The store manager Aceie B. Went above and beyond to help me find accessories for my car and made excellent recommendations. He gave excellent tips lemme know what products were on sale and exclusive for my car specifications. I enjoyed the hands on experience.

Awesome experience with the store manager AC. I have absolutely no vehicle knowledge and my headlight went out. He wasn t condescending for my lack of knowledge and replaced it for me. Even instructed me on how to!

The one to assist me in my needs was none other than Ray J. They were very sweet and thoughtful. I am trying to reinstall my alternator, but the threads on the mounting bolt seemed to be stripped out. Ray J. took the time to thoroughly clean off both the mounting bolt AND the nut to go along with it. On top of that, they then screwed my bolt into the Metric Board to help me find the size of the mounting bolt, need I replace it. I had a wonderful experience and I am very grateful. <3

I luv Auto Zone compared to any other auto parts store. They are very helpful and the prices are unbeatable! I always swipe my card and get free money. Enough for a free oil change. Sometimes they may have to order what you need but they normally have it the next day. Can't beat this!!!

I stopped here on 11/1/22 early morning. I don't know the gentleman's name that waited on me, but he had my battery tested, a new one purchased, and he installed the new one in less than 30 min(and we had to wait for my battery to cool down). He was very professional, so nice and so much help. Thank you so much for getting me back on my way as soon as possible. 10 stars!!!!

I was immediately greeted upon entering. And was asked did I need help. The young man checked my battery. I needed a new one. He gave me options, pricing and warranties. He installed my battery and told me I could stay inside out the heat. Just great service by both associates. I will return to this location in the future.

Id like to thank the CSR at Auto Zone, Mr. Hilton for his excellent customer service today. As soon as I came in the store, I was greeted and asked if I needed help. The gentleman got my part and installed it, with me walking out the door in a matter of 5 minutes! Thank your sir for the good service!

I stood in the check out line for 8+ mins. I ended up leaving my items on the counter and went across the street to O'Reilly's where it took less than 1 minute to check out.

I travel 20 minutes,past two Other AutoZone stores to come to this one, because I know Rachel and her Staff are going to do what it takes when I walk through the door. They don't just sell what you ask for and end it. They make suggestions. Rachel Surprisingly is not a backroom Manager ( like Deans Bridge - very rude staff- and Millidgeville Road ) She is actually on the floor greeting and helping( it doesn't hurt she's drop Dead Gorgeous ). Staff product knowledge is better than I've seen at most places. Which makes this store my First Choice. I will continue to travel the 20 minutes for this kind of service

It's aways been a fair priced place but I asked them to put my vehicle on their diagnostic machine and they did but I bought the part they said would fix my cars problem just to find out that wasn't the problem after all. I have them 3 Stars because of past experience with them and the fact that after I got my vehicle fixed with the right parts I bought the part they sold me back and they gave me my money back. It could have been a $60.00 mistake if they hadn't taken it back.

Had the bulb I needed, but after buying it they didn't even have basic tools for loan. Takes a 10mm socket to replace my bulb. I was 2 hours from home... What good is having the bulb in my passenger seat? I guess if I got pulled over I could show the office and explain, but driving home sucked without good lights. My car has poor lighting even with the expensive lights I purchase so having only 1 headlight sucks bad...

Workers were very helpful. I had to wait on my part only 1 day but when it came it was faulty. I had to drive to another store or wait another day, not the workers fault.

Great auto parts store for a quick part grab, but even better if you order online as you will get a substantial discount, then just pick up the part you ordered in the store. They also have the option of getting your part shipped to your residence in just a few days.

Discovered my turn signal bulb was out.... went to Auto Zone. Not only did Hector and Trisha get me back to safety... Trisha install and greased the bulb. I come here because they have NO problem helping you out.

Staff was rude and completely unwilling to do anything more then answer the most basic of yes and no questions. I've never had this type of service at any of the other area Autozones. It is worth driving to different stores then dealing with service here.

I'll keep this one brief: don't let the construction deter you from visiting this location. This is a great place to get a battery installed, just do not purchase an overpriced soda no matter how hot it may be.

I needed to replace a battery terminal clamp. The Autozone employee, Clinton, was extremely helpful and showed me how to replace it. He was knowledgeable and very friendly.

I mean it's an auto zone. Nothing special. The only thing that stood out was the price. It was so da*n high. So I bought the same impact drive bits at the one on dean's bridge and saved $7. Two stores same parent, company, same city different prices.
