Owner is a man of high character. Him and team repaired my vehicle to look better than when I got it. With other shops with 6 month wait times I was so glad I went with Farris.

BEST PRICE IN TOWN: I have a 1999 Ford Crown Victoria and when service centers see me they see money! Not so with Farris Auto Works. A friend dented my rear door and I got three estimates to replace door from Kendricks (1196.61), Cushman (5285.84) and Ricks (1828.24). Kendricks was nice to sell the door to me for 150.00 and Farris only charged me 150.00 to replace the door and touch up the paint. Mr. Farris gave me hope of the existence of affordable service. I was very happy with everything about my experience. I was dealing with a insurance company that was giving me the run around. Farris Auto made sure to keep me updated on the repairs even sent me updated pictures of Stormy (that's my car's name). Everything was fixed and the customer service was like no other. I literally left in tears because I was so happy after all the nonsense I went through to have my car back and in even better condition than she was before the accident. I thoroughly enjoyed the customer service and work done by Farris Auto Works! They were extremely friendly, listened, and customized the experience by making small talk and building a rapport. I even came back to have my lightbulbs replaced! My car looks brand new now! I would definitely recommend!
