Hit down power line late one night. Messed my hood and roof up. Also broke side mirror off. Appraisers were quick and decided to use Cushman. Very pleased with the repairs they did, Looks Great!! It even looks like they cleaned the inside. Great people to do business with!!

Years ago we had our bumper cover repainted. That work turned out ok. But then after someone hit our right fender while we where parked at Best Buy, we been having problems, after Cushman replaced the fender. The bumper cover on the right side started to hang down. Not much, but enough that you could see a gap under the right headlight. I went back twice to complain about it and have them fix it, and the supervisor back then try to convince me that every car, had a little gap where the bumper cover and the fender meet. Well my gap was not just a little gap. You could see it was hanging down under the headlight. It was like a v shape cap, and under the headlight a gap He wanted to charge me again, in order to fix it. I took it to a different place, and they told me, that my Bumper cover brackets needed replacing. I never went back to Cushman after that.

Cushman s is not the same business it used to be. From the woman greeting you at the front desk, to the quality of work, to working with insurance regarding work that should be done, to punctuality. It took three different trips to get the small amount of damage done to my front end to be fixed correctly. Not to mention the first time I went to pick it up, it was several days past due. It looked like it had been finger painted & still had scratches & damage to the headlight that had not been fixed. While Cushman s used to be my first choice 20 years ago, today I would never recommend.

We took our car at Cushman for a minor scratches. I carefully explained to the Cusman rep Christian that the payment would be self payment. He asked me why and I provided the details of the accident. The accident was being paid by my client of my cleaning business. I explained to Christian that the estimate was necessary to provide to my client and to take the necessary time. I was prvided an estimate for repair and passed on to my client for the repair cost. After every one agreed to the terms of the repair my client provided payment for the repairs. Two days before repair was completed I received a call from Cushman indicating how sorry they were to inform me that the repair cost had to be increased 50% to cover a previously undetectable dent. I was not inclined to pass this cost to my client due to the lack of professionalism displayed to me by Cushman. i would not recommend Cushman for any reason. Their lack of integrity and professionalism cost me money any time.

Due to an 18 wheelers tire exploding on the interstate, my bumper needed repair. I took it to Cushman's on Wrightsboro because their location is close to work for me. That worked out to be lucky for me because Christian took great care of me and my vehicle and made sure time was put in for the job to be done right.Allee at the front desk was also very kind and helpful during the process rounding up all the necessary parties.Overall this was as pleasant an experience as you could possibly have dealing with insurance companies, vehicle rental companies and a paint and body shop. They made it easy to get everything taken care of thru one place. Thanks again for the great work!

Low key, pretty upset. I had a claim with USAA, and was told to be at Wrightsboro location "after 2." Turns out the inspection "is unavailable after 2 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.Your office staff was kind enough. They apologized and we rescheduled........

They gave a fair quote, an accurate estimate of time it will take to repair and called enterprise rental service for you. They also are a drop off point for the rental! The workmanship of the repair was amazing. You can't even tell if there was damage

Did a hood paint job on my car. Job was fine, but car was a mess. My seats and console was so dirty,,they even managed to chip the paint off of the passengers door. This is not the Cushman's of old. I will not be taking my car there ever again. We were loyal customers for 10 years and this time the experience was awful!

Took my honda accord in for body work in 2017 had my car for over 3 weeks. When i finally got my car back the paint and body work was fine but the condition my car was in was very disappointing. There was dirt all over the outside of my car and ants inside my car. I guess they call theirselves washing my car but did a sorry job. Probably had my car parked under a tree or something. The total repair was over $6,000 billed to the insurance company and for that price my car should've been returned to me clean just the way it looked when I dropped it off. I didn't notice it till i took it home but didn't make a big deal since I was just happy to get my car back. Now I need my bumper fix but I won't be going to Cushman for any repairs.

Not overly impressed. My husband has dealt with Cushman since he s in GA at the moment for school. His truck suffered major hail damage in CO, but he had to leave in less than a week for GA (hence it being fixed there). They gave him an estimate of 26 weekdays for work to be completed.. Ok fair enough makes sense for the amount of damage. What s not ok is they did not communicate when issues arose (more damage than what the USAA adjuster put in the report) and blamed it on staffing issues (seems to be a trend for them). His truck was supposed to be fixed by August 10th. Not the case due to the issues that arose, according to them. My husband was finally able to pick his truck up today and NONE of the buttons on his steering wheel work and neither does the horn. All of which worked prior to his truck going in to be fixed. My husband did not have time for the truck to be delayed in the first place. He definitely does not have time to sit around and wait for these issues to be fixed. Save your time and go elsewhere!! That s what my husband is having to do now since he has to be back in CO.

Terrible service! Can't get the manager on the phone. Always out to lunch or out of town. They refuse to call back. They've had our vehicle for FOUR YEARS....seriously not joking. Because we are paying cash and not an insurance job, they've continue to give us the run around on picking up our vehicle. AVOID unless you want a headache.

Save yourself the headache and time and take your car elsewhere. Substandard job and inept customer service. Repaired done in June/July. Prior to picking up my car, the front grill and bumper were sticking out and not staying in place. I pointed these out to the mechanic. They allegedly fixed it. Soon as I left, the aforementioned areas came off again. I have been to their site twice, called numerous times. They told me they will order the parts. I can't seem to find someone who can tell me where the parts are. My last visit was on 6 OCT 17, I spoke with Paula R. Hain. Her excuses was well there have been changes in personnel. I requested for manager or owners information. The response was they weren't sure if they can release that information. I left my information. Still waiting for call back.

Very unprofessional. The adjusters don t know what their doing. I went to this place 6 years ago when I was 18 and they did a horrible job. Decided to give them a second chance because a old classmate of mine (Christian Rodriguez) was helping with the issue. I thought this would help me but I was wrong. Please do yourself a favor and don t go to this place. Go to Ricks paint and body or somewhere else. They made me pay 500 dollars for horrible work and not only that but their communication skills are horrible.

The front secretary is wonderful.Under my insurance I was taken care of here. Enterprise was available for the meantime. I left my rental there for pick up. That was convenient.

After hitting a deer, I had significant damage to the front of my vehicle, After looking at the vehicle (Geico Insurance) they gave me an estimate to complete the work. This dragged on as they forgot to order parts, they found other issues. After 2 weeks which should have taken 1, the qyuality was poor. I could not bring it back, I called Geico who refrerred me to Kedndrick's. Kendrick had to take everything back apart, since Cushman did not align the parts correctly. After 4 days all issues were resolved. Geico went after Cushman's for the added expresses.

Well it started of great until i picked my car up an noticed item's were stolen, contacted them and was told the manager would call me and nevever did? So i called USAA and now the manager thinks his employees didn't? He said he would do an in investigation? Would you admit? They are so sorry, I hope they take Cushmans of the list to steal from someone after USAA uses them, hope what you stole makes up for losing then is beneficial.

Very nice staff, the only issue is it took them 5 days longer than it should have and they damaged my hood a deep scratch which they covered and fixed themselves but it took a long time to finish that too. Over all they finished result is really good no complaints about the work.

Extremely Impressed by the customer service given at the Wrightsboro Road Cushmans! The body work and paint came out beautifully and everything matched. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends. This is the only body shop I will ever use!

Cushman did a great job on my car and it was done before the estimated time. I can not speak to the billing as the other parties insurance covered the repair.

I sat for 15 minutes while Paula(in the front office to the right) sat and purposely ignored me. So the other lady finally came up the the front desk(blonde headed with bad teeth) and she tried to help me by going into Paula s office speaking sign language with a slight nod no just to come back and tell me Paula said no.. lol duuuh I saw y all gesturing to one another. So the last step was the mixed boy and he automatically said no bc today is actually his Friday lol! Not to mention the older guy in the left office who acted deaf and didn t speak, sooooo unprofessional! Well thanks guys I ll be glad to let Kendrick s fix it.

This is so disappointing! I went in to get a bumper fixed on my 2018 Pathfinder now I m sitting on the side of the road with what seems to a transmission issue! Never again!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
