C&C Automotive is hands down the best above the rest. Customers receive service on their vehicles with top notch and talented individuals who are knowledgeable and capable of putting your car, not only back on the road, but guaranteed to operate with full functionality. They have never disappointed me. Any and every time I have used their services I'm beyond satisfied. Just had an oil change done here and I was in and out in 30 minutes! Their waiting room is very comfortable and they have a nice fish tank in their shop too. Employees here are very kind as well! Definitely recommend stopping here if you are looking for a place to take your car.I came here a second time recently - and while the oil change was quick and good like last time - they were painting the interior! Wish I had gotten an email letting me know they were doing that prior to my appointment so I could have rescheduled and didn t have to sit in the waiting room smelling paint!

In regards to the work they did. It was good and quick but very expensive. I ended up paying $2700+ for repairs (Catalytic Converter, Radiator replacement, Transmission fluid change(I don't believe they changed the filter)) and they couldn't compensate me for a $12 phone holder that they broke when asked. Nate stated that the work that was done was outside and Tech's phones aren't allowed in the car. My phone holder was on one of the air vents and It was discussed that they would be doing test drives.

Welp booked an appointment today for one of the advertised times on their website. Drove all the way there to be told they wouldn't be able to squeeze me in until next week. I said even though I booked an apt on your website for this time. The guy at the front responded well you booked the apt an hour ago, you can book it on the website but that doesn't mean we have availability..he looked at me as if I should know they falsely advertise times on their website they can't accommodate........ silly me! A simple phone call before driving down there to tell me this would have been nice. Thank God I was able to be serviced else.

Wow I was really impressed with the service at this C&C. I was far away from home with my cargo van. After calling so many places to try and get my cargo van fixed and every shop giving me 3 days and plus for an appointment, Mr Gabe Lane got me running in no time.I even got a text from John Ryan a few days later to make sure my cargo van was running without any issues.

Took my car to C AND C for a synthetic oil change.. Found out later that most of the fasteners holding my plastic belly pans had not been installed and the pans were dragging the ground.. Also found there was confusion as to whether they actually used synthetic oil. Talked to owner JR and he scheduled my car to replace all missing clips and redo my oil change with full synthetic oil. Service writer was extemely rude and another service writer stepped in to make my car right. My mechanic Jerry did a great job securing all the belly pans and changing my oil. JR was great and paid the full price for the oil change. It really counts when a business admits their mistake and makes thing right I would reommend C and C. Now as far as the older service writer he thinks he can bully customers and get away with it. For me that does not stand and I was not phased by his immaturity, He said I should have known the oil l was not fulll synthetic based on the price. The price was exact same my Nissan dealer charges for a full synthetic oil change. JR verified the oil was synthetic but to eliminate any doublt, he paid for a full synthetic oil change and I was a happy camper. Thanks to everyone who helped me and the service writer that defused the situation (sorry I don't remember his name but he just bought a new Mazda CX-y - congrats!)Service: General repairs & maintenance

Martinez Location on Washington Road.Great work and outstanding friendly customer service. Took my Jeep in and received an online quote the same day. Clicked Accept and my the work was completed a day later. Then received a follow-up call the next week to make sure all was good. Went to the one on Wrightsboro Rd.As always, they did an awesome job! Car runs like new. Customer service is great!!I left my car overnight (the business is within walking distance of my house) because it started raining close to the end of their day and I couldn't walk back. I didn't get their voicemail asking me to come pick it up until the next day either because my phone is dumb. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed the sign that said "Overnight stays are subject to a fee." Well, they did not charge me the fee, when they should've! (anyone else would've) So I plan on paying it! But anyway, they're great!Service: Auto maintenance

I had a very good experience with the automotive technicians at C&C. They did an install of a lighting harness for my trailer. I love how honest and professional C&C was with me and my situation. I had an issue with my rear passenger tire making a grinding noise. I went to the Ford dealership and they said I need a new rear Differential for $4,000. I asked many questions and all they kept saying was 4k.. I called C&C, they seen me the same day. I told C&C my issue, they instantly knew what my issue was and advised me that my rear differential needed friction modifier, they flushed my system and replaced the fluids with the correct type. During this process I received text message notifications updating me on their every step. 1 month later and no noise. They didn't try to rip me off, instead they saved me 3,700. Since then I have been referring everyone to them and they are the only mechanics that will get my business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am retired and was visiting family in the Augusta area for 2 weeks, and my 2018 GMC Yukon Denali broke down on a country road in SC on Thursday, 20 Jul. We were able to get it towed to C&C Automotive, which my son recommended; he is an Army officer and lives in Grovetown. I needed to begin driving home to San Antonio TX early Saturday morning, 22 Jul. The team at C&C got to work on my vehicle early Friday morning, and my car was repaired and returned to me late that afternoon! That kind of response time is unheard of today, and I am so grateful for their efforts! Thank you, C&C!! T J Tiemann

I have used this business twice and both times I received EXCELLENT customer service from Nate! He was very patient he listened to my concerns about my vehicle and made sure that I received all of the services that were needed. I don t know anything at all about cars I was thinking that I needed a certain service (which was expensive) and the whole time it was something else (which was way lower). The fact that they were honest about this means everything to me. They will forever have my business. My son recommended C&C Automotive when I moved to the area last year. Since then, C&C has done an oil change for me and then just last week, some diagnostics, repairs, and a tuneup. They re a busy shop, but I can see why. They re very thorough, do high quality work, and provide detailed information about what s needed, including priorities and ways to save. My car has 125,000 miles on it and my goal is to keep it running as long as possible, maybe another 125,000 miles! Finding C&C was an important step towards achieving that goal.

After the bad customer service at Miracle Mile Nissan and them want me to call them(a little backwards) when I had my appointment with them great customer service. Worked excellent with warranty company and they were displeased with Nissan but C &C had no troubles. They had notes on what was needed from fiasco from dealer so as soon as parts came in got 3 things that needed repaired, audio, drive belt and leak on fr passenger wheel done by 3 o'clock. What a pleasant surprise. Now my car is back to being oh so pleasant and can use navigation without life's blood needed to pay for it. Back up their work also.

These guys took care of me. I recommend and will come back. Had an engine problem which 100% appeared to be a blown head gasket. These guys obviously take pride in their work because they actually repaired the issue (bad fuel injector). Even if it was a blown head gasket, everyone came off as honest and operating in good faith. Good attitude and team. The guy was as polite as he could be, but did not fight for me in any way. My car was there for a week as initially dropped off for missing an alternator belt and then I was called to be informed that my front windows no longer worked. Friday, (the day after I dropped off the car) I called for a status update and was informed everyone had an emergency and was gone for the day. A call prior to me call would have been helpful, especially since they are closed on weekends. Monday morning I recieved the update that a switch will cost me nearly $700 to fix the windows. He said he looked for something cheaper, but no luck. So, one week later I went from a $200 invoice to nearly $1000 out the door. Now after all that my passenger window is automatic and the driver side window is not. I would not recommend this facility.

My husband has used C&C to service his 2007 GMC Yukon a few times so it was only right to let them fix our daughter s Chevrolet Equinox when we knew the transmission was going out. They ordered a new one and had it installed and back on the road in less than a week. They even tow your car to the garage. The guys are helpful and nice. They will definitely get our business.Service: Transmission

My experience with C&C was nothing short of amazing. David was a tremendous help with getting my car fixed. Ford had previously quoted me with a 3000 fix and Andy the tech was able to fix my car with a 300 dollar bill. I am grateful for the help and professionalism given. I will definitely be returning with for any maintenance on any of my vehicles. I highly recommend!!!

This company is more focused on driving revenue than providing honest customer service. When I took my vehicle in for a brake job, they told me that they would have to replace the rotors or they would not take responsibility for their work. I knew the brakes were not bad enough to warrant rotor replacement so I took my car somewhere else. The other company replaced the pads and showed me that the rotors were fine. I have had no problems with the brake system since. Establishments like this give mechanics a bad reputation. BUYER BEWARE!

Love these guys. I've taken my truck there for a few things (it's paid for so it's about time for bigger maintenance/repairs). They have always be friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. My first time there I brought previous quotes from other places and they were right on point and when it came time to check out they were actually able to do it for the less than the quoted amount. I will definitely return for more maintenance and always suggest them to everyone!

Update: I've had two very different experiences now. First one was a five star for a water pump on a Ford. Quick, professional work. Second experience was a one star with a Suzuki. Shop had car for several months and did thousands of dollars in diagnostics and work. Engine blew about 100 miles later. They charged me for the tow and then another diagnostic to tell me I needed to replace the engine.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Air conditioning, Battery

Wouldn't trust my car going any where else! Trust their diagnostic skills and technicians completely with my car! Best experience every time my car is there! Very accurate with pricing when calling and dropping my car off! Haven't ever had a change in price when picking my car up!!! Would highly recommended to anyone!
