I bought an alternator for $108 around 430 on Friday and a black gentleman marked it with a blue marker when I installed it my car it didn't work. So I bought a new one from O'Reilly's and when I tried to return it they said that it wasn't their marker color. So I am out of $108. Please go somewhere else because times are to hard

First off all we are God fearing people and we are disabled as my husband started he bought an alternate from chancy the black man which is no gentleman mark the alternate knowing he gave us a bad one so the last bit of our medication money because our disability do not cover all of our medication so he had no choice to go to o Riley and bought one for $280.00 that left us in a bug hole so now here he goes to take back the bad alternate to chancy he lied straight in my husband face and said it did not match there marking with the receipt how disgusting that this company has someone to represent this low down company but when you do diety and you pray alot and give it to God the universe is not sleep he will get back twice the headache and stress this company has done to poor people who only income is monthly so keep doing diety to hard working people and the disabled your time on this earth will be full of illnesses this is so inhumane

Make sure you buy the exact part you need or youll be stuck with an $81 mistake like i am, after just buying the wrong part yesterday, rude people and they have no kinda return policy , thats because vhanceys is bull. They list our business and thats a lot of business, im letting everyone know they wont work with you

December of 2021 my jeep was towed to Chancey's. They allowed someone to go in my jeep to get something that didn't belong to them without my permission. I didn't make a big deal about it but now I'm wishing I should have. Because my husband was pulled over driving a buddy's car he had for the weekend and because I'm not the registered owner they won't allow me to get my son's bookbag or my daughter's stuffed animal. That's all I wanted and the white lady was very rude and wouldn't let me speak to the manager. My son had to go to school today without his bookbag. Seems like a lot of unnecessary steps and could avoid getting my lawyer involved and the school involved, if I have to repurchase everything that was in that bookbag my lawyer will see Chancey's reimburses everything
