Outstanding service, by John D. And his team. Brought a car in today to get repaired and John went above and beyond with the service, providing great deals on other things that needed fixed as well. Was done quickly even when I brought it in without an appointment. This will be my preferred vehicle maintenance location from now on!

Jiffy Lube provides great service. Their service is awesome. No long wait time, clean and pleasant atmosphere, available snack machines and comfortable seats. They have a work station to plug in your electronics. But what I like most, is when they open your car door when your leaving, makes you feel like royalty. I love it. Oh yeah, and they do excellent work. Don't take my word, drop in and see for yourself.

Excellent customer serviceExcellent serviceThe staff explained to what was wrong with my car. What I needed to get my car up and running. They showed me the numbers before working on my car... I wasn't hit with a surprise Bill. My experience was service with a smile. They're now my Car Doctor.

I love Jiffy Lube at all their locations. Staff is professional and informative. Pricing is reasonable and affordable. Service timing is imperative and I was out of the Washington Rd. Site in less than 30 minutes with oil change, top ups, and tire rotation. I was very happy as usual. Keep up the excellent work you all! See y'all on the flip side.

I couldn t be happier with the employees here. I was greeted by at least 4 people. They were so welcoming and diagnosed the problem with my battery immediately. I agreed to replace it and they asked if I wanted to wait inside, which I did. The waiting area is state of the art with a cell phone cleaning and charging station. A tv, coffee station, snack machine and many comfortable chairs along with a restroom were available for my use.The manager, Meredith, was so nice and friendly. She even found a coupon for me which I appreciated.I will definitely return to this Jiffy Lube for other services.

We got both of our vehicles done in the same day, there was no wait, service was fantastic, and they were very generous. The prices were great and I was very pleased with the services done. This will definitely be my go to for Tire work!

They did not check the key vehicle components. I asked for a tire rotation so they should be able to easily let me know how my brake pads were doing. I asked about my brakes and they said, "we only check if you ask us to". I did not receive the color coded report that I used to receive. Therefore I did not receive the "signature" oil change as promised

I sat there while they work on my vehicle for well over an hour 3 and 4 people trying to figure out what s wrong they didn t have everything I needed to fix my vehicle in a timely manner because they was calling other locations and when I said yes the some of upsell item like filters or wipers, they couldn t give it to me because they didn t have it in stock when I had a questions about what is taking so long the manager had attitude the customer service was just bad.. all together just a poor experience . Roll back the cameras and see the experience for yourself

This was my first time visiting this location. Shoutout to Savannah, Josh, and Dan for providing excellent customer service. They replaced my driver side turn signal and cleaned my headlights. Actually, I searched several Jiffy Lube locations in the area and the Washington Rd store was the only one (well, the first one I found) that offered the headlight service. My headlights are shining bright! Like getting gunk out of your eyes! LOL. I'll definitely come back for future services. Thanks!

I have been using this location for a while now and only have good things to say. I am usually in the store less than an hour, when when getting my tires rotated. I don't like the fact that the prices are creeping up, but for now you guys rock.

I was in a spot, traveling out of state over the holidays, and I needed my spark plugs replaced, and tbh their labor rates are pretty high, but the manager used a discretionary discount and knocked a significant amount off the top. They were kind, helpful, professional, and the job was done right. Can t ask for more.

The Customer service was very polite when the oil that was offered I Did not want because Pennzoil is known to be bad on car engines the manager called the auto parts store and got the oil that I usually put in my car and he did it all with a smile never getting flustered or upset cause of me just knows what I like and what I put in my car. So I say all that to say this at the end of the day I was satisfied with my experience at the jiffy Lube on Washington Rd., Augusta, GA I will refer people to this establishment and I definitely will be to do business which war at this establishment thank you Jiffy Lube and I didn t get the managers name but thank you as well sir GOD BLESS

WOW was I impressed by this store's service. Was greeted by the GM who opened my door for me the wait was VERY short. They were honest with me about what needed fixing and what didn't. Going to be bringing all my vehicles here to be topped off regularly. Guy who helped me was Joshua and he was awesome.

I was very pleased with the type of service I received from Jiffy Lube. The employees treated me like I was important. And before they did anything they explained in detail what they were doing. I will be returning for other work to any of my vehicles.

I get all my oil changes at the Washington Rd. location in Augusta, GA. Staff is awesome, friendly, super helpful. Josh helped me get desperately needed new tires and is such a pro. Josh then helped me when one of the said new tires blew out when I ran over some massive sharp thing in the road causing a 2 inch gash. Thanks Jiffy Lube! Y all rock.

Went for a tire rotation / alignment. Found out CVboot was busted . The same as another customer,Ava Laone, which was a customer two months ago , according to the reviews.But instead of 6 hours. I was there 8 hours .Was up charged for a part 72 dollars . When I asked the manager he said yes they upcharge. Also said he understood that I had been there all day. Because he was not . Heleft to go get his own vehicle which had been repaired from an accident. Said he would give a little discount!!15 dollars on a $741.09bill. In at 10:10am out at 6:20pm. I was quoted 3 hours. My paper work says 6:pm,only because he had started closing down doing his paper work. Ashlyn was wonderful.

I can trust that I'm getting honest updates on my vehicle without high pressure to perform extra services. Quotes on additional services provided in writing. Detailed and comprehensive review given of vehicle with their multi-point inspection. Quick reliable service. Friendly staff. Waiting area very clean.

Pulled in to have a screw removed from my tire. Have been waiting now for over 50 minutes. I was the second person in line. The first person had now been gone for 25 minutes. No one has given me an update until I asked for one after 45 minutes. Was told they were working on it and it is a first come first serve basis. In the meantime 4 other customers have come after me and are gone. Terrible service. Will not be back.Service: Tires

Today i went to Jiffy lube on Washington Road 2836 Augusta Georgia January 2, 2024 i received the best customer service that you could receive Joshur Rambaugh the store manger was so gracious and patient rendering service to my car the repair was a difficult but he was patient and took the time to help me out i was turn away at two location saying that they could'nt help me.. him taking time to help me was heart felt he's a great manger other can learn from him he deserve a raise i really appreciate him. thank you again Joshur

I had my transmission and coolant flushed here. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The services were performed in a lot less time than I anticipated. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone. The waiting area was very clean with fresh coffee too. Way to go Jiffy Lube staff!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission
