i called to ask for a specific size trailer tire they told me they had it , i got there for him to tell me he dont wanna sell me a used tire he only wanna sell me a new one i transport cars and needed to get back on the road my time is valuable & dont like it waisted want be going there again

Just got my tired replaced and the customer service was very professional.I called and the "voicemail" suggest texting with your size and quantity, and just as promised I got an instant reply.Answered the questions about price ( I wasn't expecting an answer on that; but am very appreciative that he did).We pulled up and he came out and instantly got to work.I highly recommend.

Fast and friendly service! I got a screw in my tire during my lunch break. With location and after hours of operation availability, I was able to drop off my vehicle and pick it up after work. All patched and ready to go! Thank you!

Have bought tires and had service work performed and it has always been a great experience. Great prices, knowledgeable and good people....what more can you ask? It is great to do business with locally owned businesses and it is especially so when the owner makes it preferable over trading with a regional or national business. Give them a shot, I bet you'll be glad you did.

Bought tires online and had this shop mount and balance for me. The owner was extremely courteous and meticulous about getting everything perfect. I like to support local business owners. Keep up the good work. I definitely liked that it didnt take all day like other places.

I live approximately 30 minutes away from Augusta, and finding a reliable and affordable car maintenance shop in my area is nearly impossible; so after going around in circles all day to find a solution to what seemed to be a flat tire but instead was a bent rim, Augusta Tires LLC was able to resolve my car issue and is undoubtedly the best shop I ve been to. Considering that I often take my car for regular maintenance, I have been to many places that have charged me an arm and leg for basic maintenance service. I addressed my concerns for my vehicle with the owner and he helped me on the spot. He was very understanding about the problem and assessed the situation as quickly as he could. This is a very affordable place to go with exceptional hours of availability; meaning that if you have any problems any day of the week, you know you can always rely on Augusta Tires LLC. The customer service is stellar and from now on, this will be the only place I will take my car to for maintenance. Thank you guys so much! I definitely will refer anyone who needs work done with their vehicle to AUGUSTA TIRES LLC.

I was in Augusta for my daughters doctor appointment and I found a nail in my tire. They were kind and patched it up for me immediately. I was able to get home to Savannah straight away! Even offered me something to drink. Great people here!

The owner is not upfront on price at all! Over the phone he told me he charges around $45 to change my tire. I have him the size and everything. However when I got there, he charged me an extra $20 to put the tire on my rim plus tax. I wouldn t recommend going to him. JC s Tire Sevice on peach orchard rd is a lot more affordable. Wouldn t recommend

I called and the man who answered was extremely rude and told me he was going to call me back (which is understandable). I called back 45 minutes later just to see if he was available to answer a quick question and his response was didn t I say I would call you back? I will call you back! .Needless to say, I went to another tire place and they fixed my issue in 5 minutes. The Augusta Tires guy called me back 2 hours. I told him I was fine and he didn t need worry about it anymore. Next thing I know, he is calling me back to back ...to the point I had to block him. I will not be going back nor will I be recommending people to go there anymore.

Awful service!!! I called asking about a tire at 5:55pm and dude hung up in my face. My brother then called and said we were coming to replace a spare tire and the guy stated they re about to close soon because they ve been working all day. Mind you, they don t close til 7pm. He then hung up in my brother s face. I don t care if you ve been working all day, IS THAT NOT YOUR JOB?! We gladly found another place to take care of my tire immediately.

Great service, trustworthy and reasonable prices. Even as a woman, I felt comfortable coming to the tire shop by self. I felt welcome and not pressured. I highly recommend this business.

Called them base on the reviews I saw here and y'all must have got paid for writing the reviews. These guys are rude and have zero knowledge of their trade. I would not even waste my time calling them! So I called them and asked them Do you have a tire repair service (merely as an ice breaker), their answer? We don't do that here! Completely bunkers

He literally came and said I cant service you becasue I haven't had lunch yet. After I told him I just wanted to buy a tire and not for him to install it he said sorry but he couldn't help me. So frustrating
