Wonderful service and very understanding manager I told him that my husband had Parkinson's and I was not used to having to do oil changes. He was as very understanding and he walked me through the process . He was very nice and personable. I will definitely go there again

I was immediately greeted by the team at the store, and immediately they began to change my old. They checked the air filter, and I agreed we needed a new one, the whole process to less than 20 minutes, and I was very satisfied with the males and females who worked on my car. Thank you so much.

I go there often for years and they are great normally. Last week I went the day I was going to travel over 700 miles. The person who checked my tire pressure tried to force my caps on crooked causing the valve to leak and me getting a flat I didn t see it until I was ready to leave at 8:30 pm and all places to fix the tire were closed so I had to drive half of the way on a donut super slow. I then waited for a place to open to get my tire fixed. A trip that should have taken me 11:30 to 12 hours took 18

They were wonderful to me. I have been going to that location since the day they opened and they have always been so accommodating. It s probably the best Jiffy Lube in the Augusta - Martinez area. I have been to several of them until they opened the one in Martinez and that s where I plan to keep going.

Meredith was wonderful!! There was incredibly quick service and the prices were very reasonable! You ll be shocked at how quickly they re finished, and they were very thorough in their check of my car. I will definitely be visiting again!!

Everything just the way you d expect: quick, competent, no baloney trying to upswell. They noticed a leak in my air conditioning unit and that was nice to know about. They provided a picture of it and everything.

Very unfriendly staff and the staff informed me that they filled all my fluids witch they did not and also charged me a 10 fee on my bill and said they charge everyone the 10 dollar shop fee. I will never use this jiffy lube again. Because now my Tahoe is in the shop two days after they touched my vehicle.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

This was, by far, the best oil change experience I've ever had in my life! The whole team was in constant communication with one another, and it made for an incredibly efficient system. They even cleaned my windshield for me while I waited! I live over an hour away, but I will definitely be coming back for my next oil change! Thanks so much, y'all! Service: Oil change
