The female employee was very helpful but the male seems like he doesn't want to help us with our being pushed by the female employee.

These guys at this particular location live up to their slogan! "We are ready in Advance"! Everyone has been a pleasure to work with, Trae, Debora, Rowdy, Marcell, Kirshana, Allie are definitely good at what they do. I have spoken to each one of them and they are always very professional courteous and helpful. I suggest you stop by and see these people!

This is one the best Advanced Auto's I have ever been to. These guys are really knowledgeable, do a great job and really have a great time. Lets face it if your at a parts house your day probably isn't going as planned, but they all have awsome attitudes and will really do their absolute best to turn the day around for you.

Went a couple of days ago and got a light for my car, try to put it in and realize it was the wrong Bulb for my car. Went and exchanged it and put it in and realize that the 1st bulb was the right bulb that I needed for my low beam not my high beams, so I had to take that one back and get the original bulb and the guy was very nice and took good care of my needs Without any problem.

Friendly and reasonably priced. Oil dump is inside but staff is really helpful. Prices on certain items high and hours of operation could be a little better. Their selection for the size is great and I love all the online deals they honor there

The manager is wonderful! He is very friendly and knowledgeable! He installed a new battery in my car one afternoon and was so kind (it was sooooo hot outside too)! I love the Speed Perk rewards and coupons! Saves me a lot! I can t say the same for Advance on Peach Orchard!

The staff was very warm and welcoming as soon as I entered the store. The young man provided outstanding assistance to help me find what I was looking for. I will definitely be going back again as well as recommending this store to friends!

I just got done here but the person who helped me, Marcus was very professional, very nice, and all around good person. He helped me with what I needed, knew what he was talking about and took good care of me. I appreciate that. Thank you!

This is worst Advance Auto I've ever been in. Getting help as I walked in was perfect. Getting ready to check out sucks. Need more than two employees working at this business. So you don't have to wait ten minutes or longer cause other customers want to flirt with employees...

The employees are always helpful and courteous. The help with everything, and if they don't have what you need at their store, they will call other stores and find it. But, even further, they will pick it up so that you can come back and get it there instead of traipsing all over town.

Brought my folk's car in to get a battery replaced. The young lady at the counter got to work on it right away. I felt bad for her because she had to call another employee (Marcus? Maurius?) several times from the back to work the counter while she went outside. This guy never came to the counter that I could see and more customers were arriving.

Dispite his arragont attitude, the older gentleman helping me in fact did not knowA) how to use their store system with any kind of efficiency or speed.B) or what I was actually looking for bc he sold me half of what I need. But the gentleman at the Orielys on Peach Orchard had my back and straightened out the mess.

Alexis was a great help she got my parts ordered and my wiper blades installed best service I ve had there yet and she was so nice and friendly would recommend her to everyone that goes there for help

I needed new windshield wipers so I stopped at advanced auto on Wrightsboro road. Mark sold me the wipers then installed them on my car for me. Thank you Marl.
