my vehicle and fix it in a very timely manner. The only hiccup I had was I had requested a loaner car online but was told they were out of loaners when I showed up. They found a loaner a few minutes later, so it worked out. All the staff was very professional and friendly.

Called to set up a service appointment. I was given my first choice, very timely. Once arriving I was greeted with excellent customer service. Wait time was short, snacks and beverages were offered. Once my service was completed the car was detailed to perfection

Went in for oil change service. The lady who assisted me was friendly and personable. Service was completed in within the 2 hour mark. The problem arose when we going over the recommended services. As she was reading the service and prices for each a man worker says "let me see those" then proceeds to take the paperwork back to the technician. Long story short the price quote of $300 changed to $3300 when he came back in the room. I needed brakes so I arranged pickup service the very next day. Only to get a new list of recommended services which no longer included the $3300 job. Seems a little shiesty and out to squeeze money out of you.
