Really good experience getting my oil changed. The staff was really friendly, however there was a bit of "up selling", which I expected. The service was quick, as you might expect, and there wasn't a line. I'll definitely go back to this location for service in the future.

The workers were very professional and had amazing communication. They were quick with the service. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. I had an oil change and a tire rotation. I would definitely come here again for any future service I felt I would need for my vehicle that I won t do myself

The team at this Jiffy Lube location are the best!!! They are very respectful and listen to any concerns you may have about your car. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable while waiting on your car. I honestly cannot say enough about this team!!! Thanks guys for always taking great care of my car and me!!!

They did great took care of my oil change changed my cabin filter and explained everything they did as best as they could to someone not that car Davy like myself. There s plenty of jiffy lubes near me but I like this one the staff is really nice and they work quickly.

I went there for a brake fluid flush with the understanding that I would be notified if I needed brakes. Contrary to what one would think is the natural order of things, brakes are not checked with a flush. One must request an inspection.Due to this mishap, I received a call from Mr. Jackson Marshall. He was very polite and informative. He explained the situation and remedied it by educating his staff for future encounters. I am TRULY grateful for his due diligence. I am taking my vehicle there for a courtesy brake inspection. Thanks for all that you do!Team Jiffy Lube!

This is to the team of ladies and the mechanic who gave my 81 year old mother assistance with her Lincoln Towncar this evening.It was near, if not after, your posted closing hours, but you still assisted her. I just wanted to say thank you so much! Kindness costs nothing. But the kindness you showed my mother was invaluable. Your actions made it possible to keep the vehicle running long enough for me to get to her and for us to get it to the mechanic's shop. The repairs needed were far beyond the scope of the services you offer, but you helped her as best you could despite that.I can't tell you how much you're all appreciated. Thank you, thank you, thank you! If this type of service is indicative of the manner in which you run this establishment, then you all deserve a raise!

My first time ever going was in July (LOVED THEM RIGHT OFF RIP) and I just went back recently and let me just say they are so funny they automatically make you feel comfortable and that is crazy, because most places they don t really interact with you but they do and their fast, and even though I live an hour away I ll most definitely be returning for my 3rd oil change at EXACTLY 5000 miles. P.S. the manager is top notch happy employees and happy customers can t beat it.

The young lady that assisted me with the details of the service I received was awesome. She was attentive to my needs and knowledgeable about the services and how they could help me. I liked that she knew what I could afford and didn t try to pressure me into purchasing ore than I needed for the moment. I will be returning for more services in the near future!

An employee there, Quay, was exceptional. I ve been to many oil change companies and locations and he provided the best customer service I have ever had. From the moment we pulled in the bay he was opening doors for us, showing us the seating area and walking us through the process. I live several states away, but if I lived closer, I would visit your Jiffy Lube location just to experience Quay s professionalism again.

My experience with Jiffy Lube was awesome John is so wonderful and honest !! His customer services is phenomenal he told me everything I needed to know. He explained everything to me where I could understand what was going on with my car. I will be going back to them for their services!!

I was traveling back to Virginia and stopped in to check my oil levels. The staff was very helpful and honest. I was told I topped off my levels just fine. I was offered actual items that were needed and I was in and out in no time at all. I will absolutely return and I want to say thank you again to the entire team.

Only thing I dislike. Was the wiper blades I ask for they gave me something different. When I went back just 10 minutes they said thats was what is recommended for my SUV. Other than that. Wonderful personnel and service. The best one I ever went too. Will be going back every oil change.

The gentlemen at this Jiffy Lube were so helpful and outstanding. They only did what was needed and didn t try to cheat us. I have been to several Jiffy Lubes and this group of employees were the best.

I absolutely loved this location. EVERYONE was awesome and nice. I had a bunch of stuff I needed done to my car and they did it all in like 20 minutes when I was expecting to wait way longer than that. They also informed me of everything as they worked. Management was great. You ll be taken care of at this location for sure.

Last summer I got my oil changed here, recently returned because my sticker said I was due. However the sticker had misprinted and I had 2000 miles left on the last oil change. The workers let me know about the mistake, checked my tire pressure and tread, topped off my oil, and reprinted the sticker with the correct mileage. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism and will definitely be returning when I am next due an oil change.

My recent visit to Jiffy Lube was enjoyable and efficient and I felt confident in the work that was done! I say this because all of the personnel I interacted with were professional, answered all of my questions, and inspired confidence in what they were doing. Lastly, the time to complete my service was short.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE A technician noticed something unusual and alerted the manager. They spent time diagnosing the real issue then explained to me the problem in a way that I understood. John continued to answer my questions and was very kind thru out the process.In addition, when I asked if I needed extra services(tire rotation or new filter) I was shown that although it was my choice to accept or decline, the service was not needed. In other words, he didn't try to sell me unnecessary services.Even better, they told me to come back the next day to see if the original problem had resolved. I know I have to take my car in to a full service shop for the issue but, had it not been for the experienced caring technician and John, I would not have known. I used to think these type oil change places did not really check all the items on the list, but this Jiffy Lube definitely did! I'm very thankful and pleased!

I went to Jiffy Lube at the last minute before closing, Brook and James were excellent. They have excellent customer service, and they took care of me in a timely manner, even though I came at the last minute; I highly recommend coming to Jiffy Lube.

Me and my daughter Stopped here while in town from Atlanta for a wedding. Car was sounding weird so thought it needed an oil change.
