Craig and his staff always do a great job at a fair price. We are an older couple so Chris walks us through everything that is needed. They always fix it quick too! We have been a satisfied customer for over 15yrs! Thank ya'll! Its nice to rely on someone who you can trust!

Super grateful for the guys who work in this shop. I ve been going to them for at least 3 years any time my car has mechanical issues. They always work quickly and very good rates for the repairs. I highly recommend these guys!!

I had issues with my suv and I presented some paperwork work on what s going on with my vehicle basically saying a part needed to be replace. After some work was supposedly done on my suv the engine light came back on and I had the same issue the part was never replaced. Nothing was done for my vehicle and the brakes on my vehicle was put on to low

Have been here on more than one occasion for assistance with tire repair. Each time, they have jumped right on my issue, had the tire repaired and had me out the door in 10-15 minutes for a very reasonable price. Very friendly staff who doesn t subscribe to the I m sorry but you need to make an appointment or You are gonna have to leave the vehicle with me for an entire day to fix a tire that almost all other auto shops do even for minor issues.

I ve been taking my cars to Craig s for years! He has the best team available! They always get my repairs done quickly and with a fair price. If I ever have questions they answer them thoroughly and make sure I am confident in the safety of my ride before I leave!

I highly recommend Craig s automotive. They are always honest, fair, and affordable. The employees are polite and work hard to satisfy their customers. I also appreciate that they call with an estimate before doing any repairs so that the customer is well informed and able to make the right decision about any work done. I will never take my cars to any other repair shop in Augusta.

There are few things worse than getting into your car, turning the ignition and nothing happens. Not a peep. Luckily, my boyfriend and I were near three auto service providers. Even more fortunate, my boyfriend decided to walk over to Craig's. Jacob, without hesitation, agreed to walk with us back to my car to check the battery. The car cranked right away after a boost and we drove to Craig's believing we needed a battery. Once we got there, Jacob performed a battery test. In the meantime, we spoke with Chris, priced batteries. Jacob walked back into the shop office - the test determined there was nothing wrong with the battery. I was relieved that I didn't need a battery, but more relieved (for lack of a more expressive word), grateful that Jacob and Chris were honest enough to say so.

I have used Craigs for years. They have always been accommodating up until this past year-ish. Over the past year-ish, every time I have called or dropped by, Craig has made me feel like a bother more than business! Craig was always so friendly and welcoming in the previous years, but not anymore. Last visit I was explaining what the car was doing and he cut me off mid sentence and wasn't interested in me explaining any further. I do not know what the change is, but they do not have time for the "little guy" anymore. I have felt very unwelcome and like I was a complete inconvenience to him so I will never use his services again. That is a shame b/c the mechanics are very good and very kind. The front guy is a reflection of the entire business and this one has lost mine!

Great place to get all your automotive work done. Much cheaper than any other place in the area and has done great work for me in the past. Always get a second opinion and a quote here before having any work done on your vehicle elsewhere.

BLUF: Customer Service is trustworthy and great, quality of work is unparalleled, and the price is far below competitors. After taking my vehicle to Milton Ruben Dodge, Automotive Masters did the job for over $500 less and kept me involved through every step of the process. Throughout my experience with automotive repair, this business tops all of them combined. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone for anything.
