Highly satisfied with the work they did to my truck. The exhaust had a hole and was about to loose the other hanger and have another hole. I made an appointment with them dropped it off and had it back before 4 with a completely different sound. Sounded as it should when the exhaust was first done. They folks were nice no matter who I talked to from the young lady that operates remotely to the guys in the shop. Will bring my truck here for anything need in the future and will be recommending to friends and family. Bonus the classic cars they have especially the skylark. Thanks guys for fixing it right the first time

They seem like a really great place to get work done, but they are VERY busy. I wanted to get a quote for my truck, and they never could get back to me with a price. Called every week to see what the price would be and they always said they'd get back to me before the end of the week.

All pro customz is the place to go for all your automotive needs! I needed my transmission rebuilt and Tyler went above and beyond what was required to make sure my truck got done in a timely manner! I recommend them for everything they went beyond of getting everything taken care of on my Tahoe. We had a couple setbacks, but Tyler took care of it . First off they are very friendly. Other than that they are very slow to get to work on your vehicle. There is always an excuse why it isn't finished mostly they only have 2 people working on all the vehicles. I can't post about the quality of their work due to my truck being there for 3 months. I have to go there daily just to get them to try to start it. Prices are reasonable for the transmission work I had done. Was promised it was going to be a 2 week job turned out to be 2 months for the transmission due to man powe shortage. Most shops only take on what they can handle this one will take more cars than they can finish.When I talked to them about it being 3 months since I dropped the truck off the owner said I was more than welcome to take my truck to another shop, yes I can but then I have to start the process all over again. Which at this point might be faster. Overall I would recommend this place if you don't care about how long they have your vehicle. But if your looking for timely and prompt service I would go some place else.Services: Transmission, Electrical

All Pro Customz is and will always be my go to shop. People complain when they can't get stuff for free and also expect that once they drop there vehicles off that it will get worked on right then. This shop is great and works hard to please each and every customer that walks in with trying to keep the price reasonable as well. Sometimes it may take long due to parts coming in wrong (which is not there fault) and or parts on back order. Some people are so impatient. This shop does a wonderful job at all they do. I would totally recommend them to any and everyone looking for a trust worthy mechanic. I would not recommend them to low life people who want things for free though.Services: Tires, Painting, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

The owner Toby, gave me an estimate and said he could get it done in one day. He did exactly that fixed my air conditioning, replace the compressor filter condenser and also repaired my brakes which weren't working in ABS mode. When I looked at his website I questioned the one review that said that it was a one. But when I looked at the review itself the sign was a different business. All Pros Customz was highly recommended by another service manager at an automobile repair shop, that couldn't do my work. All in all I would say I got great value, a quick estimate, and a good repair. I've been driving my car for a week since the repair and there have been no problems.

Absolutely the worst service I have had by far! My car sat there in the elements for 4 months and no work was done to it. No professionalism at all! I had to go to the shop almost everyday just to hear "we'll get to it." I was always promised a phone call, but never received one. When I finally decided to go get my car towed to another place, I was told "oh that was a lot of work that had to be done to the car and I don't have the time." I literally saw other cars come in after mine and still get finished before mine. I would not trust my car with this shop and I would not recommend this place to anyone at all either. No business etiquette at all!! If you want to be disappointed and have your time wasted this is your place to go!

Very professional, gave me an estimate and didnt try to sell me anything else. I told them I'd be there about 2, arrived a little earlier, Debbie ordered my parts, and I waited a total of about an hour. Very fast, and efficient. Will use them again.

Toby and his staff are the greatest in the Augusta area. They are honest and don't make up stuff that needs work because they are busy all the time. If they tell you something needs to be repaired it is because you really need it fixed..

I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this place. I brought my vehicle here for repairs (about 450$) and not 2 weeks later it was declared a "paper weight." I was told my best bet was to "junk it" and I could probably get about 300$... towards the new vehicle I have to buy now.
