Unfortunately have had to do business here twice now . The 1st time, we were quoted $175.00 for an installation when it can time to pick up the car, the price DOUBLED to $350. When I questioned the price the man basically felt it OK to yell at me and obviously I called him the crook that he is. Yesterday we were told to come anytime today for a calibration when we got there he was yet again very rude saying we were late . He also forgot to give us crucial information upon installation. There were two of us that picked up the car BOTH of us knew nothing of this paperwork and of course the man there was rude and tried to blame that on us These people are definitely not to be trusted. I will drive an hour away next time to make sure I don t deal with him. I suggest you do too.

I wouldn t recommend this place is you have starter problems. I chose this place because of the reviews. A few weeks ago, thought they fixed my car, and now it has stopped working a few days ago. Now I m back at square 1, $1000 in repairs, just for my car not to be fixed. New tires though, first day i got my car back, my brakes were squeaking, radio was malfunctioning, and I could ve sworn I asked for them to check out my car for any other problems, there s something rattling underneath my car that they claimed to not have heard but as soon as you drive my car, you can hear and feel it clear as day. Alerted them about my car not running Friday, supposedly the shop is open Saturday, didn t get a call back till Monday, and wants me to pay $90 to tow it BACK to their shop for a problem they didn t fix, was suppose to call me back about the towing and never did. They seemed like very nice people, but the way the man talked to me on the phone yesterday about the problem, he seemed a little hostile and impatient. Won t be back there again but they got their money though! I just want my car fixed, wanted to take my son somewhere for his birthday, now I got to pay for my car to be fixed.

I am amazed at how well my SUV drives now after an affordable repair! I love the email reminders when it is time to get my oil change as well as getting an email to evaluate each visit. It's easy to get an appointment and I don't mind waiting on a repair because they have comfortable furniture, a TV, and space for me to work on my computer while I wait. The prices are reasonable and all the staff are pleasant and professional. Every experience there has been top notch!

Took our Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited to these folks this morning for a transmission leak I just couldn't find on my own. Left there a much happier person! Everyone there was friendly and helpful. The facilities were top notch. Everything clean and well organized. They did a great job, finishing quicker than I expected. When they handed me the bill, I was amazed to see it was about half of what I expected. This shop is an hour drive from my home -'and I will gladly go back the next time I need car service of any kind.

I discovered WC Auto Repair and Rental threw my service contract with JD Byrider. They were professional and answer any questions I may have. I had some other work done on my vehicle they provided great quality work. My children just purchased vehicles and I introduced them to WC Auto Repair. I highly recommend them to you.

I was very pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle. It was done in a timely manner and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt like the prices were reasonable for the service done and I would highly recommend this business.

Best auto mechanic and U Haul rental in the whole CSRA .... Willie and Sonia are always welcoming and so nice. Prices are very fair but the services is out of this world. I would recommed them any time

All staff are very friendly, very competent, the owners are very friendly and go out of their way. This is one of the best local businesses I've been to. Will send anyone I know here to them.
