I called to set up an appointment on Monday, and they got me in on Wednesday. They were very professional and quick. They kept me updated on my vehicle. Always a pleasant attitude and very positive. My car looked great when I picked it up. It was done in a week. However, I do know about my hood latch that got messed up when in their care, and they didn't tell me. But I got it fixed somewhere else. You should let customers know if you break something while fixing their car. But other than that, they were friendly and fixed it fast. I would recommend them!! The staff were extremely communicative and friendly! They kept me informed every step of the way from arranging a rental car pick up and drop off to insurance company information. It could not have been any easier than this was. Their work was top-notch and would highly recommend to others!

I was so happy with the prompt, friendly service I received. They only had my car a week - I dropped it off on Monday and by Friday it was all done and ready! They even went over and above and got my oil changed and dropped it off for me! They got me the quote very quickly, called the rental company for me, and communicated with me every step of the process. Now my car looks brand new and I couldn't be happier! Luckily insurance was paying for the repairs (hood and bumper replacement), however after seeing the quote, it was still very reasonably priced for the parts and labor. Thank you so much, Classic Collison! I will definitely be recommending you guys to everyone I meet!

A deer hit our son's car; bear in mind this is his first car, so it was very important to find a reliable and trustworthy collision shop to get his car back on the road safely and effectively. I had the pleasure of working with Classic Collision Auburn shop and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked into the door to drop the car off; the ladies in the office greeted us warmly, they were professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explained the process to us. It was during the Holidays, so they were open and honest about expectations for the repair's completion timeframe; it was clear that they understood the importance of our son's car to him and valued customer service, with the commitment to making the repair process as smooth as possible. When they encountered a delay, we received a call; when our son unexpectedly visited the shop to ensure the repair was going smoothly, they took him back to the shop and showed him his car and the progress. It was imposing that the owner took the time to speak with our son and answered any questions he had; that speaks volumes for the value of customer service.The repair work was outstanding; there was an issue with one of the replacement parts; we voiced our concerns, and the owner contacted our insurance company to assist us with remedying the situation. In addition to the repair work, the communication throughout the entire process was top-notch. I appreciated the level of transparency and communication and the overall repair work done by the Auburn Classic Collision Shop Team. I highly recommend this repair shop. They completed the repairs as scheduled and even delivered the vehicle to me when it was completed. My vehicle was also detailed which shows that they go the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied.

Paint job doesn't match the rest of the vehicle. They had the vehicle for 3&1/2 weeks and parts in 4 days so it took 3 weeks to install 2 doors and 1 front fender and paint them a wrong color. I was told it is because of the sun and the parts are metal and I am comparing the to the plastic parts so they will not match. So do they make all new vehicles colors match. If you use this company make sure your insurance pays more for a rental car then the standard 10 day. Oh by the way the quote for repair time was 10 days not 24.Service: Body & Trim

Erik and his crew rocks. Love this place. Really restored my faith in classic collision. Had a bad experience years ago with one of their establishments in the city where it probably was numbers driven. Auburn take their time and got our vehicle done. Thanks

Edwin and his crew took for good car of my truck. Was very satisfied with the repairs and the paint matched perfect. They handle all the in/outs of the insurance dealings !!! Thank you again Elite for getting me back going . Will defiantly be using them again.

I got my BMW towed into Elite for front end damage. It was near to the house, it was a preferred vendor for State Farm and it they had great reviews. Marty called and texted me personally to find out about the vehicle. Marty went above and beyond to make sure I felt at ease with the process of trying to get my car repaired. I was in the loop every step up the way.If you are looking for a shop with great customer values and honest, you have found it! Thanks again, Marty! I had to go back three times cause they did very poor work. I've been doing auto body repair and painting for over thirty years and I would never let a customer have their vehicle back in the condition they tried to give mine back to me. Besides them not repairing the bumper that was damaged in the accident the paint had dirt throughout the new paint then after they said they fixed it there was swirl marks from them fixing it so that had to be fixed. I would not recommend them to anyone nor will I ever have them fix another vehicle ever

I can't say enough good things about Elite Auto Collision. Marty went out of his way to help me find the most cost effective solution to repair my daughter's car and saved me hundreds of dollars in the process. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and accommodating, and the car looks great! Elite will definitely be my go-to body shop!

Had such a great experience there! Marty is incredible. He got me in very quickly and fixed my car in one afternoon. He even had the exterior and interior cleaned for when I came and picked up my car. It looked brand new! Go see Marty at Elite! Definitely recommend!!

They don't pre-order parts. Told me shipping wouldn't slow down car fix. Ended up taking an extra 1.5 weeks to finish because first part came in busted.Communication is non existentent. Never told how long they were going to take. When they finally gave me a date, they missed it. Took a full week longer than the first date they told me.They don't care how long they have your car. Only that they save money but making it take longer.The car looked great. Window on passenger side doesn't work now. That side of the car shouldn't have been touched.UPDATE Both front door windows dont work anymore.

Marty and Jordan were so amazing! They had great communication throughout the entire process and my car came back looking brand new like it was never hit! If you need an amazing body shop with a quick turnaround, look no further... Elite will be my go to if anything should ever happen to my car again!

The staff at Elite Auto Collision in Auburn, Marty Burke in particular, went above and beyond for my family twice in the same week and I cannot say enough nice things about them.From lending aide to us after our teenage daughter got into her first ever accident, to taking an after hours call to assess damage to the family van from a freak accident, these guys go the extra mile for their customers.Their staff is knowledgeable, their prices are fair, their turn around is quick, and their owner genuinely cares about his clients (and it is evident).So, go to Elite Auto Collision for all of your repair needs, you won t be sorry you did, and tell Marty we said hi!

I highly recommend Elite for any work you need on your car. I was rear ended in my Volvo and chose them from the insurance list based on their reviews. I m so glad I took my car here! They were friendly, fast and honest. They even buffed out a couple of smudges on the sides of my car that they noticed themselves. Way to go above and beyond Elite!

I m so very happy with the repair on my Honda! Edwin said he would treat it like his own vehicle and he did. The body work is superb and the paint matches perfectly. I really appreciated receiving timely status updates during the repair. My thanks to the whole crew!!

Many thanks to Edwin and all who repaired my car. Excellent job! Communication was great! Will recommend them. If I ever need to take any of my cars, I will definitely go back. Hopefully nothing else will happen to any of my cars again, but you ll never know.Thanks guys!

Elite Auto Collision did a excellent job repairing my car. Their customer service was excellent. They contacted me several times to let me know how the work was going, dealt with the insurance company, and took all of the stress that can be associated with car repairs away. Although there are other repair shops closer to me, I will use Elite Auto Collision again in the future if the need arises.

I have no words for this place (In the best way). I had a terrible experience at another local repair shop and was so pleased after having Alan to take care of my car. His team is very talented and when my Optima was damaged in a collision, the team at Elite did a perfect job repairing my car. Even with the tri-coat pearl paint, it's a perfect match. My car looks brand new. They are also wonderful at keeping you updated on the progress. These guys are awesome! I would recommend them without a doubt!

Elite was top notch! They handled all the insurance paperwork, kept me updated on progress and they were quick and did an amazing job, my car is as good as new. Slyde Burke's customer service was above and beyond, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

i absolutely love this place! i hit a deer in my dream car and was devastated but Marty assured me everything would be fine he kept in close communication ; always answered my texts and questions and even changed a few things to my personal liking. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs ANY sort of repair. my car was back in my hands in less than a month and i couldn t be more happy with the results.

I just wanted to say thank you to Tricia Pike- the office lady at Elite. She helped me thru the process with my rental and kept me informed everyday with the status of my Jeep they were working on. I called her several times with questions and she always had an answer for me. Both times I went into the shop, she greeted me with a smile and made me feel happy and welcome there. Thank you Tricia. She's a good one yall. Marty was also very helpful with dealing with my insurance company. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my experience at Elite.Maria

I highly recommend using Elite Auto when you need something done to your car. When someone hit me I was able to get a quote within days of the accident. I was also kept up to date on how my car was doing during the entire process. Ask for Slyde Burke because his customer services was outstanding and will definitely go back in the future!

Super professional and very friendly customer service! As a female I almost expect to get ripped off on car services but not here! They got me great prices and options for what I needed done and even went out of their way to help me fix a scratch on the side of my car that I thought I would have to pay a fortune... Overall, great service! Come here if you can!
