We have always taken our cars to this Firestone franchise and have always had a wonderful experience. From being known and greeted by name when we walk in to being ready to accept our car for service. They always go over our reason for being there. Work is completed and car is ready when promised. They go over what work was completd and the check-list is always reviewed to make us aware of any issues they may have found. Would not take our cars anywhere else. Fantastic service and fantastic customer service.

Customer service is outstanding, Joe is always professional. I had an issue with not being able to use my card, but that was not the locations fault and Joe tried his best to make it work. They took my car back as soon as I got there (I had an appointment) and finished up quickly.

This place is disrespectful to peoples' time. I went Saturday to see if they could check my brakes. They replaced my front brakes and rotors, less than a year ago, but behold, they're squeaking. I always got a lot of brake dust after they replaced them, but thought it was semi-normal. Noone was able to check Saturday. That was fine. The guy at the front counter made an appt for Tuesday at noon. I arrived at 1145 and was told it would be a few hours before they could check my brakes. Unacceptable.

The staff is always courteous, listens well to the description of the vehicle's condition of concern, explains quirks known about certain vehicles, presents a recommended work plan in a very clear way to "non-gear heads." Customers are greeted and addressed in a joyful, respectful manner as a valued customers. Applicable warranties are applied without difficulty.Military veterans also receive a discount. I especially support commercial entities that offer recognition and financial participation to employees to elevate their intrapreneurially-based work ethic. I was impressed to see a woman mechanic. The vehicles are always handled with consideration not to disrupt the vehicle's neatness.

I felt cheated. I felt pressured to buy. Such outrageous pricing...Then before I could tell him I've changed my mind I'd like to go somewhere else, he says "it's too late, I've already done it!" So I was stuck having to pay the outrageous price bc he couldn't reverse what he had done.

Tire warranty is a scam! I was told I may need to replace my tires soon. I bought these 4 new tires less than 10 months ago, and drove 14,356 miles on them. These were supposed to be 55,000 miles tires. I had the tires rotated and balance every 5,000 as required for the warranty!

I am so pleased with the service I always receive at Firestone Augusta. Joe and his team never let me down. They do what they say and resolve my problems. The 6 months same as cash is also a nice touch and allows me to visit more regularly. I would rate the service at the Broad Street location (Augusta) 1- Stars.

Haven't had a better tire purchasing experience in a long time. I needed two rear tires on my beat up old 2005 Tundra for a drive back to Savannah and I needed them on short notice. Joe and the team at this location did it quickly and professionally and also found some major problems in my alignment that they fixed. I've had my vehicle aligned twice before at a competitor and now I'm not even really sure if the competitor even DID anything because Joe was able to take most of the body shudder and a hard pull to the right out of my old truck. And he did it quickly and inexpensively and the data sheet I was given on the alignment was far more detailed than anything I've received before. Kudos to the folks on the team here. I'll be taking my vehicle to a Firestone going forward due to my experience today.

Scheduled the appt with Joe and he kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I have brought multiple vehicles to this location over the years, usually work with Joe each time I do, always excellent service!

Very let down by this shop.New to this area and needed some service done but, I did not seem to matter.I booked a wheel alignment through car advise and the guy at the counter did not want to be bothered by searching for my appointment. I got a quote of $92 from my app. The guy quoted wayyy more than that. Upon waiting for 25 minutes and being the only customer in there I told the guy I was tired of waiting for him to figure it out and went to tires plus instead.Notice to all other veterans DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.

Excellent and timely service. Quick diagnosis of the problem and its fix. Went the extra mile checking in my Firestone purchase history to see if I had the lifetime alignment and replacing my full sized spare with one of my old tires. May not do transmission work though.

Completed the fluid transfer and alignment/balance/rotation just fine.Problem was shopping list of recommendations they had. You would think my whole suspension was failing; my struts were replaced less than 20k miles ago. Starter Battery was failing ; it was replaced with a brand new manufacturer battery in August, and have had no issues with it. Air filter is a cleanable K&N. No problems to be had there.So they ll do the work they re supposed to, but they ll try to convince you that you need to repair/replace items that are perfectly fine. Beware, or use another location.

Went above and beyond to find a noise on my car. Didn't guarantee the fix but the effort is what mattered to me. They actually cared about my car as if it was there's. Thank you so much need more places like these here in Augusta

Bought a lifetime alignment at a tires plus location and my vehicle continued to pull to the right. Had an appt here and was told to drop it off, but I had no ride back home. Joe was able to have my ride on the alignment rack within 15 minutes.I love customer service like this, and it s something I always look for when I give my business anywhere.Service: Wheel alignment

IT WAS NEAR CLOSING TIME WHEN I SHOWED UP WITH TWO BAD TIRES IN NEED OF REPAIR. I EXPLAINED TO THE SERVICE PERSON THAT I WAS ASSISTING A YOUNG LADY WHO THE TIRES BELONG TO. HE REPLACED THE TIRES FOR ME WITH AN SINCERE ATTITUDE. GREATLY APPRECIATED THE SERVICE.

Firestone policies are NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. Will never return and I advise, ..HIGHLY advise future customers, to find other options and smaller business that are their for the customer..

Took my Kia soul into be tested because it would not start without being jumped. Took it to advanced and they said it was the alternator. Took it to Firestone to be diagnosed and repaired and was told that it was not the alternator that nothing was wrong with it. I feel like it was a waste of time and feel like they didn't check it properly.Service: Electrical

Always takes til past closing time whether I have a 3:30 apt or 4:30 APPOINTMENT. Had other ppl waiting with me at the end of the day who brought their vehicle in around 2 as well.

Joe H. Was the guy that "helped" me. I pulled up parked the car opened the trunk removed the tire that needed a patch rested it on the bumper. Joe H sat in a chair in the garage when I walked up to him and asked him for a flat repair he asked me to bring the tire to him I told him where it was (in plain sight motioning to the car with the tire leaning up against the bumper) and I asked him if he wanted me to carry that dirty tire to him, he said yes he didn't get out of his chair and walked over grabed the dirty tire and carried it to him at his desk.He embraced the tire and held it on his lap while he looked at it. I wouldn't expect that Firestone would have their customers carry tires around once you pull into their parking lot and remove the tire from your trunk most tire stores will happily get to tire out of your trunk for you. Firestone mastercare Car Service emphasis on the "service" part not so much.I would have been better off at a mom-and-pop.Joe H did seem like a nice guy, just missing the final mile service expectation Oh wait then it gets better $30 patch a tire that I brought in off the vehicle ridiculous.One guy pulled in they wanted $17.50 to put a valve stem in, he called a friend had him bring a Jack he changed the tire himself.I won't go to this Firestone again.

I only go to firestone for alignment balance, and rotation. The one on Wrightsboro left my vehicle with a really annoying vibration above 70 mph, so this time I went to the one on Broad. They were friendly, had my vehicle ready within an hour (way faster than most firestones I've visted), and the vibration is now completely gone. Definitely my best firestone experience

I came here to get my car inspected because I kept hearing a noise when driving my car. After my car was looked at I was told there was something loose behind my tires but it was tighten. About a week later the same noise came upon again. Well, I called and told them and I was told I would need to call the dealership or a paint and body shop because they weren t suppose to tighten the screws up anyways. So I asked, what exactly is the name of what s loose. They couldn t tell me until I went down to the store to speak with someone face to face. I spoke with Joe and he wrote it down for me but it seem like he didn t want to be bothered. I didn t get the best customer service from him. My thing is why would you fix something you claim you weren t suppose to do at all? Called the Nissan dealership and come to find out it wasn t what Joe said that needed to be fixed. Yeah, this location needs people that know what they re doing and better customer service.
