Been coming here with my fleet for 10 years and I cant seem to call in and get an estimate even tho the manager told me himself he would call me with a price. Its like pulling teeth to get anything from them over the phone. They always want you to bring your vehicle in even tho I'm asking for a quote on exactly what I need.They seem to go through managers and I now see why.

I google auto shops around me and this place popped up. I was greet by Amanda at the front desk who was very kind and friendly. She quickly got Charlie to check my car out, he did a meticulous check and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I will definitely be back! The whole staff was awesome!!

Initially when I started going to WT Standard it was to take the agency (1 yr ago) van for my employer. Now I have taken my personal vehicle twice & I am thoroughly pleased with the service provided. Zero communication! Do not expect them to do work in a timely manner. Always would say they would call back and never did. Did work on a commercial vehicle for us and then it broke down for the same reasons two days later. This was after the truck was already at the shop for close to three weeks. After numerous weeks of managing them the second time, they told me they sent the truck to the dealer in which it needed a brand new engine. Never making this mistake again!

Stay away. We asked for a simple alignment then they upsell, upsell and upsell. They get upset if you don't buy what they offer. Decided to take the truck somewhere else and they invoiced us for work not performed then call every hour about the invoice on work not performed. Our fleet of 8 trucks will go somewhere else. Very unprofessional.

Tony is great!!!! We're in Virginia and had one of our fleet truck break down in Atlanta. He took care of getting the truck towed in. He communicated well calling us when the truck was getting picked up and delivered!!!! Thanks Tony!! Now the fun begins with the repair!!!!

To replace a brake line took 3 days to repair. Personal items stolen from car and bolt left out of brake line bracket. Staff never called when they promised and seemed bothered. They will find a way to rip you off.

2015 They do good work on my engine install and alternator belt tightening. Not very fast but very good. A little in the $$$$ side, but work guaranteed.

My experience with WT Standard was EXCELLENT!! They were VERY courteous, professional, thoughtful and expedient! I was a loyal, regular customer of Good Year; but, not anymore!

Great auto repair shop! I have tried a couple in Atlanta before I came across this one. I have been their loyal customer ever since. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable and are doing excellent work.

Excellent service. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and my vehicle was ready when they said it would be. I recommend as I will be using them again if problems occur.

Right down the street from where I work... very convient. Also because I like to buy my own parts WT had no issues with putting the part on that I bought for my car. Service was in and out for me.

Highly recommend these guys. When some work is needed they do it quickly and efficiently, and when it's not, they are honest about it, check everything and don't charge you. Great customer service too.

I called midtown tire and was put on hold for 30 minutes. Called WT standard and was in and out in 30 minutes. Thanks for the fast and courteous service.
