In and out within 10 minutes for a tire plug, whereas the big box dealership told me the tire had to be replaced. It's always good to get a second opinion. Thank you Mr and Mrs Clark!

The owner of the place is rude and disgusting treats his employees bad don t believe in customer service. First time coming to his establishment, he gets upset and start yelling and cursing saying I was taking up two spaces. Which I did not know, because there was no lines visible to park. I refuse to spend any type of money with that establishment, special of how he treats his employees and male customers. I see that he actually treats women customers with the upmost respect. When it should be like that all across-the-board.

The worse ever!!! The first time I went gave it the benefit of the doubt but this time oh no. I waited almost an hour when told it was only 5 or 6 was in front I said ok cool I need my tire fixed!!! So an hour later and four other cars popping up and getting seen. I snapped and let it be know I would not come back here this crazy. I was told I was up now but other customer showed up and once again I was waiting. No no no I left and will not return. 20 dollars later, and 10 minutes from this location my tire is fixed.

Been going here for 23yrs and they've never let me down. All my cars have been high end cars (getting my 2022 GT 500 done as we speak) and their work to include brake work has been phenomenal. People that say that they take too long are ungrateful that the team are mostly working outside in inclement weather as well doing manual labor. The prices have always been fair as well.

The absolute best and affordable. I came in with a flat tire and Danny got me together. There was a line but that was normal but I was still in and out. I work in transportation for My Brother's Keeper Transportation and they know the importance of keeping me rolling. Great job guys!!!!!

I always go here to get my tires fixed with no issues. This time, I had a tire plugged, and it didn't work. Within a week, it was still losing air. I lost my receipt but they still corrected it. Thank you J C tires.

I needed my front brakes done, spoke with David on the phone and he was thorough and professional so I decided to give this place a try. My car was done in a timely manor and service was great. I will definitely be back to have my rear brakes replaced as well!

Overall my experience was great! I recieved great feedback. Nothing is perfect but there's always room for growth. The only thing I feel could be done better is greeting. I waited a hour before anyone said anything to me even though I stood in the office and outside by my car. I noticed the lack of communication with others as well. It doesn't have to over the top but acknowledge your customers! I was there from 3p-445pm. You wait for something good. I got a brand new tire for half the cost. Now my vehicle rides smoother! Awesome job!!! Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!

The owner and some staff are nice but they are too busy so they are rushing and not paying attention. I was given the wrong size tire and my traction light came on. Long story short ; I came by twice and was rushed .2nd time I got my tire changed to the right size but it was not a good tire. I had to get 2 new tires because it took over a week to get the right size but it was a bad tire so it mess up other things in the process. I could have just paid a little more money and got it right and not get rushed away.

The staff was great I had 2 tires mounted and balanced. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I'll be returning in the future for further services.

Outstanding as all ways. Rod and his team fixed her car with 4 new tires and we drove away smoothly with the best price in town. Seriously they get it done and get you out not like a lot of tire places. Been going to JC's for years and recommend it to anyone who's looking for tires. They do it all and don't rip you off. A family business!

The senior citizen husband and wife are a household name in Augusta. On Peach Orchard Rd. The are very fast there and extremely knowledgeable about tires in fact I met a young lady standing in for her boyfriend out with an illness. She was very knowledgeable her self and was doing the job that men primarily be doing and she knows what she's doing. Larry Jenkins of Augusta brakes sent me today to get a tire repaired, I will return. 10+ service!!!

Bernard is one of the best workers out there and has been for years about 8 years since I've been coming here and he super fast get u in and get u out thats one the reason I loved going there. ..and u feel right at home they don't make you feel out of place

They are always busy but once they get to you you good ! And when there is a wait; I usually wait because they are on point with anything you need for tires. This particular day I only needed a plug because of a big screw was in my tire 3 minutes I was good to go thanks JC

I don't think that I will be going back. My wife recommended this place and I get there, I walk into the office and ask who do I need to see about 4 tires and she said the guys outside. I waited for what seemed to be 30 minutes and unbeknownst to me, I am a ghost, because no one ever acknowledge that I was just standing there. He doesn't have to worry about me!!!

Don t waste your time they tell you one price on the phone then when you get their it s 40 dollars higher if you need tires go to Southside Tires on 25 they are true to their prices and fast service

Had a tire patched. Approximately 10 minutes to complete. Quick and very fairly priced. Other places will have you waiting for ever.

Sold me some dry rot wrangler tires that was made 2011 and were recalled. Had a flat and was beside the road on interstate 20. They put my life in danger with these tires. I can't believe they r even in business selling stuff like this . I do believe if I was another race I would have been treated better
