Thomas and the team at Subaru were a dream to work with. No sales pressure, and they took the time to understand my needs. John in finance was great to talk with and was very to the point about services/warranties. Ended up ordering a 2024 Forester and it had every feature I was looking for! If you want to be treated like a king, I'd highly recommend Gerald Jones Subaru. Many thanks to your team, Wayne!

I recently visited Gerald Jones Subaru in hopes of purchasing a new vehicle, but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. Despite my genuine interest and willingness to engage, the salespeople at the dealership were incredibly rude and consistently ignored my presence.From the moment I pulled in and walked in, it was evident that customer service was not a priority. I attempted to initiate conversations with staff members, some of whom appeared to be management only to be met with dismissive attitudes and a lack of interest in assisting me. It was incredibly frustrating and made me feel undervalued as a potential customer.As someone who values respectful and attentive service, I was deeply disappointed by the unprofessionalism displayed by the sales team at Gerald Jones Subaru. I left the dealership feeling disheartened and completely unimpressed with the level of care provided.I hope that management takes steps to address this issue and prioritize customer satisfaction in the future. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to others.

Bought my first Subaru from them yesterday, and I absolutely love it!! Great vehicle overall. I had a very good experience here, and was well taken care of. Max and Jeff were my salespeople, and they both took the time and made the effort to understand exactly what I was looking for, familiarize me with the car I wanted, and tolerate my neverending series of questions about literally every single thing. I liked that they both had awesome personalities and weren't stuck in salesman mode. Larry was a good sport as well; I owe that guy a coffee. John helped to answer my finance questions, as well as finish out the signing documents. He was very transparent with my numbers, and that made me feel better about the whole process. The only suggestion I could make is to offer customers a cocktail or four while we're internally panicking at closing over our big purchases. Overall, I'm very appreciative. Thanks, everyone!

I just returned from Overseas after 5 years. Gerald Jones honored a free Service for my 2018 Outback. I bought it in early 2018 and never had the opportunity to use any of the free services included when you purchase a brand new car from them. Additionally it was a 30000 mile service!!! Thanks for honoring us in the military. A special shout out to Drew Jones who personally handled me today. The experience with Gerald Jones has been 100% Stellar since 2018. They even assisted me while overseas with wheels that were stolen in Naples and a new head unit that was defective and unable to get due to overseas. The Subaru good will program handled all expenses even though the US Warrany isn't valid overseas. Thanks again Gerald Jones!!!!

Kelley spent so much time walking me through everything I needed to know about my new Subaru. I never felt rushed and she was so patient. She really has attention to every detail. I feel like she is always there for me if I have any questions. John helped walk me through the financial aspects of buying my car. I really felt like he had my best interest at heart and helped me make decisions on warranty coverage and other financial issues. Very personalized experience with top notch professionals.

In my more than 50 years of experience buying cars, I found this auto dealer to be quite unusual, even unique. Every one I dealt with was extremely competent and helpful. Although obviously they wanted me to buy their Crosstrek, there was never any attempt at manipulation or pressure. Their primary intention seemed to be to answer my questions, to impart information. The saleswoman, finance woman, and sales manager were clear, direct, and honest with me. The saleswoman, Kelley, with whom I spent quite a lot of time on more than one visit, had encyclopedic knowledge about the vehicle I was interested in, was always patient with me, and explained things very well. I have always found shopping for a car to be somewhat unpleasant, a time of anxiety and irritation; but at this shop I always felt comfortable, relaxed. They gave me reason to trust them, and I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the experience. And in the end, I believe I got a good price when I bought my Crosstrek.

Bought a 2023 Legacy, vehicle has been okay, but was scheduled for my first service at 7:30 am on a Saturday. Wake up early, drive out there and they are closed. Total waste of my time and gas. Later called the service dept and they tell me that they don t open until 8:00 on Saturdays and that me being scheduled for 7:30 was a mistake. No apology or anything and the tech could care less. Will not be purchasing another vehicle here.

I can't thank Greg, in the Subaru service department, enough today! He was kind, and he fit me into the schedule without hesitation. My car battery died, and I did not know what to do. He was knowledgeable and was willing to help me out immediately with a smile!

Absolutely would not recommend going there. They overcharge, offer unnecessary repairs, and often time do not fix the issue at hand. They are always willing to offer you a warranty for a year, just to keep you around. Would not recommend getting your car serviced there ever.I had a timing cover gasket blow out on me in 2021. Before an oil change I noticed the issue, and the told me it had been resolved. 2 weeks later, I notice a large puddle of oil in my drive way, and immediately take it to get serviced. At first they told me they did not notice anything while I got my oil change, but now see I have a blown timing gasket. The initial replacement was close to 2000$. Another 2 weeks go by and my car is still leaking oil, so I once again take it back.The apologize for not being able to figure out the issue, and instead tell me the best course of action is to get a new engine, which I reluctantly agree to. At this point I've spent over 6,000$ on what should've just been an oil change.Fast forward only 2 years, and my Subaru is still having an issue with oil leaks. After telling the service attendant about my history with the car, his response is the technician that originally did the job, no longer works at Gerald Jones Subaru, and they can not attest to whatever work was done. Now I once again have to get my timing cover gasket replaced for the 3rd time in only 2 years.To save someone all the trouble and hassle I had to go through, I would recommend getting your car serviced anywhere else. Not only will they not solve your issue, but they will make sure you keep getting unnecessary work done to your vehicle.

My husband and I cannot rave enough about how wonderful our car buying experience was with Joe Pretzello. He was very professional, honest, and completely transparent with the pricing and options for financing from the beginning. He s easy to talk to and has built relationships with many of his clients that come through the dealership, which was apparent each time we stopped in. Thank you Joe!

I wasn't going to even review but since my check engine light came on again yesterday (after they told me they fixed the issues), I feel I should mention my first two visits here.First time, I told them my tire sensor was broken and they charged me 80 bucks to check it, refill a tire that was only slightly low, and turn the light off, which came back on by the time I got home.This second time, I asked them to run codes and fix whatever the issue was. Instead, they fixed one issue with spark plugs but now the codes have reappeared with the same issue I asked them to check into (oxygen and camshaft sensors). Hence, they just nickel and dime you but don't actually look into the problems you ask them to check and fix. Never going to this overpriced dealer again. If you have another option for repairs, I highly recommend you use that instead.These folks just want your money. I can't speak for the dealership itself as I didn't purchase my Subaru here. The mechanic end of things is a scam though. I'm versed in car repairs and how these vehicles work, so I'm not just reviewing to be obnoxious. Cars will always need maintenance and repairs, so it doesn't make sense to be dishonest. You can have my money if you actually do the job I ask for; they won't do that here.

Ryan, the store manager, went above and beyond to resolve several issues I was having with repairing my car. He made sure to keep consistent communication to resolve my needs and helped me to get a fair price, perks at the end, and made sure that I knew I left satisfied and cared for. Update (03/22/22): I ve decided to update and elaborate on my review, as well as take it down to one star.I was in town visiting family and needed the weather seal on my driver side door replaced. I should ve known better than to go here when upon calling, the employee in the parts department had never heard of that part before . After explaining to my mechanic what this very complex part was and putting my better judgment aside, I set up an appointment.The check in process was easy and everyone I spoke with was very nice and professional. Once my service was completed however, the employee I was working with came to inform me they ordered and installed the wrong part (big surprise)!I am now back home and have scheduled my service with the correct part with a more competent Subaru dealership. To add insult to injury, there is also a thick layer of glue or some sticky substance on my window I ve yet to be able to get off (pictures added to this review).At this rate you re better off looking up a YouTube video and doing repairs yourself rather than taking your vehicle here!

Initally, I was a little stressed about going through a dealership to buy a car, but Joe gave me an even better experience than I was hoping for! He wasn't pushy, answered my dozens of questions, and made the whole process so totally seamless and I really appreciate it! Will definitely be recommending Gerald Jones to my friends.

I love my 2019 Hyundai Sonata! Being in sales myself, I'm a hard close but very easy sale. Mike Thaxton was great to work with, professional, loves what he does and wasn't pushy. We love Wayne too! Thank you for respecting my credit and for the great numbers! I highly recommend checking out their inventory and know where my next vehicle purchase will be. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I went to look at a used Honda Civic that the dealership was selling as my truck was in the shop for some suspension work and I needed a daily driver to say on fuel prices. Test drove the vehicle with salesmen Tim Lamkin. Tim is a very personable, friendly, and understanding person. Was negotiating prices on the vehicle and told them my absolute top dollar number I was willing to spend on the vehicle, out the door.. We agreed on a price and then I was told there is a $500 titling fee which was not disclosed prior and I told them I still was not willing to go above my top dollar amount.Went outside and was looking over the car again with my friend who drove me and the sales manager came out. Didn't get a name but he was an older white male with all white hair. He didn't even introduce himself and rudely stated "I'm only willing to give you that deal because you're in the military. If you don't want to pay the price we have then the car will go back over to Honda and be gone tomorrow. These cars are hard to find."Felt like this was a jab at my being in the military and he was trying to pressure me into paying more than I was willing. Left the dealership. Got a call about a week later from Tim asking if I was still looking for a car as the Civic was still available. Sorry Tim, but your sales manager lost you that sale with his lack of interpersonal skills.

Kelley is amazing as always. She's very knowledgeable about whatever car you're looking for and if she doesn't know the answer to your question, she's great at finding the answer for you. Dorian is also super nice and friendly, he was also amazing at his job. Michelle was very sweet as well, we actually felt like we were talking with a friend or colleague rather than a random business salesman. She listened to our concerns and worked with us on anything we brought up.

Once I connected with Max Puleo , he was so helpful and answered as many questions that I asked him. He was very knowledgeable and if he didn't know, he would be honest and say he would find out. And I appreciate that type of honesty in a salesperson, you don't find that much in this day and time!!!He guided me through the process and and connected me with the finance department. He drove my car to me and the transition from Gerald Jones to myself was effortless and painless.Thank you so much!

Took my Forester in to get my AC compressor changed. Next day my engine seized due to no oil, it was like they drained the oil and thought they added it but didn't. Had to pay almost $5,000 for a used engine, new spark plugs, and installation.

The staff was impressive. Evan Stofell was a wonderful and very helpful sales consultant. He made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. He was very patient with me when I asked lots of stupid questions. Wayne Jackson, the Sales manager, was awesome too, he checked in with me plenty of times to make sure I was doing good. The guy who did the finance paperwork (John Curran) was the best, very polite and easy to get along with. He made sure all my stuff was in order and that I understood what I was getting. The dudes in the parts department (so sorry I don t remember your names) were very helpful and cheerful. 10/10 would recommend.

We worked with Sergio and John to complete our purchase. Never felt pressured into buying and they each took the time to ensure that we were satisfied before moving forward with anything. The process was the fastest experience we have ever had to purchase a vehicle and we were very grateful that we were able to take the test drive, go home and think things over, provide information over the phone, and then return when the paperwork was ready for us to sign and be on our way quickly.

I may have had a vastly different experience but I was extremely disappointed with this Subaru dealership. We agreed on a vehicle and drove two and a half hours to trade our car but we re told that the payoff might be different if the dealership calls and we would be responsible for the difference if it was more. Although this could have been addressed the day prior to me driving to Augusta or even before the almost three hour drive, no one mentioned this until me and my family were in the dealership and had been waiting for another hour.This dealership has definitely burned me from any future purchase and I hope you reconsider giving them your business if you can. If they treat customers who have equity in their trade, money to put down, and excellent credit the way they treated us, I would hate to see how they treat customers who may need help.

Best car buying experience we ve ever had!! I reached out to Kelley after my neighbors recommended her. She is awesome and was so helpful and quick at responding. John was great too!! While there I didn t feel like I was being forced or bullied into anything like how other car dealerships can be. The whole process went so smoothly. This is the 1st time I ve walked into a dealership and was asked how much I wanted to pay, what I wanted in a car, etc and they actually got me just what I wanted and in budget. They even had a kids area which was super helpful because my young children came along and it kept them busy! They earned a long term customer. I love my Subaru :)

If you are looking for an amazing purchase experience and sales rep, I would absolutely recommend KELLEY! She made my first purchase experience better than I could imagine! She ended up working PAST closing hours to make sure I got an offer I was happy with for my new 2021 Subaru Crosstrek and she ensured I was fully comfortable and equipped driving the car before leaving the lot. The entire sales team at Gerald Jones Subaru has exceeded my expectations and I will continue to recommend them to others looking to buy a car.

Stopped in to have our Civic serviced at Honda. Was browsing the lot when Micheal Thaxton came by, super down to earth guy! Discussed a car Legacy that caught my eye, gave me the exact info I wanted to hear and let us go on our way. Browsed some more before deciding to test drive, fell in love with the car! Micheal was super helpful, great with our son and made us very comfortable. Sealed the deal and left ecstatic! Sales Manager Wayne was also great and ensured we were taken care of! Our second vehicle from the Gearld Jones group and we couldn t be happier!

I give this 5 star rating because Gerald Jones is a dealership that really strives to have a happy customer every time you come and go in the dealership. I had a couple hiccups with purchasing my Outback, but servicing really made it right (and provided a lot of empathy about my frustrations and concerns). Ryan, the service manager and Annette, the service advisor really went above and beyond to keep my business. Thank you guys!
