I arrived at first dark for a battery check because I had to jump-off three times prior. Russ F. checked my battery, provided intel and reassurance. He was very courteous, responsive to my inquiries, and informative about my concerns. His professionalism and and positive, patient demeanor, and witty sense humor turned my stressful moment into stress-free evening. Russ is definitely a modeled employee, and is deserving of some recognition. Thanks for your service, Russ (Army Vet)! He and his counterpart appear to enjoy the work they do. Customer service at its best!

Jayden was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. While I was changing my taillight in the parking lot without asking he went ahead and found the new one for me. 10/10 customer service skills and is a hard worker.

Mr. Brett Johnson cross referenced a search for me and found the correct tee fitting in stock that fit perfectly on my 2018 Colorado.Thank you, Brett for taking your time to get me back on the road without worry. Note I have been to this location a few times before and no sales rep has ever been more willing to go above and beyond like him.Brett is a model for the rest in automotive sales, customer service and knowledge. He is patient, kind and he will not let you down. I highly recommend you ask for him, especially for those speciality requests, where it takes some patience and knowledge to get you what you need.

One of my headlights went out so I just went to pick up a pack. They are so simple and easy to install. While I was there I noticed this cute phone holder that I purchased for my car as well. The store was not crowded and masks were worn. I always have a great experience at this AutoZone location.

Mr. Ken did a fantastic job checking, cleaning, and replacing my dead battery. He did so while making goofy dad jokes, which I found pretty funny. Will definitely be back. Customer service is not dead..a company just has to hire the right people. Mr. Ken s the man!

Max Holt was awesome. I had an issue with my battery and he was such a godsend. He tested my battery, let me know it was not good, informed me on what battery was needed, and then installed. He was very pleasant as well. It is hard to get good customer these days, but Max proved it still does exsit. Thanks Max for making sure I had a positive experience shopping at AutoZone.

Max absolutely should get employee of the year bc he immediately sprung into action when he noticed this damsel in distress this young man did everything possible to assist me in getting home. Some ppl go over and beyond for their customers others give discretionary efforts!!!

Huge thanks to Josh B for being willing to help me and not complaining since I arrived five minutes to close. Travis was incredibly helpful. We were getting a new battery and didn't realize our battery terminal cable had corroded. That man was out there trying to get it opened in the heat for probably 45 minutes!! So thankful for this persistence and great attitude!!

My battery died, I m from out of town.. takes with someone who said they use auto zone, I called, Travis said he had the battery and will put it in quickly..Teniqua helped with checking me out.. both were very knowledgeable, polite, and extremely helpful..

Great prices on parts, tools and automotive supplies. The store is setup perfectly which helps in finding what you need very quickly . And they have fast friendly delivery . Open Sundays.

These guys are on top of their game. Helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time and effort to carefully examine an item that I believed needed to be replaced, explaining that replacement was premature which relieved me of unnecessary hassle and prevented me from incurring undue expense. Another excellent example of why I have been and will remain a loyal AutoZone customer.

Travis B. was absolutely amazing and helpful yesterday! I went to AutoZone just to get my battery tested but I mentioned quite a few other problems that I had and he was able to either fix the problems or provide suggestions. Travis was very patient with all of my questions and saved me a trip to the dealership. He fixed a problem that I have had with my power seat for nearly 2 years in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend this location and more specially Travis, if you need any assistance with your vehicle.
