Enrique's Auto Services is Amazing...Car drives so much better, it's evident their Repair Quality is most satisfying & causing a stir in the community which is the reason why I showed up with my vehicle. I have no regrets, they are hands down my Auto Repair Shop Champion. Topped with kindness & respect for people. I appreciate all quality of care rendered. Great thanks... This shop doesn't value their time or your time. I was quoted $45 for diagnostic which I thought to be a little too cheap, but I was referred to them by a friend. I've concluded that the price was cheap only to be told by the receptionist a week later they don't charge for diagnostic. BEWARE! As a small business owner myself I would never not charge for my time, even if I'm only looking at the situation.If they don't valve their time to look at your vehicle or any equipment then what is their incentive to give you an honest and thorough report, which they also did not due. They didn't even take my name and number down. When Enrique is out, nobody has a clue what is going on and you can hear the shop commotion in the background while they talk to you over speaker phone. We took our car in on a Monday and were told the parts would be in on Saturday and to call back on the following Monday. The following Monday came around and we didn't hear back. I then called back on Tuesday and they said they couldn't find the parts locally. Tried to offer more money for shipping or even after-market parts. No luck. Then when I requested the part numbers because I find material for my business in the oddest places, but they couldn't tell me the part numbers because Enrique is sick! The price might be right, but the service is terrible!

He changed the part, I paid for the service the next day, and the same problem arose. He didn't fix the issue and didn't give me the money back because he said he installed the part and paid for it. It was him who made the mistake by buying and installing the part, not me. Bad experience. I agree when women say 'if you are a woman, always the shops can be ripped off to you.'

Needed a pair of fox coil overs installed on my 17 Tacoma. Enrique quoted me a reasonable price and was able to facilitate an appointment early the following day. Furthermore, dropped my truck off at 9am the next morning, 2hours later received a called from Enrique stating the installation of the coil overs were completed. Very satisfied customer! Will return for all my truck needs

Highly qualified, honest and reliable mecanic. This gentleman s kind is very rare!!! He has been my family s go to for car repairs since we knew him13 years ago. He has literally saved us thousands of dollars that dealerships were going to charge us for small repairs. Took my daughter's car here to get an estimate because Classic Collision wanted $1100 to fix it. Enrique looked at it, fixed it under 10 minutes for under $40. Love this place and honesty and professionalism shown by them. I am taking my car back in a few weeks to have some body work done. When you find a good mechanic, you just know. I definitely suggest this business and would recommend to all my peeps.

This is a family-run place that works above and beyond to make sure your car is in tip top shape. They are also extremely affordable; they won't try to scam you like everyone else does. I had to get new brakes and rotors, and all I did was show up to the shop, no appointment needed, and he took me in right away and was done in about an hour.

I called this place to have a stripped spark plug repaired, he told me to bring it in the next day, i took it in and less than 1 hour later it was done. He is very honest and he IS NOT a rip off like most auto mechanic shops in Evans.I will continue to take my work truck to him for all my auto service needs.I trust this guy fully.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Awesomely fast service, critical when you need your vehicle back ASAP. Already planned my next trip (AC Install). This is the only place I'm taking my Jeep. Enrique is my mechanic, Enrique should be your mechanic.

So far, this is the only Car service that did not rip me off. My car check engine light turned on after I had Miracle Nissan put in a new water pump. Enrique Auto Services fixed the problem and charged me $75. So. I needed a new engine. Enrique called me and gave me a price. Good price, $2000 cheaper than another company I won t name. I jumped on it. He said it d be ready 3 days later. Took about 5 days longer. Which, I wasn t happy. I didn t voice my frustration because you know honestly, I m not that kinda dude. I don t know if he felt bad or what, but he gave me $500 off the price he gave me and apologized. Hey, stuff happens. My car runs great now, he did awesome. I will use him again for sure. Affordable, quality service, as well as honest and very kind. Has done work for others I know too, and they love him.

This man (Enrique) knows his stuff about cars. A co-worker suggested me to him and I have been going to him ever since. He is now the only mechanic that I will allow to work on my vehicle! Tell him what you need done and he will fix it. My Jeep is running like the first day I got it! I called in advance to make sure that he was able to work on my power steering and that get could work with a warranty company. They said they could do both and asked me to bring it in two days later, which I did. After 4 days I called to check and see if they had been able to diagnose it, and was told to call back tomorrow. After another week of calling because he kept telling me to call back everyday he told me he was waiting on the warranty company to clear it but when I called them he hadn t talked to the warranty company at all yet.After 11 days there my car was essentially just sitting there so I went to pick it up. Didn t seem like a bad guy, just felt continually lied to and kept out of the loop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I fix most problems with my vehicle. My car was throwing a code that I didn't understand. Enrique read the code and told me what I needed to fix the problem. Said if that didn't work bring it back to him. He was quick, didn't even charge me. So he not about beating people out of money. I will be taking my vehicle back to him and I highly recommend him. Robbie's auto right up the street wanted to charge me 120 just to look at it.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Our car broke down on the way to Florida. We found Enrique's had great reviews and our experience confirmed all wonderful comments. Great quality work, trustworthy, reasonably priced, and work was done in a reasonable amount of time.

Finding a skillful mechanic is challenging. Finding a skillful mechanic who you can trust is rare. That's Enrique. I've been coming here for the last year and I've been consistently impressed. If you're looking for a ritzy spot with all of the fluff, this may not be the place for you. If you want affordable reliability, I'd 100% recommend it. I went to Enrique for body work to front bumper, hood, and front lights. I also needed a new radiator. He took a little longer than expected. However, he did great work and was very affordable. I was certainly satisfied and would use him again.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Highly recommend. Had an engine replaced in my old honda. Great price, had it ready in less than a week.... and everything was put together with care! Runs great! Friendly guy too!

Was advised to come to this shop by my cousin. My wife s car needed a cv axle,no shop would take it that day saying they were backed up. Enrique did the axle and oil change the same day. Now he services all of our vehicles!

Best place to go get your vehicle done at a reasonable price, they don't brah your head in with prices, and the work is better than most these shops around here that you have to return the car for things they should have already fixed. You don't have to worry at Enrique's if they give you your keys back best believe they fixed the problem you came there with.

I have been a customer of this shop for a couple years now and always recommend Enrique to friends when they need an honest opinion. I don't normally write reviews online but felt the need to after a friend nearly got scammed out of several hundred dollars from a different shop in the area. Bottom line is he knows what he's doing, won't try and upsell you on services you don't need, and he's an incredibly hard worker and will get your car ready to go fairly quickly.

While no other shops in Augusta was willing to install my fumoto oil drain valve during the oil change Enrique's auto services was more then happy to comply with my request. Even took in the oil I provided, I will certainly do service with them again and highly recommend this shop to anyone who has their own parts to install.
