Had a kayak shatter my back window on Sunday. Called first thing Monday morning and they said they could get me in the same day. No one else competes with their prices. Dropped my truck off at 10am and it was ready by 4pm. Highly recommend they do good and fast quality work. Very friendly too

Had a small crack repaired on my windshield. Excellent work. Almost invisible. $75. Safelite wanted $170 minimum. I have used CW several times over the years and have been satified every time.

Super honest folks. My mom was having an issue with her window motor and it turned out to be something super simple. They could have charged us for a new motor and we'd never known the difference. I've been using these folks for a long time. Highly respectable local business.

Made an appointment. They ordered the glass and then when we show up for the appointment they have no glass and say they re not able to get it. Not very professional.

Had a growing crack on my windshield. Called a bigger-name vendor and they were going to charge $1200 (with $500 charge for me for insurance deductible). Charlie got me in first thing in the morning and had the job done in around 40 minutes. The price? I didn't pay my whole deductible! Something happened to the rear most driver side window of our JX35 (QX60). After getting the runaround from the Infiniti Dealer Service Department for three days, Charlie and his team had the window done overnight. I can't imagine they had this unique window on hand, but it looks like a factory replacement and at a perfectly reasonable cost. All along the way, Charlie was very responsive to phone calls and a general pleasure to talk to. We have only had the car back for a couple days and can't speak to the longevity of the replacement, but rest assured if it doesn't hold up, I will update the review.

Outstanding service by Joyce, Gerald and the team. I could have saved $100 with a 10% discount from Safelite but I chose to use Charlie Williams Auto Glass because of the excellent customer service I received during the 'decision making process.' Gerald knows his profession well and I will recommend anyone who needs any window repair or replacement work done to go here. Put New windshield in but old molding and water leaked through out my dash damaging my screen. Went to pay to fix problem and was told it was right, and he had been doing glass repairs for years. Driving down 520 from. Charleston to Atlanta my driver s side window popped and shattered. I was traveling with my children and not from the area, they were quick to help, found a replacement glass that evening and had it installed the next morning, letting us leave our car in their shop overnight so it didn t get wet. They were kind enough to pick us up from the hotel when the car was ready. I am always happy to support a local family-run business, but even happier when that family goes out of their way to help and to make sure you are taken care of. Every other business we called told us that we would have to wait until the next week, they showed us compassion, understood our need and took care of us right away. I went in person 5 days ago to get a price to replace my front windshield . They lady at the front desk took my phone number down and said she would call me in 30 minutes with a price . She called 3 hours later to ask more information and said she would callback shortly with a price . Never received a call back. It s unfortunate because I really prefer to support small local businesses . Maybe they are too busy or just not very organized . I will need to go elsewhere . I will not give a 1 star because I did not purchase anything from them but hope this improves their service .

My friend took her car there to have windshield repaired.While one of the EMPLOYEES was driving it, he was involved in an accident ON THE SHOP PROPERTY with another vehicle and the shop is REFUSING to fix her damages. So she has to pay for her own rental and her $1000 insurance deductable.
