I had a 10am appointment and my car wasn't finished until after 3pm. I am however happy that they told me about a service that I needed that the dealership missed. Michelle is very nice and helpful and provided great customer service while I waited. Only thing missing was coffee, water or a vending machine.

I had an appointment at 1030am for 4 new tires but did not get started until 145pm. After about 30 min, the staff let me know I would have a wait due to unforeseen circumstances with another vehicle. Overall nice and clean establishment and it was my choice to wait. Staff was professional and polite. I will still return for service in the future.

I dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday for an 11am appointment. I didn't hear anything from them all day Wednesday, so I call them late that evening and the guy tells me they were having issues with a bolt. I don't hear from them at all on Thursday. Friday I call and the lady tells me that there was never an issue with a bolt but that they were sent the wrong part and it would be finished soon. I call back at 6pm because I haven't heard from them still and she says it should be ready in 30 mins. I finally got my vehicle at 8pm on Friday. They got my car at 9:30 am on Wednesday for an approximate 4-5 hr job, with a scheduled appt for 11am and I didn't get my car until Friday night at 8pm. The only communication I got was when I called them. They never at any point called me. This isn't the first time I've had issues with them having my car for long periods of time with no communication.

The person who helped me (name similar to Rochelle/Rachelle) was extremely accommodating beginning with the initial phone call giving me the option to bring my truck in early. She did a great job with educating me on the type of oil I needed versus requested. While I didn't purchase any additional services that day, she was very thorough with educating me on what my truck needed and why. She also made it her business to let me know that she wanted to see me in the future as a return customer, so much so, that I didn't have the heart to tell her I was moving out of state. With 19 years of leadership experience under my belt, this is 100% the type of employee I'd traditionally steal away. Wish I could take her with me. Kudos and job well done.

I had a 2:00 pm appointment for oil change and alignment. When I drop the car off, they said that it was only going to take an hour. I pull back up at 6:00 PM and asked what is the status on my vehicle the lady told me that they was going to get to my vehicle no matter what. 30 minutes later, I received a phone call saying that it was unable to fix my car. Please do not waste your time coming to this establishment.

The manager was great and she put all the correct info on the form, but the worker didn't follow the instructions and even though my seat was set all the way back, they tilted the back of my seat. It was hard to readjust it the way I wanted it.

I had previously visited and thought the place was reasonable. Boy was I wrong. Took our fleet vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. Called to make appointment but was told no appointment for fleet vehicle. Dropped off sat morning first thing. Called at 1:35 was told it was being worked on and would be done within the hour. I arrived at 3:30 to find it had not even been touched. Had to leave the vehicle overnight. Picked up on Sunday and it was filthy inside. Fingerprints of grease everywhere. This is a brand new vehicle with 6k miles on it. Started looking more as they were supposed to rotate tires. Not one fingerprint on hubcaps so I cant imagine how they could rotate tires without even one smudge or fingerprint on hubcaps. I dont believe they even rotated the tires. I'll never be back again lied to me directly, horrible service etc.

Sat waiting for 1 tire to be mounted and balanced for 5.5 hours with the car broke down on the side of the road. If I had another option I would have. Never take your vehicles here.

Travis did an amazing job servicing my Fianc�'s car. We came in and his head light was out, upon his overview of the situation he knew the exact solution and fixed it for him in less than 5 minutes.

I had an appointment for Sunday and when I got my car there was informed it wouldn't be looked at until Tuesday. All this to fix the pulley on my alternator which they said they couldn't do. Instead was told I had to replace the alternator which would cost over $700. This was simply the worst business transaction I've ever experienced. Clearly overcharged for a simple job that they could've easily handled instead, for reasons unknown, they were clearly trying to get the most out of me... I wouldn't advise ever to go there for anything...

A little bit annoyed with them. Today memorial day, I made an appointment with them and waited for hours to get a light checked. By the way we also wanted tires checked and wanted an oil change as well. Nothing got done for hours went somewhere else for the oil change while waiting in line to get our car in the bay. Ridiculous! Light check only!

Called this location and was hung up on right after I said hello. I called back and he answers puts me on hold and then never comes back to the line. This is an awful location with clearly awful customer service.

Worse place to make an appointment. Will leave you waiting for hours. No one should be waiting 4 - 5 hours when they have an appointment. I don't think they fully understand how long a repair takes, and this leaves overlapping appointments. They are always behind

I don't know what to say about this place my first initial visit was definitely 5 stars. Took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment they did the work but I noticed two days later my vehicle was doing the same thing, took it back the tech informed me I needed a tire in the front. I went to another shop prior to them to have my motor mounts done which the techs let me know whoever did the work before only replaced two of the three mounts, I scheduled a date for them to do the third mount. Didn't check that day cause I figured hey they are mechanics they know what they're doing WRONG. They replaced the mount that was new took it back the manager informed me that it will get done WRONG again. My husband went to go pick the vehicle up and it STILL HADN'T BEEN REPLACED My husband was given a refund and no explanation given. I called corporate and yet haven't gotten a call back to this day. Customer service is everything to me. Do your job or just don't do it all. My third mount has still not been replaced yet.

Made an appointment time online for 9 and they sent a confirmation. The day before they sent another email saying 1030. I went ahead and brought it in at 930. Told the oil change would be an hour and half, 12 1230 finished time. I did not wait for it, called at 145 the car was in the Bay still. 330, no call yet so decided to come down and see what was happening. 415, still sitting here! Beware! I will not be bringing my truck back here!Service: Oil change

Stay with your car and get a clear understanding or you will pay more than you plan . She said I had a warranty , I left and returned to charged for the two tires no match!

Firestone was GREAT. We got there close to closing time with a not good noise and Josh quickly discovered it was a bad water pump and not the other speculative horrible issues it could have been. Michelle, the manager, said we could get to it Monday. By the look on our faces she responded with but you are stranded now.... uhh yeah. I checked and Enterprise closed at 3... Josh the mechanic said I can get it done... they got the pump in minutes and by the grace of God the 3:00 never showed up, we got there @3:30 and the 4:00 never came- if the 4 showed we wouldn't have driven out of there. They finished approx 30 minutes after closing and were super nice. Great job Firestone Wrightsboro Rd Augusta!!! We are soo GREATFUL!!

Brought my truck in for a good bit of maintenance. The staff was thorough in their inspection of the vehicle and pointed out some things I may not have noticed on my own. Todd talked me through all the repairs to be done and gave me a good price on some new tires. After the consultation, everything was done in a timely manner and I m back up and running like new. Couldn t be happier with the quality of service.

The service is horrible, had an appointment at 3pm for only an alignment been waiting so far 2 hours and my car still in the parking lot. Still waiting but not sure how much longer I can wait. Then we asked the employee does she know how much longer, bad idea rude with an attitudeThey can t even get cars in as scheduled but yet can try to add other services on other peoples tickets besides what they ask for.I will never ever recommend this location for service, this is my first time here and I promise my last.

Ridiculously slow. Despite making an appointment for an oil change (and indicating we would stay at the service center), it still took over 4 hours. EVERY single person who brought their vehicle in was hit up for additional recommended services to the tune of between $300 and $500. Every single person. Most were smart enough to recognize the racket but some didn t. Insane. I won t be back again.

Went in to have tires installed,alignment, and oil change. The shop was a little short miss 2 techs but still got my work done in a timely manner. Sales person was very knowledgeable

Great service. Had a slow leak in the tire of my work van. Walked in, they told me it would be about 2hours, but even with replacing the tire, or only took about an hour. The staff was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

They are getting this rating because of the length of time it took to do the job I went in for an oil change and spark plug change checked in at 1:15 they knew that I was waiting for the car instead of dropping it off they finished at 5:15 and there are only four people ahead of me in the place was not busy at all. After waiting for about an hour and a half no one ever called me to the counter but I still waited patiently for someone to give me a quote or estimate of how much the work will cost and how long it will be that never happened so around the third hour I went to ask and they did advise me that there was an issue with the car and it needed a part from another place so they were calling around I feel if they had informed me of this beforehand instead of making me wait 3 hours I would have been a much happier customer but my oil change was successful and they did inspect my tires and do an alignment which I have lifetime alignment and the workers were actually friendly without any attitude so that is a positive change from my previous experiences with the Firestone on Wrightsboro Road

The bolts holding my license plate on my car were rusted in place, preventing me from putting on my new plates. The dealership told me they would have to potentially go through the liftgate or bumper to fix it and they couldn't quote me a cost or duration for the repair. I took my car to this Firestone and they fixed it within 3 minutes for free. Great service and friendly staff. I will definitely be returning for future car issues.

Low quality Firestone. They're doing their best but are severely understaffed, but you can tell a lot of folks are green too so simple jobs take an extremely long time. Oil change is 3 hours with an appointment. Customer service is adequate though.

Had to schedule appointment two days in a row because alignment rack was down. Drove an hour to sit for an hour but to be told that they couldn t get my ford ranger on the rack because it fell off the first time and then they supposedly tried to put it on another rack and that my truck teetered and almost fell off the rack because of half a toilet in the bed. Didn t get any discount of no kind what so ever. He ll didn t have the correct parts for service and used incorrect oil for oil change
