I can't say enough about this company and Jeff for taking care of me. He was so kind, reassuring and made me feel so comfortable. I had a flat at night and no one to change my tire. He had me back on the road within the hour of me calling and on a Friday night. I will definitely keep their number anytime I'm in a bind they will be my first call! Thanks Jeff!!! Sandra Whitaker

Was traveling from Columbia, SC to Southeastern GA and stopped in Augusta. Without warning my car would not start or even jump off. My battery was completely shot. Called Bennie's and they came out within the time promised and got me back going. Jeff provided excellent service and saved the day! 5/5 stars Highly recommend

First ever Google review for anything. I was left stranded with my wife on the side of the road until the manager himself showed up on time. As, he was putting on the tire he was very thorough through the whole process and provided Excellent customer service which is extremely hard to find now a days. Thank you again A+!

Jeff was absolutely fantastic l, he communicated very well and was an absolute blast to have fix my tire. He was very fast and efficient and seems to be an incredibly hard worker

Both my vehicles were a no start for days; one would just power down while driving on the hwy and I couldn't get to the grocery store nor the bank was just stuck on the shoulder of the road which left me depressed & discouraged. I reached out to Jeff and he came out in a reasonable amount of time and got under the hoods and said he will fix the problem so that both vehicles will drive well. And now they are driving wonderfully, problem free.Thanks Jeff. You provided stellar service & I appreciate it.

Terrible! Would not call them again. They placed the wrong sized tire on my dumptruck which ended up costing about $6k in damages. The "owner" was never available to speak with me or even reimburse a fraction($500) of what was paid. One day the story was his mother passed, the next time was he was in the hospital, after that the owner just didn't show. Personally i feel the "owner" was the person I was speaking to the entire time. Mind you I paid slightly more than $900 to have them come out and only asking for $500 back to be done.Also, I even asked for the recording, because I gave the benefit of the doubt thinking " maybe I did make a mistake and ordered the wrong tire, l". To my surprise, they couldn't find the recording (big surprise right). Had they found the recording, and showed me that I ordered that size tire, I would've been okay with it and left it at that.I'm no mechanic, but does that tire on the picture look right?

Jeff and Michael came out to patch up a flat due to a screw, and they did a fantastic job. Excellent service, very communicative, reasonable price (130 for them to come out to you and fix it, cheaper if you can make it to the store), and friendly. 10/10 would recommend

I would give 10 stars if I could. These Guys are extremely professional and prompt with providing roadside assistance. Chris was absolutely AMAZING and polite. Took great care of us on 2 occasions. Much respect to James as well for handling the calls and providing a solution for my situation. Great job guys

Had an issue with a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon. Couldn t get the tire off because we didn t have the correct lug nut key, and Chris was able to help! He was so honest and kind, even talking us through what he was doing the entire process. James called back about ten minutes after we finished up and confirmed that we were set and the service was good. All around a great experience and we are grateful for people and companies like this!

Back in December my truck broke down in Augusta Georgia I cooled this place bein Spanish. They told me that they could handle the repair on my truck on 420. I had gotten sick and I couldn't get the truck out in time. The truck stood there for a longderful. Without myself calling them or the company along them. They were to perform a list of repairs on the truck when I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Mr. James OK he had said to me. That all the repairs would be done but I needed to send the money. It's prior picking up the truck when I went to pick up the truck. I would call this gentleman and ask for the location when I flew into Augusta from New Jersey. And they would. Not? Disclose the location of the truck? At that time I called the insurance. I was under the impression that the truck was physically at a mechanic shop the truck was in someone's back yard and all the repairs that they said where repaired weren't done theorized a wire from my license plate to find power and rig my lights the air compressor was installed incorrectly had air leaks still in other words they had mechanics with no certification working on this truck they charged me 7000.00 dollars and the truck basically was the same they are a bunch of SCAMMERS CONSUMER BEWARE . I tried to resolve the issue with a gentleman named Chris had no luck . They took my money blatenly knowing they had no skilled personnel to repair this vehicle. I also looked uptheir business and they are operating with a company that has been dissolved for years. They have no license to operate. I'm filling a lawsuit against the person that is listed on the paperwork from the treasure of GA. Also reporting them to the trade commission of GA. The IRS to investigate if they are actually on business and also have the Sheriff office serve them with a judgment and civil lawsuit. Please research a company before doing business with them.Robert

my Tesla Model S was stuck in the parking Deck at MCG on the 3rd floor. my insurance company called at least five other companies and none of them could do it! these guys walked the deck and made a plan! Benny's came through. they are my go to people now.

Outstanding service. I called by phone on Sunday afternoon. The dispatcher gave me an estimated quote for both service at their business location and service on-site at my vehicle location. I drove to the business location, arrived, and was promptly and professionally greeted. A younger man initial helped me, who was quickly supported by a more experienced worker. Within 10 minutes, they had fixed (plugged) my tire and had me on my way. I couldn't be more pleased. (This was a great experience, especially after calling at least four other "name brand" tire shops in the area who all said they couldn't squeeze me in today.) Bennie's Mobile Tire & Roadside Service saved me both time and money. I will return for any tire repair needs in the future.

Prompt response to a flat tire. Mechanic showed up within 25 minutes of calling. Plugged tire hole in 5 minutes. All this at 8 am on a Sunday Morning.

I had a nail in my tire and Bennie's came to my rescue. Their work is fast, accurate, and comes with a warranty. I will definitely be a repeat customer because they offer and provide services the big chains do not. I am thankful for the excellent service!!

I purchased two used tires today from Bennie's. Other than having to wait a little while for the worker to get there my overall experience was very good. Once he got there, he took his time to find the best used tires that they had, which by the way had a lot of threading left on them. They were only $50 per tire and $10 to dispose of the old ones. Even after I left I received a courtesy call from James to make sure that I was satisfied with my service. Also, they tires has a warranty on them. So like I said, my overall experience was great!!

Absolutely heads above the rest. Came to my location in the time frame given, completed the work in a professional and timely manner. Cannot recommend the use of Bennie's any higher

We had the nicest guy, Mike, come out to help us with our flat tire on a bus. He was able to blast the tire and do everything it took to help us. It wasn t an easy job but he kept on until he got it right. Came out quickly. Very humble. Even friendly to my kids, showing them what he was doing. Such a blessing to our family! I would recommend anyone calling these guys if you need help with a flat tire, no matter the size of your vehicle.

Chris was friendly and efficient and had helpful recommendations. He was able to get my tired patched instead of just putting my spare put on and I still made it to work on time. Plus there is a 90-day warranty on the plug-- couldn't have worked out better (unless I just never had the flat in the first place). Would definitely recommend to anyone in a bind. (Thanks, Chris!)

Overall a professional and transparent company. Excellent communication with multiple calls to update on timing and to confirm tire size and total price. Within about an hour of calling I was on my way with a new tire, at the quoted price. Very happy with Bennie's!

My experience with them was nothing short of Amazing. I New Year s Day I had a flat tire on my motorhome and I needed to get the motorhome to Florida. From the first contact with them they are very easy to work with and very pleasant. They had to drive to another town in Georgia to get my tire and the gentleman that I talk to you on the phone multiple times kept me up-to-date on the time that the people would be there to change my tire he even called me once while I was waiting just to give me an update on when the gentleman would arrive with my tire and he even called me the next day to make sure everything was going fine with my drive to Florida. I could write a very long review but everything I had right and all my whole experience with them was nothing short of amazing. I would recommend them to anyoneI hope they get to read this review and I won again tell them thank you soBill

Saturday night, hot, dark - they came through. 4 new tires for a horse trailer, back on the road in 3 hours. Bennie's guys were awesome. They travel up to 100 miles from Agusta, call them first.

Wow what great people that work here in just over an hour from my first call my tire was fixed and I was ready to go. madza left me high and dry so much for their roadside assistance. thank you for saving me and I hope you have a wonderful day. Great gentlemen that work here from the dispatch to the repair person.

We arrived in Augusta around 7pm on a Monday. Most tire places were closed. We were referred by the manager of a restaurant and these guys were amazing!! They came and met us at the restaurant around 8pm and patched the tire. They were so kind and efficient. Can t tell you how much they saved the day!!! Thank you!

Man I m so thankful for these guys. I spoke with James the dispatcher and told him my situation about being stranded on the middle of the interstate and he told me he would help me out. James sent one of their guys out Mike and he was awesome. I m now back on the road and get home safely. I would recommend these guys any day. By the way I called them at 10:30 pm and I m back on the road at 11:22 pm!!
