Came in this morning to get my oil change and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Beau got me in and out within 20 minutes. He was honest with me and gave me great information on exactly what my car needed serviced. I would highly recommend them.

I came in for an oil change and ended up having some more pertinent issues with my vehicle. Usually I d think that I was being scammed but they were very cost efficient and informative they gave me insight on how to get manufacturer reimbursement as well. Will definitely use this place again.

Express oil on Cabela is amazing! Super fast and friendly service. Alex was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. Tristian and Tony were also very helpful and friendly. The best customer service here!

If you are a girl, this place is for you. They communicate clearly and they don t talk down to you. They are always sweet and ready to help in anyway they can! Tony managed to squeeze me in to get my tire patched even though they were busy and they got it done fast. Getting my oil changed is never a hassle either!

I have been coming here for years and I have to say I really appreciate the customer service and the quality of work done on my vehicle. Alex helped me the other day and explained everything very well, gave me pricing for future maintenance needs, and of course offering suggestions for things I knew my vehicle needed. He wasnt overly pushy or lying to get a sale and I greatly appreciate that. This place is a quick yet efficient solution for regular maintenance needs. 5 stars!

I always come here to get my oil changed. They are always quick and nice. They never try to aggressively have me do any extra services. Beau has handled it the last 4 times and everything has been great.

I come here all the time to get air in my tires and oil changes and everyone is super nice, quick and helpful. This time Alex was able to take care of my oil change and it was a very pleasant experience. I will always recommend coming here for car work!

Candace at 10 Minute Oil Change across from Augusta Costco was friendly and efficient. The oil change that includes fluid topping off was under 10 minutes and she provided verbal feedback throughout the process. She also gave our whippets milk bones which was a nice touch! I highly recommend Candace at 10 Minute Oil Change, and my husband and I will bring all our vehicles in the future.

Extremely disappointed with my service. They charged me to replace two batteries for my check engine light. $1200 later the engine light is still on and they told me it's fixed but I need to take it to the dealer to clear the code. How can you charge someone that much money and not fix the problem? I will be calling to talk to the manager this is Extremely ridiculous.Also I filled out my complaint still didn't hear anything back.

A few months ago, I came in with a popped tire, and I couldn't have gotten better service! They were super quick and accommodating, and took great care of me and my dog (even giving her some treats and letting her come inside)! Today I came in for a routine oil change, and Beau was friendly and helpful, getting the job done faster than anywhere I had ever been to, and I again couldn't get over how kind and accommodating everyone was!

I needed rear brake pads and rotors, my son in-law recommended this location. He had his personal and company truck serviced here. I m from New York so I didn t have a clue of where to go. Non the less Tony at EOC & Tire Engineers helped me. What a great guy. They inspected my car, advised me of what I needed and changed my rear brake pads and rotors. The parts are premium, the cost was reasonable and I m happy with the overall experience I received on a pre Christmas Saturday. I highly recommend Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers without reservations. Thanks Tony!!!!

Beyond frustrated and upset. Please be aware and read. When I dropped my vehicle off, the check engine light was NOT on. My vehicle was diagnosed by Dave. The only problems were the valve gasket cover and two front struts. I made an appointment on a Saturday morning for 8am hoping my vehicle would be completed the same day. I was told it would take 2 hours for the VGC and 2 hours for the front struts. I didn t hear anything by 1pm so I called. I was told it ll be another hour and a half because they re short of 2 people. Understandable. Called again at 3:45, I was told they ll try to have it done by 5 followed by more problems that came up with my vehicle so I needed to get a full tune up and fuel injector cleaned. I declined because there was only 2 problems with my vehicle and I have it on a print out. I asked if the VGC was at least completed and I would bring my vehicle back another day to finish the struts because I need it to commute my child to and from school and to commute to work. I made my payment of $1,300 and by the time I got to Express, turned my vehicle on, the check engine light was on and it started shaking after a minute. A manager and one mechanic (not Dave) came out to check it. The mechanic stated he made a mistake and apologized but still insisted on zip-tying a part that they snapped off. Very unprofessional! I asked if they will properly fix that and have my car done by Monday and the manager said yes. I called on Monday around 12pm to check in and was told they re trying to find a gasket cover around the area. I asked that they please update me. I never got a call before closing time. A total of what was supposed to be 4 hours is now going on 4 days. If people working on cars there don t know what they re doing, then don t let them work there! I just paid $1,300 and I feel robbed. I understand the price of labor but is there really a price when someone doesn t know what they re doing? I would have been more understanding if they told me the mechanic who knows how to change that, was out sick. I could have easily changed my appointment before they began working on my vehicle. I m not impressed.Edit: My vehicle is now making weird noises after getting it back. I was also lied to when told someone from the shop went to Columbia to pick up a new valve cover. They replaced the valve cover but with a used one from Aiken Auto Recycling. I don t think they were expecting me to ask for a copy of the receipt on the new part. Whoever owns this place needs to make some adjustments because this is unacceptable. If it happened to me, I m sure they re doing it to other women that go there too because they think they can take advantage of a lady. Be aware and choose wisely.

Tony and his Guys worked their hardest and recommended certain items not to upswell but for safety and their concerns as they couldn t let me go without helping get my vehicle back on the road! Great group of people who care for their customers.

This Express oil never disappoints! The staff are great. Today Beau took care of my car and I and he was absolutely amazing! He educated me and recommended I get a service done that is due for my car mileage while also taking care of my alignment. He was very polite, respectful, and professional! Highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment online and provided information about my vehicle during the process. I needed someone to add transmission fluid to my vehicle (a 2005 Toyota Sequoia) because it is a "sealed system". I received an email confirming my appointment minutes after scheduling and another email a few hours before my appointment time. I took time off of work and drove to my appointment only to have the technician that he wouldn't provide the service because my Toyota had more than 150,000 miles. If this is Express Oil's policy then they should screen for this when scheduling appointments instead of wasting my time.
