Went in for a recall and an oil change but ended up paying 300$ for a 10K inspection. I feel like I was fooled because when I asked how much the oil change I was told 80$ but the bill was 300$. I didn t feel like fighting them on it and I had plenty of rewards to cover most of the cost. Just be very clear as to what you want done to your vehicle. Also the three stars is for lack of a loaner vehicle and for the fact it took 4 Hours for my vehicle to get finished. I couldn t even get a ride from the dealership. I ll go back one more time but if there are anymore issues I ll find another dealer to service my 2023 F150.
