They did a FANTASTIC job with my 2018 Volkswagen Passat!!! I had front end damage from where someone backed into my car, they got me in at the earliest they could, and they got my vehicle done 2 days faster than originally planned! They maintained good communication about the process!! I will use them again in the future when needed!!!

I am very pleased with the service provided here. I found a hole in the roof of my truck, and called insurance. They told me when to drop it off at Classic Collision for repairs and provided me with a rental. The repair shop was quick. In less than two weeks they repaired and painted the damaged area. I was surprised at how it turned out considering it was aluminum and it was a hole rather than a dent. When I picked it up my truck had been washed and everything looked great. I can t recommend them enough for damaged body repair!

Unprofessional, rude, insensitive, and shows no empathy to their customers. Mr. Grant, general manager at the Gordon Hwy location is very short tempered and became hostile when I pointed out imperfection of work that was supposed to be performed. Not trustworthy and please take pictures before and after you drop off your vehicle. In addition to, sloppy, untrained, and inexperience workers. I notice this morning that some parts of my vehicle was not secured in place and is hanging out under my vehicle after the front driver side fender and clips was supposed to been replaced.

Do Not take your vehicle here!! These ppl lied directly to me for months. I was told it s in paint shop and will be ready 2 weeks for 4 months! Held my vehicle hostage for 6 months. They gave every excuse possible. They take on way more work than they can physically handle in their shop. Just look at the facility and notice the stack of cars NOT being worked on! Heard the same story from numerous other people that were waiting for their cars, as well! Zero integrity and no shame in telling bold face lies. DO NOT GO HERE! This applies to both locations in Augusta, ga!

I caution against bringing your car here. Their security practices contributed towards my vehicle being stolen because they left the keys in my car unsecured in OCT23. This is my experience.

I'd previously seen the commercial of Wright 1 and after a minor rear end collision decided to give this business a try. I was greeted at the door with a warm welcome. To my surprise there was minimal wait time. I saw a representative by the name of Maurice. He was very professional, attentive to detail, concerned about the care of my vehicle and a all around swell guy. He treated my vehicle as though it was his own and made me feel comfortable with the service that was being provided. I would definitely recommend Wright 1 and without hesitation use this business again. Thanks Mr. Maurice and the staff for a job well done...

They fixed my car and did a good job. They did the job in two and half weeks. Great staff and great service. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there.

A close friend of mines vehicle was towed in the middle of the night. He blew a tire but left it sitting in a turn lane. It was his fault so no hard feelings. Mr Wright was beyond helpful with the situation as well as his staff member. I can't remember his name but he just had a baby. Yall were all that and greatly appreciated!

Very professional and prompt! The staff greets you as you come in, they are very understanding and care about their customers. I would recommend this shop over anyone else! They did outstanding work on my car and I was so happy to meet them!

The experience was awesome from start to finish. Maurice talked to me and treated me like a family member. He remembered my name. I value great customer service. The work is exquisite! I am very pleased and I would greatly recommend them!! Thank you all again!!

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I have no complaints about the customer service everyone has always been very polite. However the quality of work is piss poor. I had a wreck 5 months and I have taken my car back to this business 4 times. The problem was NEVER fixed which resulted in me and my family being stranded on the side of the road with a broken axle due to negligent from this company. My car is now being totaled out by insurance company...Save yourself the time and headache

My experience haven't been great with wright one paint and body even though maurice try to accommodate my concerns and repairs on my vehicle after the work was done. I was disappointed in the color matching certain painted parts of the car that wright painted didn't match the original factory paint. I was told its because the rest of the paint was old, I have always kept my car detailed ( wax, polish) so I knew that the old paint was in good condition in the past I had the rear pumper painted without any problems with matching the paint with the entire car. Wright does good body work but I feel the painter couldn't blend the paint correctly after a month having wright trying to make correction and paint blend still not right, I just decided to take a lost. I did reach out to another paint shop just as I suspected the shop stated that the paint blend wasn't correct now I have to make a decision if I want this shop to make correction or have them to paint the hold entire car. I paid wright paint and body good money to repair my car. I feel that Wright needs a good paint blender and pay attention to details

I grew up in Augusta, GA. I'm a local native. I currently served in ARMED FORCES. I support businesses of my city. I expect courtesy, respectful and professional service when i decide to invest in a business. When handled with so much disrespect and disregard for hard-working individuals its a slap in my face. When my name is attached to any service I want the work to be right and the treatment of the individual to be superb. I will not accept sub par treatment when I have shown humility and respect for others at all times. On two in occasions in the past two months I felt Wright One Paint and Body didn't handle my patronage with the business as important and overall just showed a complete lack of attention to detail and professionalism. So after picking up my second vehicle to have been painted by the shop i had to return it the next day due more than a few errors. I felt so bad that I had to contact the owner through their facebook page so someone could me and help explain the errors. the owner recognized the mistake and promised to fix and deliver my car. Two days later my car was delivered and all the mistakes had been fixed. I am overall satisfied that the business corrected the mistakes however I would not recommend anyone to this location due to my experience. If you rather not deal with the frustrations of long wait times, lack of communication and partial work go ahead and spend that extra money with the real paint pros in Augusta Georgia. Kendricks, Ricks and Cushmans. Please

I was in an accident and was referred to The Wright One. I was told my vehicle would be returned on a certain date. I didn t get it back until that Monday, which was no big deal. But in receiving my vehicle I noticed it was full of ants. I have vacuumed and sprayed my vehicle and they are still in it. The window is scrubbing on the repaired door as well. I do appreciate the way they worked with my insurance company but the quality of work and the ant problem is not acceptable at all.

These guys are scam artists! They charged me twice for towing one vehicle and wouldn't release my vehicle to my insurance company causing additional storage fees to add up. 895.00 for towing a car is just ridiculous. Don't let these people get over on you because they will try any way they can. Wright one paint and body you guys disgust me!

Exceeded my expectations in every way. The price was several hundred less than all other estimates I received. The work is excellent, and the time to completion was exactly as promised. Well done, highly recommend.

MY CAR WAS IN AN ACCIDENT I WAS ABLE TO GET WRIGHT ONE TO COME TOW MY VEHICLE TO THEIR LOCATION. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I GAVE THEM MY INSURANCE INFORMATION AND THE REST WAS HANDLED. MY CAR WAS FIXED FAST AND THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB ! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AND I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

My overall experience was good. Was a little stressful at times but overall a good experience. Mr Wright took care of some aspects of getting my car back to me personally.

I took my vehicle to them for body repairs, they took longer than 45 days!!! No calls to let me know anything about my vehicle, I was constantly calling them! My vehicle was there from the end of Nov until the middle of Jan. If you don't mind paying the extended time for car rental then you should definitely take your car to them.

well I went to wright one because it was local.i was very unhappy with their work.The owner will tell you one thing and do another.The job they done was very poor at the least.After I went back the second time I was told by the owner himself that everything would be addressed.For a man who claims to be a man of god his word does not mean anything.my truck looks like a blind man painted it.Im not a car painter but I have painted two in my life in a garage that looked better.if you need your car painted go to econo you will get about the same kind of job but for a lot less.If I could give them zero stars I would but it will not let you post without giving one star.
