Had to go in for a recall and the staff was very helpful explaining the process, asking if I needed any maintenance completed and showing me to the waiting area and letting me know they had snacks and beverages while I waited. When the work was complete they explained all the finding and any potential maintenance I would be needing.

Been calling to reach the service department no answer after hearing it ring for 5 minutes straight. Called in to communicate to the ms who transfers calls and she stopped answering. Absolutely horrible with customer service!!

GERALD JONES STOP SENDING ME MAINTNANCE EMAILS, after 1 day of me receiving service from you my engine seized because it had no oil and it was working perfectly fine (you forgot to put oil in the engine). I spent close to $5000 to get another engine because you broke my car. Every time I get an email from you I will post this same review until you stop emailing me. Because you keep deleting it. Thank you. P.S to everyone else maybe it was a honest mistake but been stranded with my family a newborn and spending $5000 still makes me mad when I get reminded.
