Came in to have a front end alignment the gentleman there got me on the ramps worked on my truck and got me going in no time I will definitely come back if I have any alignment issues. Truckers this is where you need to go.

Friendly folks, If they can't align the car, they can tell you what your vehicle needs (ball joints, whatever) then once they align it - you're good to go. Have had 2 vehicles aligned so far and very satisfied with the service!

Old school shop that gets the job done. Did an alignment on my semi truck. Call the day before to get an appointment. No walk ins for semi trucks. Did good work but they only take cash so be prepared for that.

Took my classic to get an alignment.No other alignment shop had the tools required to service my alignment.My buick has a lower body above the rear wheels. They handled this problem, and norw my buick rides like the classic I always wanted it too be

I received a wheel alignment from these guys yesterday and I m very pleased with their work and their customer service! While I was waiting on my vehicle, one of the owners saw me sitting in the sun and walked over and moved my chair to the side where the shade was. I thought that was very nice of him seeing that he didn t have to do it. Their prices are also the very lowest around because I called several places but so glad I chose them because they do a great job and it s always good to spend money with great people. You definitely won t go wrong with them but make sure you bring cash because that s all they take. But he did allow me to run to the ATM across the street!Service: Wheel alignment

They work on truck alignments all day. I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else now. I had a laser alignment say everything was good. Eubanks found toe and camber out. Had to install fitting to allow adjustment.

They did a great job, but they intentionally waited until they serviced my car before letting me know they only take cash. Instead of taking one hour from work I had to take two hours, as I had to drive around looking for a bank ATM. When asked why they did not inform me up front, I was told some people get mad. If they had told me up front I would have brought cash. Later on, I found that they do not require cash from everyone.

This is the best place for an alignment in all the greater Augusta area. These guys made sure my truck s alignment was spot on and made sure the steering wheel was centered. They had the capability to align my crew cab F350 with 8 foot bed.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Love old school craftsmanship. They can bend 1965-79 F series I beams for correct camber.

This place is pricey and above the average cost of any shop that does wheel balancing. That said, they are the best at it and exceptional service has its cost. I have gone to multiple shops only to have to take my vehicle to Eubanks to actually correct the work of unskilled technicians. If you need a wheel balance. Save yourself the time and the headache and use the pros.

It's not in the best part of town but Eubanks has very high quality service. The can also repair any issues they find. They will provide a computer printout for your before and after alignment.

50% not bad. They got my 93 Dodge Grand Caravan minivan perfect. On my 91 Toyota Corolla, they seemed to lack knowledge how to do it. They didn't align the rear, as required. They also over-torqued the front wheel lugs so badly, with a 6-foot cheater bar, it broke my little lug wrench trying to get them undone. When I took it back to them to explain that a lug I couldn't undo (e.g., take off), even with a replacement "star" wrench, didn't do me any good, they were offended, and didn't understand. These guys are nice enough, but no good on foreign cars. You basically should never torque any nut beyond factory spec. It just ain't that hard.....

Businesses have a right to provide services or not I'm cool with that as long as you just openly say that. The fellow gave two excuses instead of just saying I don't want to do the job on that vehicle.

I ve brought two vibrating motorhomes here and Eubanks made them smooth riding by shaving tires. Turns out tires aren t round from manufacturing but Eubanks makes them round. Highly recommend.

Said I needed parts/repairs I did not need before they could perform an alignment. I ended up simply needing tires...no parts or alignment required
